We used Eileen's for our wedding cookies in our gift bags. They can individually bag them for you as well, which I would do next time around :). Our favorite cookies were chocolate chip, snickerdoodle and sugar cookie. They were such a great touch for our guests. And good size/price for the cookies! Highly recommend!

Eileen’s did a wonderful job providing us with a tiered cookie cake and 10 dozen cookies! Since we are not fans of cake, the cookie cake was a delicious option that my husband and I would both enjoy. Christina and the Eileen’s team had great communication throughout the whole process and truly met our wedding needs. By the end of the night we didn’t have any cookies or cookie cake left, so you can say everyone enjoyed! Thank you for being part of our special day and giving us an affordable and yummy dessert!

Eileen's Colossal Cookies is a locally owned cookie shop in Highlands Ranch, CO. We have 15 flavors and a buttercream frosting. With four staff decorators, all cookies are hand-piped, and we can work with any color palette or design theme. We offer a variety of sizes, from 3" to 16" cookies and we are reasonably priced. We are open 7 days per week, and we would love to work with you on your wedding. We offer a variety of options to meet your needs. Our individually wrapped cookies make great favors. Our baked cookies plate beautifully to meet everyone's taste palette. Our decorated cookies can meet your design needs and are a great alternative to cake. Lastly, we offer tiered cookie cakes for a perfect dessert centerpiece.
