EIN was wonderful to work with and all of our photos and videos came out phenomenal! From the start of the process, Tim was great at communicating and answering all of our questions. Our engagement photos came out absolutely beautiful thanks to our lead photographer, JP. During wedding day, we had two photographers and videographers. JP led photography and did an excellent job, as did Eric, our lead videographer. Jay and Lily were amazing as well! The whole team made the day easy and were so nice to talk with. When we received the photos and videos, I couldn’t get over how gorgeous they came out. The videos included the full ceremony, full reception, highlight video, and a getting ready video. Everything came out even better than I could’ve imagined and will cherish them forever! I highly recommend using EIN.

We are so grateful we chose ein photography for our wedding. Where do I even start!!?? Tim and his crew over at EIN Photography were absolutely amazing from start to finish!! Tim did such an amazing job at our engagement shoot, I could still cry over how beautiful these photos came out!! We got married at The Grand on September 17, 2022 and from start to finish, Tim and his team were impecable!! They captured every single detail from big to small, and they made the entire day so much fun for everyone! On the dance floor, you couldn’t even notice that they were there snapping pictures and videos!! All of our guests were complementing them to us throughout the night and even the days to follow, on how THEY even noticed how great Tim and the crew were with all their detail shots!! I seriously can’t recommend them enough for your wedding or event! We wanted a photographer/videographer who paid attention to the small things, captured the special moments, and didn’t get in the way while us and our guests were out in the dance floor… and that’s exactly what we got!!! We hired EIN Photography for our NYC wedding and they absolutely killed it. We just received a preview of our photos and Tim and Jay did an amazing job capturing the day in such a beautiful way. The style and editing of the photos is SO chic - I am truly obsessed and can't wait for the full album. Not to mention Tim and Jay were an absolute pleasure to be around all day. We are so fortunate that Tim and his team were available for our wedding. After two years of postponements and our original photographer backing out 4 months away from our date due to a disagreement over vaccinations, to say we were panicking would be an understatement. I was shocked to find that Ein photo did not already have our date booked. Working with Tim and Mihwa was seamless--they were so incredibly professional, diligent and patient with our very large (and at times unruly) bridal party. Tim provided direction to keep everyone on task and get the perfect shot. He was also amenable to any on-the-spot requests the bride had for posing--if she wanted to quickly use a piano or glamorous chair for a set piece, he would instantly identify the perfect light and capture the moment. He was quick to adjust the bride's train for maximum drama, or to spot special moments occurring with friends and family. The composition of his work is breathtaking. We would highly recommend working with ein photography, we have already convinced one couple and hope there will be more to come!

When my then-fiance and I were looking for photographers for our wedding, we had settled on at least one common interest: photojournalism. We wanted the photos to document the day without overproducing it, but also emphasizing all the magic and beauty of the wedding in a thoughtful, well-composed manner. I’m a videographer myself, so I was picky about the style I wanted. A lot of wedding photos can be overly produced or too flashy, while on the other end of the spectrum, we found underlit, lazily composed photos that failed to capture the essence of the big day. So after searching for the perfect balance of style and substance, we found Ein Photography. Owned and operated by Tim Yun, Ein has a style that is rooted in photojournalism, without sacrificing the lighting and staging that goes into quality wedding photography. After contacting him, we were invited to Ein’s studio where we saw gorgeous albums they had produced, showcasing a range of locations and families of all types. Tim was able to walk us through the process of not only booking the photos, but the entire timeline of what “photo moments” to expect and when to expect them. After that night, we almost instantly decided to go with Ein, and in 2019, had our engagement photos done in beautiful Red Hook, Brooklyn. Tim was a pro through the whole process and made the photo walk fun and light hearted. With our wedding originally planned for June 2020, however, we would eventually have to postpone the wedding a total of three times! Every time, Tim stayed in contact with us and held onto our booking without question. When we finally settled on a May 2022 date, not only was Tim ready to go, but he was able to quickly adapt the wedding timeline he had made for us all the way back in 2020. And then, on the big day, Ein really came through, shooting the early moments of the wedding in an AirBnB we had rented for hair, makeup, and dressing. He carefully staged the photos as needed, giving delicate direction to my wife, while also capturing genuine candid moments. His assistant was also laser-focused on getting excellent, thoughtful shots of me and the groomsmen, with gorgeous detail shots, and a clever use of the surrounding architecture. We left the AirBnB and walked a few blocks to our wedding venue. This was one of the most magical moments for us, as it allowed Tim to capture us happily walking across Williamsburg, Brooklyn, taking in all the beauty of the neighborhood. He made it all seem effortless. During the ceremony, Ein captured some incredible moments from both us and the family. Tears, smiles, laughter, and everything in between. Perhaps our favorite photo was of us walking down the aisle during the recessional against a backdrop of bubbles cascading around us. It’s whimsical and just perfectly captured. After the remaining family photos were taken, Tim was courteous enough to give us a short break before toasts, and covered the remainder of the night from within the crowd. His detail shots, especially of the venue and gobo light we had installed outside, are truly special, and showed his attention to detail and talent for capturing spaces. Throughout the whole process, Ein Photography was professional, caring, and attentive to our needs. We can’t recommend them highly enough, and they had an instrumental part in making our day easier and more relaxed.

From beginning to end, Tim and his team were amazing and so wonderful to work with. Starting with the photos of our bridal party getting ready, the first look, ceremony and reception photos, Tim and his team were there to capture every moment for us. They were so flexible and accommodating throughout the day and we are so glad that we had EIN as our photographers to capture our special day. We will be recommending them to all our friends!

Joseph was extremely accommodating and professional. This allowed for smooth transitions between items on the schedule. Tim was the contact person and he did a great job coordinating as well as catering to what I needed in my photography package. He also had great suggestions for videography and photo booths. They have been doing this for a long time and it really showed on our special day. Natural in both photo-taking style as well as editing. Highly recommend!

So leading up to our wedding, I was having serious anxiety about how I would look how the photos would come out what if I looked awkward or he got all the wrong angles. I was SO wrong to be nervous. We had an amazing engagement shoot with Tim in Old City Philly which he had never shot in before but he did extensive research and found some really great locations while also taking our suggestions and ideas for places that meant a lot to us both. The turnaround for those photos was SO quick and they were all great. Our wedding day and photos were no different. Tim and his team went above and beyond and I couldn't be happier. They're also probably the most reasonable photographer/videographer I came across in the tri-state area to boot!

Tim was absolutely wonderful. He was easy to work with, reliable, and when we had to move our wedding due to COVID - completely flexible. We absolutely love the final photos (both engagement and wedding photos). He really captured the feeing and energy of the day. The final full resolution pictures online are easy to download and share with family/friends as well. The pictures were beautiful and unique. He is clearly a highly skilled artist. We love looking at the large framed photo of us every day hanging in our living room. Thanks again Tim!

It was such an enjoyable experience to work together with Tim! He was extremely attentive and responsive throughout the process, we felt completely at ease during the day, and we had no doubts that the photos would turn out brilliantly (they turned out gorgeously)! His calm demeanour was such a welcomed presence and really helped the event go smoothly. Also, our friends and family has such nice things to say about Tim; specifically how friendly and how easy it was to work him. We would definitely bring him back for our next big occasion!

We did not end up using Ein's services due to Global Pandemic conditions but we found the owner willing to be flexible and understand our situation.

We loved working with Ein. We had Joseph for our engagement session as well as for our big day. He was easy to work with and excellent at directing me and my husband to get the best shot. We are by no means good at taking pictures, and easily can look awkward. But once we saw the pictures, I was in love. He captured my vision of a classic NYC wedding style so perfectly, and we got such great feedback from guests about how great our pictures are. Would recommend Joseph to anyone!

Tim was such a pleasure to work with not only because of his beautiful photos, but with his calm, professional demeanor that helped us feel at ease no matter how uncomfortable a pose felt. We had us feel like ourselves in no time and soon, we were posing for photos like pros! The pandemic unfortunately postponed our original date but Tim was so great to work with as he stayed in constant communication with us, helping us through details we did not even think about. The day of schedule was also a success largely due to his patience with us and helping us stay on course. Tim and the Ein team are by far one of the best wedding photographers in NYC and we would recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone.

Ein Photography is amazing! We hired them for our wedding this past August, and Tim and his team were such a pleasure to work with. From the moment we first met with Tim, he was thorough and clearly explained packages, as well as any customizations that would fit our wedding day schedule perfectly. We hired Ein for both photography and videography, and when I say they were both everywhere, but no where at the same time... they captured every moment but also were very lowkey so as not to interrupt any of the events or partying. They did not need a whole lot of guidance for taking photos, which I appreciated because I had other things on my mind that day! But, they also cater to any special requests you have. Tim seems to have a lot of experience, and has probably visited many wedding venues in the tri-state area - I was very grateful he was so familiar with the space at our wedding venue. All of the photos were seamless, he knew exactly which shots to go for. Our sneak-peeks that we've gotten so far are WONDERFUL, we cannot wait to see the rest! Thank you so much!

We can’t picture our wedding with another photographer! We had the pleasure of having Tim photograph our courthouse wedding, and Tim was absolutely great to work with. He came to our location early, helped calm our nerves with his professionalism, and honestly he just made the whole process way more fun and relaxing than we had imagined! He often reminded us to relax our faces which we really needed to hear, and he knew all the cool spots in Brooklyn and City Hall area so you don’t have to worry. 100% recommend Tim!

Amazing. Joseph and Daniel were spot on. Great artistic eyes. They were there with us every step of the way, but did not feel like they were in the way, especially at the church. I am so impressed with the sneak peak photos and cannot wait to see the rest!

I can’t say enough good things about ein. We did our engagement shoot with Tim and knew as soon as we got the sneak peek from that shoot that we made the right choice. The photos are so professional and just beautiful. We are both more on the shy side but Tom made us comfortable and got some amazing shots. Tim and JP shot our wedding in June and was our favorite vendor. We went with them for photography only for budget purposes but the quality is well worth the price and wish we chose them for videography as well. They fit seamlessly into the day and made us so comfortable and happy. Definitely, definitely recommend!

Tim and his team were amazing to work with. We reviewed a handful of vendors before choosing Ein and are so happy with our decision. They were very responsive and helpful with setting a schedule leading up to the day of the wedding, and were very accommodating to last minute changes, which was all very helpful because I was planning my own wedding. On the day of: 1. They were very punctual with arrival time. 2. They knew exactly where and how to take pictures. My husband and I were not used to taking a lot of pictures together so it was very helpful to get very clear directions from Tim throughout the entire day. 3. They made my husband and I as well as each of our parents and siblings feel very comfortable. 4. They made sure we stuck to our schedule to make sure we got in all the perfect shots at the appropriate times (e.g., they noted when the sun was setting so we could get the perfect sunset shots). 5. Even though we went over on our originally contracted time, they did not pressure us or raise that point at all and stayed until the final event which I had previously communicated with them with zero complaints or issues. We were more than happy to pay the incremental fee for the additional time. This was so key!! Especially in a very hectic day. We have seen the highlights of the photos so far and are sooo happy with all of them! I think Ein has a very refreshing take on photography that distinguishes it from other typical wedding photographers. 100000% recommend booking them!

There are no wordssss to describe JUST HOW INCREDIBLE Tim and his team were! They were so professional and kind and patient. They got every single shot (ones I wouldn’t even think of)! They moved things along to fit my timing perfectly. Tim has an eye for shots that were just out of this world!! I got married this last Saturday and already have photos. Hiring Tim and his team at EIN for our wedding photos/video was hands down the best decision we made for our wedding. Photos were really important to my husband and I since it's one of the few tangible things you get to keep after the wedding. Our photos are absolutely breathtaking and unique, we constantly get compliments on both our engagement and wedding photos. Tim has such a great eye and has perfected cityscape photos, in addition to posed portraits and candids. Also, our videographer Jason did a great job, our highlight video literally makes everyone who watches it cry because it is that beautiful and well made. Tim and the whole team were also a pleasure to work with. We had to postpone twice due to Covid and Tim was more than accommodating. He's also very organized and responsive to emails, and kept the timeline on point the day of the wedding. We cannot wait to use Tim and the EIN team again for future family photos or another event!

I first heard about Ein Photography and Design while viewing a wedding venue's instagram page. I was immediately drawn in by the beauty and detail of their photograph! I contacted them and met with them right away. I did not need to meet with any other photographer after that, Ein's beautiful images speak for themselves! Not only was I blown away by their talent, but I was also blown away by their professionalism. Being a COVID bride, I had to deal with the stress of postponing and rescheduling during a pandemic. Tim and his team were by my side the entire time. I have been photographed by their team for my engagement shoot, my change the date shoot, my minimony and my postponed reception and each time I receive my photos, I am rendered speechless. Ein Photography is definitely in a class of their own when its comes to product and professionalism and I cannot thank them and recommend them enough!

We are so grateful for Tim and his team who did the such a great job on our wedding day, photos, and video! We hired Ein Photography without having met them and it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Firstly, we spoke and went over the style of photography we liked which they absolutely met! We loved our photos and video so much! But Tim and his team go way beyond just delivering only photos/video on your wedding day. For example, before our wedding day I mentioned to Tim that I wanted to prank my husband. Tim agreed immediately and on our wedding day when my husband thought we were having our first look, my brother (beard and all) was the person who tapped my husband's shoulder... Tim and Jason captured the moment perfectly! But more than that Tim and Jason helped keep us on time all day since we did not have a day of coordinator. Additionally, due to the pandemic we had a very small wedding. The rest of our family was tuning into the wedding via Zoom. A few minutes before the wedding someone realized that the lighting was really bad on the Zoom video. Immediately Jason set up some lights and absolutely made possible the fact that my family was able to enjoy our union via Zoom, as well as the photos and videos taken that day. We met with several photographers and knew we wanted Tim and his team to be our photographer after our first meeting. My husband and I both don't really like having our pictures taken and thought our engagement photoshoot session was going to be filled with uncomfortable awkward poses and smiles. We were so wrong! Photography was the most important thing when we started wedding planning and as a couple that are into photography ourselves we had high standards. Using Ein Photo was the best decision we made while planning our wedding. Tim was super responsive, flexible, funny and incredibly easy to work with. I’m glad that we did an engagement session with Tim before our wedding so that we could get to know each other more, show him some new locations, and be that much more comfortable. Tim was absolutely amazing on our engagement shoot last month. He guided us into some incredible locations & poses while staying within our plans - great balance of taking control of the art while ensuring it is aligned with the couples. By the end of the shoot, we were exhausted while he was pushing us to keep going for more and more shots. Can't recommend him enough, and excited to do it again at the wedding!

Had our engagement shoot with Tim earlier this month and it was a blast! Tim let me lead the way with my intricate map and spots to hit, and was patient when we wanted extra pictures in certain places. He made sure we stayed on time and even spent additional time with us to get the perfect wrap-up pictures (with Mr. Softee, of course). Although these shoots are tiring and long, Tim made the experience very fun and enjoyable. We even got a few previews less than a week after!

I can’t express how amazing Tim is - he is a true professional and a master of his craft! It was super important for me to have great wedding pictures, and Tim did such a terrific job - I couldn’t stop looking over them! First of all, due to Covid and all the uncertainty surrounding planning, we finalized the hotel last minute. Tim arrived early and scouted locations for our first look and gorgeous shots at the hotel, which I really appreciated! He gave us some directions but made sure that pictures turn out natural. Tim documented our wedding day from me getting ready at the hotel with my family, to our first look, to pre-ceremony shots, ceremony, family pictures and, finally, our small reception, and he captured it wonderfully! Our wedding photos were just stunning. I would highly recommend Tim for anyone, and would certainly love to work with him again!

Tim and his team are the best! Our photos turned out so beautiful. I live in CA but had my wedding in NY, since we didn’t live in the area, he was able to suggest the best spots near our venue to shoot and build a timeline for the day that worked best for us to get all the shots we wanted. I totally recommend EIN, they go above and beyond with everything and take the most amazing photos. They made sure to get to the hotel on time (early even), and were prepared for anything that came their way. The flash drive we received once our photos were ready was so beautiful and special too!

When looking for a photographer, there were so many to choose from but they all seemed so similar too, but when I came across EIN photography's work, it stood out and made me smile. Working with Tim at Ein was a dream. He is so easy to work with and produces amazing, high-quality, unique photos. My sister used him for her wedding in 2016 and I knew I had to do the same. We got a sneak peek of 96 photos just three weeks after the wedding and we could not be happier! The photos are glossy, dreamy, and exactly what we wanted.

Tim from Einphoto was the very, very first vendor we hired. I am INCREDIBLY picky about photography- I’ll look at photos a million times and reminisce, so for me it was critical to find a photographer who has consistently beautiful work in a variety of lighting, is able to find the most photogenic locations in a venue on the fly, is communicative (which is so essential when you’re coordinating with so many vendors), and had a track record of catching all the most important shots. Tim (and in fact, everyone who works at this company) checked all of those boxes. We set up a meeting with him before we were even formally engaged, and I had a notebook full of questions. Tim patiently answered all of my questions. He even had the most comprehensive pre-wedding form, ensuring he was prepared for the wedding and knew which shots were important to us. At the wedding, Tim and his team (David Yoo as the second photographer and J.T. Lim as the photo assistant) worked flawlessly with all of the audibles that were stressing me out before the wedding- getting ready ran two hours long, cutting into the pre-wedding photos (first look, family, wedding party) and we still managed to get beautiful shots in a very, very short time frame. When I wanted to do first look at the ceremony spot, even though the light was not optimal, they were on it. When we decided we had time to do wedding party photos at the location nearby, they quickly but calmly coordinated varied shots with all the different combinations of the wedding party and then took additional Bride + Groom photos that were absolutely gorgeous. I would recommend Einphoto a million times over to anyone getting married in NYC, or within their shooting range. Our venue in Connecticut was just within the travel range. Our engagement photos are gorgeous, our sneak peek wedding photos are so beautiful they made me cry (we used one for our thank you cards!), and I absolutely cannot wait for the rest of them.

Tim and his team at Ein Photo surpassed all expectations and did incredible work for us at our wedding in NYC last month! The day was great! I felt as though we were able to get a lot of photos. Beach photos were a bit challenging due to strong winds and Tim and his team did such a great job trying to capturing many candid moments. My husband and I aren’t huge fans of being in the spot light- it was very much outside of our comfort zone and Tim and his team did a great job trying to make us as comfortable as possible! They were also super stealth in taking photos throughout our wedding- I felt like I didn’t notice them in anyone’s way at all. The sneak peek of photos were beautiful and more than I ever imagined. Tim and his team were extremely communicative throughout the entire planning process, as well as the whole aftermath in photo delivery expectations, deadlines and video delivery. Tim blew us away with our engagement shoot photos and it was then we knew we made the best choice regarding photography. The level of time, effort, creativity and of course detail is truly unmatched. I could not be happier with the service that Tim and his team provided for my daughter's wedding. We had interviewed 4 or 5 teams and chose Tim because his work was so beautiful and he was so mild mannered and professional. He was also very reasonably priced compared to most NYC photographers. My daughter and son in law's engagement shoot was BEYOND... and that was a gift for signing with Tim. They were so terrific at the weddinging and that whole day. There but not there. Always got the shots, but never intruded. So kind. Also- we had the photo's faster than I expected... 5 weeks. As we speak he is creating the photo album and my daughters wedding was 2 months ago. I would highly recommend Tim with zero reservations what so ever. His work is exquisite.

We had an amazing experience working with Tim, Joseph and team for our wedding at the Harold Pratt House in New York, and engagement shoot prior in Long Island City. From the first meeting 8 months before our wedding, EIN is extremely professional, and asked us all the right questions in getting to our vision as we didn't know where to start. Starting with our engagement shoot, Joseph made us feel at ease, and guided us in sharing moments, while capturring those moments between us that came off so naturally in photos - and the finished product was so stunning. On our wedding day, Joseph, our secondary photographer Danny, and another assistant were instrumental in helping us stay on track of our schedule from getting ready to getting to the venue. Because Joseph has shot at our venue many times before, he also had ideas for great shots that we would have never thought of, that came out very artistically. Everyone in our wedding party and our families complimented on how professional and on top of it our photographers were. They were also very quick with the turnaround of photos, and gave us the fully edited photos way before their quoted time. We are so happy with the finished result, the photos look real and artistic, and we can't wait to share the beautiful photos with our families and friends!

We hired EIN Photography and Design for our wedding at the Hyatt regency Jersey City in May 2019. They were a recommendation from our band, The Metropolitan Players. We wanted a photographer who composed beautiful portraits as well as capture important action shots. We also wanted photos that were vibrant. We were so impressed with the engagement session photos and our wedding photos. We had a lot of fun posing for the engagement session and loved seeing all the things we missed on our wedding day through the wedding photos. Joseph Suh and his team continuously coordinated with our videographer to make sure everyone had the shot they needed. The entire team was very professional.
