First off, I'd like to say the photographer and videographer assigned to our wedding were lovely and professional. I don't have any issue with them or the work prov...
ided.
That being said, please understand that when you book with Eivan's, you are apparently not purchasing timely work. They will send you a link for YOUR pictures about 6 weeks after the wedding. They will host these pictures for 90 days, during which time you can request further edits. But if you actually want to order them during that time period, that apparently counts as a rush and it's $1400 just to get 50 digitals on top of what you've already paid them. They will release YOUR digitals to you within 30 days of the 90 day period ending.
Also if you fail to respond to their email on the videography within 14 days, they will delete it unless you pay them a further $925 to get it back.
If you don't mind being nickel and dimed to get what you paid for any sooner than 4 months post wedding, this company is for you. Weddings are expensive enough without these ridiculous fees.

Save your money, tears and sanity and do not book with Eivans. With a just a month to go to our wedding we were disappointed to find out that not only did we not get matched with o...
ur number 1 preference but we didn’t match with any of our 3 selections. When this happens, they randomly choose a photographer for you and leave you no say in the matter. When I called to voice my concerns they always revert back to the classic line of “this is our policy”. They also have the audacity to say that it’s too late to pair me with another photographer when they are the ones who wouldn’t tell me who I matched with until 30 days before the wedding date. I was so unhappy with my pairing that I am now cutting the loss of money paid in full for Eivans and booking another photographer. Under no circumstance will they provide a refund, even when their services are misleading and provide false hope. Their contract states they are able to provide a substitute. The definition of a substitute is a person serving in place of another however I was never matched with another photographer to begin with. Unless you want to feel like you’re playing Russian Roulette with your wedding photographer, I would literally book ANYONE else. The whole process has been a nightmare. Please please do not do business with them.

When restrictions started to be lifted, all previously canceled weddings are being rescheduled. As we’re working diligently to adapt to new circumstances while planning, our goal is not to let our clients lose their hard-earned money or credits with us!
We sincerely apologize for the delays and the inconveniences they may have caused. "As we all know in this GREAT nation, we hit rock bottom, but we come out stronger" we are slowly but surely getting back to normal and we kindly ask you for your continued patience, we are grateful for your ongoing support, and that you’re doing your part to flatten the curve.

r for 5 hours and 1 videographer for 10 hours. I, unfortunately, arrived a little late to our first look but they were early. She wasted no time and took that opportunity to start taking pictures of my husband and all the groomsmen until I arrived. During the ceremony, they all blended in with the guests. They were not a distraction at all and they were able to get great photos and video of our vows. I didn't even realize the videographer was operating 2 cameras during the ceremony! It wasn't until we got the video footage to edit that we found out. At one point I saw the videographer dashing from the dessert table to the dancefloor to catch all the fun on film. They were all super nice. I am really happy with the end product and I am glad I chose them.

I’ve chosen to seek other services. I scheduled a consultation 10/16/19 @ 12 pm. We discussed video packages only. I let her go over all the packages and prices before I proceeded with questions. She told me there was a 175 travel charge which I thought they had dan locations in multiple cities. And she added the taxes and fees. I confirmed with her if my date was available because they had a 300$ coupon advertised on their site. She then explains that the coupon is only if you do their most expensive and bundled package. I didn’t need photo because I hired a different photographer who work I liked better. No where on the site was the details disclosed that it had to be photo & video to redeem the coupon. The lady kept stumbling over her words as if she was trying to think of excuses for not honoring the coupon. Sorry but if I have to go through miscommunication in consultation there is no telling what I will deal with on my wedding day. I don’t want to take the chance.

ver, I immediately became relaxed after the first time I spoke with our photographer, Galen. We instantly connected while discussing the tone/setting of my wedding. He spent a lot of time truly getting to know our story. The next day, I talked to our videographer, Mitchell. He blew me away when explaining the process (videography was new to me) and going over what the most important moments/aspects were to my us and our families. Our wedding ceremony was very intimate and Galen and Mitchell did everything they could do to make sure they captured those moments. Almost 3 months later and our wedding guests are still talking about how great they were. While taking pictures, we noticed our photographer was wearing an ice pack on his back while he was laying on the floor to get the shot I wanted. After a lot of prodding from a group of women, he finally told us he had hurt his back just days before. Not once did he grimace, complain or hold back on the shots he was getting - for 10 hours. We are so thankful we got this team and for their friendship that day. Our videographer actually handed me a kleenex because he thought I was crying. Couldn't have asked for a better day!

ways there if we had any questions or concern. Our wedding package included 10 hours of photography, but we realize a week before the wedding that we needed an additional 2.5 hours. Eivan's made it super easy for us to add the additional hours, hassle-free.
Our photographer Marina was a sweetheart! She communicated with us through email a month prior to our wedding day. I loved the fact that she asked us to send any wedding photo ideas that we liked so she can incorporate it into our photoshoot during our wedding day. She was very prompt and easy to work with, which made it easier to get through our hectic 12 hour wedding day.
I would recommend Eivan's to anyone out there who's looking for great service along with value and professionalism! Thank you Eivan's for capturing our special day, all 1k of them!

I called to schedule an over the phone consultation to my surprise when the day came for my consultation I did not receive no phone call at my scheduled time. I waited an hour more...
with my daughter and her fiancé for the call and still no call. I sent them an email informing them how upset and unprofessional it was and that I was disappointed. I thought that they would read my email and maybe I would get a response back but wasn't expecting it. Monday morning came and I received a phone call from the district manager apologizing and informing me that there was a glitch in the system and if I would allow him to go fix it for me and my daughter. I thought what do I have to lose I can always say no and not sign a contract with them. We went onsite this time for the consultation because I was not taking any chances for another glitch. So we get there and we were greeted very nicely then we were taken to a room for the consultation and to our surprise it was the manager he was going to conduct the consultation. I was happily surprised he again apologize and showed us the packages and because of the glitch we had happen he made sure he took care of it and made the package really sweet. He did not have to add all the extra stuff he did but because he was sorry and wanted to make sure we knew that he valued our business he made sure my daughters wedding package had everything she wanted. He was awesome I would highly recommend them because even if they mess up the accept it and fix it. Love them and will use them again.

NOT AT ALL! There multiple package options really allowed for us to customize everything we wanted/needed for our big day! Eivan's was able to match my husband's and I's styles and photo needs to a PERFECT photographer that worked extremely well with my family and bridal party. Not to mention, they were extremely kind and outgoing. When we received our photo gallery, we were over-the-top excited and happy. Mike truly caught the essense of our big day. My suggestion to you brides and grooms- do not get the lowest package. It was impossible for us to choose only 30 photos- we called for an upgrade right away.
