Eivan's was great! The photographers were professional and experienced. I was pleased with the quantity and quality of my pictures. We also ordered an physical album and even got mini albums to give to our parents. The albums were very high quality and durable. We enjoy watching our wedding video yearly.

Our photographer (Brian) and videographer (Maxwell) both arrived on time for our wedding and both were eager to work. They made sure that we captured as many photo ops as possible and they made it so much fun. We really enjoyed them both and they did an amazing job. They were friendly and professional, and made sure we got enough photo's taken. Overall the customer service we have received during this whole process has been great. I would definitely recommend Eivan's to family and friends.

Eivan’s was very helpful with the booking process, and in explaining each available package as well as leading up to the wedding day. The photographer & videographer were both fantastic on our big day! I even received a follow up call to go over my selected package & the timelines for receiving my photos & video.

Save your money, tears and sanity and do not book with Eivans. With a just a month to go to our wedding we were disappointed to find out that not only did we not get matched with our number 1 preference but we didn’t match with any of our 3 selections. When this happens, they randomly choose a photographer for you and leave you no say in the matter. When I called to voice my concerns they always revert back to the classic line of “this is our policy”. They also have the audacity to say that it’s too late to pair me with another photographer when they are the ones who wouldn’t tell me who I matched with until 30 days before the wedding date. I was so unhappy with my pairing that I am now cutting the loss of money paid in full for Eivans and booking another photographer. Under no circumstance will they provide a refund, even when their services are misleading and provide false hope. Their contract states they are able to provide a substitute. The definition of a substitute is a person serving in place of another however I was never matched with another photographer to begin with. Unless you want to feel like you’re playing Russian Roulette with your wedding photographer, I would literally book ANYONE else. The whole process has been a nightmare. Please please do not do business with them.

Eivan’s was exactly what we needed for our wedding photo and video! The price was just right for our budget, everyone we communicated with was professional and knowledgeable, and our photos and videos turned out amazing! Wedding planning was hectic, but they made it easy.

Eivans is the absolute best! My photographer Andrea G. And my videographer Alicia F. were fantastic! They made sure I had everything I needed and made sure to make me feel like a beauty queen the entire day! If I had to do it all over again I would choose Eivans again and again. Their personality, there kind spirit, their sense of humor and made sure we had every photo and video we wanted of people we loved! I would recommend them to my friend and family’s and to even strangers who ask me who they should used for the photo and video for there wedding or any events! They make sure to make it all about the couple! Just make it very special in every way❤️❤️

All I can say is everything was perfect!! The photographer and videographer were SUPERB! They were on time and stayed the entire event to make sure they captured every moment. You didn't even know they were there. I would recommend Eivan to all my family and friends. You couldn't beat the price for the quality product you receive. Eivan will not disappoint.

So Eivan's cost us way too much for us in the end. We tried to cancel with them, but they told me that since we already finished paying, that we couldn't get our money back; so we had to use them unless we wanted to lose $2000. If this is what you want, do it.

Evian's Photo made everything so easy! I was planning my wedding from a different state from where the ceremony would be held and they made finding a photographer in that area so easy and painless. They are such a great value for the money and we couldn't be happier with our photos of our day! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They did such a great job! I loved the video. They really captured all the highlights of our special day. With our package, we had 1 photographer for 10 hours, a second photographer for 5 hours and 1 videographer for 10 hours. I, unfortunately, arrived a little late to our first look but they were early. She wasted no time and took that opportunity to start taking pictures of my husband and all the groomsmen until I arrived. During the ceremony, they all blended in with the guests. They were not a distraction at all and they were able to get great photos and video of our vows. I didn't even realize the videographer was operating 2 cameras during the ceremony! It wasn't until we got the video footage to edit that we found out. At one point I saw the videographer dashing from the dessert table to the dancefloor to catch all the fun on film. They were all super nice. I am really happy with the end product and I am glad I chose them.

This company has great reviews but I think I’m going to be the first to leave a unpleasant review. I’m sure this companies work is amazing but the false advertisement is the reason I’ve chosen to seek other services. I scheduled a consultation 10/16/19 @ 12 pm. We discussed video packages only. I let her go over all the packages and prices before I proceeded with questions. She told me there was a 175 travel charge which I thought they had dan locations in multiple cities. And she added the taxes and fees. I confirmed with her if my date was available because they had a 300$ coupon advertised on their site. She then explains that the coupon is only if you do their most expensive and bundled package. I didn’t need photo because I hired a different photographer who work I liked better. No where on the site was the details disclosed that it had to be photo & video to redeem the coupon. The lady kept stumbling over her words as if she was trying to think of excuses for not honoring the coupon. Sorry but if I have to go through miscommunication in consultation there is no telling what I will deal with on my wedding day. I don’t want to take the chance.

The photographer and videographer that were assigned to my wedding were AMAZING! They arrived on time and went to work and made memories of our wedding day! Lesleann and Joel were wonderful!!! I could not ask for better individuals to help capture our special moments! The pictures we took were not forced and felt so natural to take. Everyone had fun and enjoyed our memorable wedding day. ( Even the photographer and videographer)!! Choosing them to help make your day special and capture the sweet moments of you and your husband starting life together will not be wasted on a bad choice!

The Photographer did a great job! Very pleased with results, but the company did not pair me up with the photographer until 20 days before the wedding, when their policy says no later then 30 days. Overall, we were pleased, but I felt like just another number rather then a customer.

Eivan's did our photography and videography. We were so pleased! Our package price was fairly reasonable compared to others and was tailored to what we needed. Both our photographer and videographer were so nice and helpful and did such a great job capturing our special day! We love the shots they both caught and created. They really try and get you with their prices! They were very nice during the photo consultation.. but when I discussed pricing the exclusive package went from $1,999 to $3,999 over the phone for travel fees for only a 3 hour drive to the venue! Just be aware of traveling and processing fees.

I cannot express enough what a great job that eivans did. We had the photographer (dorin) go through mud to get the best shot. Seriously I cannot express how wonderful they were and how much they worked for us and we're flexible with changes. Best company ever. Also very affordable.

For going into my wedding day blind, by not previously meeting either my photographer or videographer I was very impressed by the services we received. Our photographer William was so great! He walked right into the salon in the morning and started to get to work without any hesitation what so ever. I got so many compliments from guests about his professionalism, and could not have asked for a better person to take ideas from just about everyone in the bridal party as calmly as he did. Overall I am very pleased with the service we were provided with!

Mitchell and Galen were our videographer/photography team. I was pretty nervous because they did not know each other and it was our videographers first event with the company. However, I immediately became relaxed after the first time I spoke with our photographer, Galen. We instantly connected while discussing the tone/setting of my wedding. He spent a lot of time truly getting to know our story. The next day, I talked to our videographer, Mitchell. He blew me away when explaining the process (videography was new to me) and going over what the most important moments/aspects were to my us and our families. Our wedding ceremony was very intimate and Galen and Mitchell did everything they could do to make sure they captured those moments. Almost 3 months later and our wedding guests are still talking about how great they were. While taking pictures, we noticed our photographer was wearing an ice pack on his back while he was laying on the floor to get the shot I wanted. After a lot of prodding from a group of women, he finally told us he had hurt his back just days before. Not once did he grimace, complain or hold back on the shots he was getting - for 10 hours. We are so thankful we got this team and for their friendship that day. Our videographer actually handed me a kleenex because he thought I was crying. Couldn't have asked for a better day!

Eivan's made my husband's and I wedding day unbelievably special. The photographer and videographer we're amazing! They were definitely fun to work with! Our pictures and video turned out amazing, and I would choose them again in a heartbeat. I felt comfortable with what they were doing, and trusted them fully. They made my pictures look beautiful. I am speechless with the way they did everything. Also, reaching them is never a problem and if you leave a message they do return your call their customer service is excellent. I will never forget my wedding day and thanks to Eivan's for giving us a wonderful experience. They are fun to work with!!! We booked Eivans last year for our July 9th wedding and couldn't be more pleased with the services that we received. From the initial phone call to finally getting our pictures, they were always professional with our interactions and answering the multiple questions that I had. After we booked with them, they sent us a timeline of when we should be expecting certain things, and I was so excited when we finally got connected with our photographer and videographer a few weeks before the wedding day. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality photographer/videographer!

My husband and I were fortunate enough to work with Eivan's Photo & Video Inc. for our special day last month. It was really easy to communicate with Sam and he made sure he was always there if we had any questions or concern. Our wedding package included 10 hours of photography, but we realize a week before the wedding that we needed an additional 2.5 hours. Eivan's made it super easy for us to add the additional hours, hassle-free. Our photographer Marina was a sweetheart! She communicated with us through email a month prior to our wedding day. I loved the fact that she asked us to send any wedding photo ideas that we liked so she can incorporate it into our photoshoot during our wedding day. She was very prompt and easy to work with, which made it easier to get through our hectic 12 hour wedding day. I would recommend Eivan's to anyone out there who's looking for great service along with value and professionalism! Thank you Eivan's for capturing our special day, all 1k of them!

I was hesitant at first since Eivans provided such a good deal. I sent emails, triple checked the contract to make sure there were no strings attached. Again, I was super skeptical. Overall the customer service was phenomenal, the photographer and videographer were excellent. Not only were the photographer and videographer great but they were cool as all get out. I liked their personality and quality of the images. It really did exceed our expectations.

I did not think this quality of photography / videography existed for this price. Eivan’s blew us away with how professional they were to work with, and the quality of their work is unmatchable. We used Eivans to coordinate a photographer / videographer for our wedding in Austin in June. We got matched with Sandor G and John A. They were fantastic! They were so polite to all of our guests, and got amazing shots. We really feel very blessed that we were able to get these guys at such an AMAZING price! All of my friends could not believe that there was a service out there like this, and when I tell my friends that are getting married they are so thankful. They are so easy to work with too. They always emailed back right away, or were able to answer the phone. They made photography stress free and easy, and even thought of things that I had not. If you are looking for a photographer or videographer for any service you hit the jack pot! I look forward to using them again! Thank you for everything Eivans. ☺

The team at Eivan's was very helpful when we were choosing the photo package we wanted. Never did we feel pressured to add on anything we didn't want. On our wedding day, our photographer, Jeff was a pleasure to work with. He was on time, flexible, and friendly. We have already recommended Eivan's to other friends who are starting to plan their big days!

I called to schedule an over the phone consultation to my surprise when the day came for my consultation I did not receive no phone call at my scheduled time. I waited an hour more with my daughter and her fiancé for the call and still no call. I sent them an email informing them how upset and unprofessional it was and that I was disappointed. I thought that they would read my email and maybe I would get a response back but wasn't expecting it. Monday morning came and I received a phone call from the district manager apologizing and informing me that there was a glitch in the system and if I would allow him to go fix it for me and my daughter. I thought what do I have to lose I can always say no and not sign a contract with them. We went onsite this time for the consultation because I was not taking any chances for another glitch. So we get there and we were greeted very nicely then we were taken to a room for the consultation and to our surprise it was the manager he was going to conduct the consultation. I was happily surprised he again apologize and showed us the packages and because of the glitch we had happen he made sure he took care of it and made the package really sweet. He did not have to add all the extra stuff he did but because he was sorry and wanted to make sure we knew that he valued our business he made sure my daughters wedding package had everything she wanted. He was awesome I would highly recommend them because even if they mess up the accept it and fix it. Love them and will use them again.

I was beyond excited to find this company!! So many services were outside our budget and I was nervous that I would have to sacrifice quality and professionalism but with Eivan's, NOT AT ALL! There multiple package options really allowed for us to customize everything we wanted/needed for our big day! Eivan's was able to match my husband's and I's styles and photo needs to a PERFECT photographer that worked extremely well with my family and bridal party. The quality of our pictures are beyond words and are just simply amazing. I am so happy to have found/used Eivan's services for my wedding and can't wait to have these memories for a lifetime!!

From beginning to end, our experience with Eivan's was first rate. We were looking for wedding photography over the course of our big day and Eivan's delivered. Our sales representative, Dughan, was highly responsive to every question we had, took us through our entire contract in great detail and was attentive to our needs at every step. Our photographers, Artur and Nick and videographer, Max were tremendous. They were professional, yet relaxed and very pleasant, and fit in with our guests extremely well. They took well over 2,000 photos and hours and hours of video! We could not have asked for any better than this team. I highly recommend Eivan's.

All I can say is wow! We hired Eivan's for our wedding day and I have to say it was the absolute best decision and right choice! The price was very fair and the employee who booked us was very flexible and willing to help us out in any way possible. Our photographer, Tom Widmar, was absolutely AMAZING! He was very prompt in responding to emails, he communicated well with me, he was on time and ready, he stayed busy the entire time taking thousands of pictures, he was patient with me when I was overwhelmed, he was kind, and most of all he shot BEAUTIFUL work. I would do business with both Eivan's and Tom as well. Thanks for having such an important part in my special day!

Our Wedding was June 12th 2016 at the Abbey Resort in Fontana, WI. The venue was beautiful, and our photographer, Mike, knew exactly how to capture our perfect day. He had structure, which I appreciated. It was very clear that he knew exactly what to do to get great photos. I felt he, and Brandon (our videographer), were very flexible and professional. Not to mention, they were extremely kind and outgoing. When we received our photo gallery, we were over-the-top excited and happy. Mike truly caught the essense of our big day. My suggestion to you brides and grooms- do not get the lowest package. It was impossible for us to choose only 30 photos- we called for an upgrade right away. Definitely get the package with the rights to all the photos because they do such a wonderful job capturing all the special moments :) When doing my upgade, Sam was also extremely helpful in making sure I could get exactly what I needed. We highly suggest Eivan's!

Eivans did such a wonderful job the day of our wedding on May 28, 2016. The entire staff was polite and respectful and they showed up on time to each location the day of our wedding. I would recommend Eivans to all of my family and friends looking to hire a a photography company.

My husband and I were married on 12/12/15 and we were very grateful to have Eivan's photography and videography capture our special day. We worked with Mike and Shannon and they were a pleasure to work with. They captured moments that I wouldn't have otherwise seen which made me very happy. They were very professional and prompt and worked well with my large bridal party. The price for what you get is amazing and Eivan's was always quick to answer questions throughout the planning process.

I got married September 28, 2013! Not sure why it took me this long to write a review. But here it goes: I love pictures, I think they are one of the most important aspects of any celebration. A picture can take you back in time and allow you to remember that day like it was yesterday. For that reason I was looking for a company that took their job seriously and was affordable. I came across Eivans while searching on this website www.theknot.com and gave it a shot. I saw the price and thought it was too good to be true. We scheduled a consultation and got lucky to have Steve as the consultant and as our photographer. He was awesome, so easy to work with and went along with anything I asked of him. He was so helpful and friendly. He was yes to make sure the day went smoothly. They prices were reasonable, compared to other companies. I felt that we got a lot for our money. The one thing I wish I would had done however was buy the copy rights to the pictures before the wedding. As they become extremely expensive after the wedding. After almost three years I called Evian's to see if the price for the pictures' copy rights had gone down, unfortunately it was the same price. I asked my husband if the pictures were worth it, which to be honest they are, but the price was out of our budget. I called again and asked if something could be done, they were able to bring the price down to something more comfortable. Though ideally it's not what I wanted to pay, I'm thankful they worked with me and lowered the price. I went ahead and bought the copyrights to my pictures and I don't regret it one bit! I do love the pictures and the work that Steve did! I know I will have these memories to cherish for years to come! I recommend Evian's Photography in a heartbeat.

Our photographer and videographer were amazing! very artistic and had great ideas. The customer service is great too, they always emailed back or returned my calls in a timely manner! Cant wait to see my photos and video.

We had a wonderful experience with Will as our photographer and Nancy as our videographer! The day was handled with efficiency and professionalism and Will was wonderful at directing the flow of the pictures and arranging us for pictures. We received the picture proofs this week and we are so pleased with the photos and the fact that we received 2300 pictures! Eivans lets you see the proofs on their website with a watermark and then you can purchase the download rights immediately at an additional cost or wait a couple of months to receive the CD of all the photos (if purchased with your package). We will be waiting, but we are very happy with how they turned out and looking forward to sharing the photos!

Eivan's Photo & Video provided me and my wife exceptional service. They were very kind and professional and they helped me with accomplishing our desires. The photographers have great knowledge because they took superb engagement photos and our photographer chose our beautiful location. So no worries if you can't think of a place to do your photos! They were also very helpful in what I wanted to do in the reception because I wanted to sing for my wife and they provided me a mic to clip on my jacket and it was heard directly to the video so there was no echo. Overall, the service was stellar and you get a lot for your money so if you want QUALITY, go with Eivan's Photo & Video.
