I got married on 10/14/18 and decided to go with Eivan’s for photo’s/videography. After the wedding my wife and myself wasn’t pleased with the photos and video from Eivan’s. We had...
tons of issues with Eivan’s overall services and honestly felt our wedding day was ruined. Eventually we were able to connect with Sam. Sam took time out of his day to schedule meetings to talk over things. I noticed that Sam was very concerned about my experience and he focused on solutions. I must say that Eivan’s was able to fix the issues that they could control. Eivan’s went out of there way and even provided additional products. I honestly think anyone who is getting married should go with Eivan’s. You don’t normally come across companies that will take responsibility and schedule conference calls to make sure their customers are satisfied.

Everything was horrible. I hired them because I read all the wonderful reviews but be warned here is why you don't hear of the negative. If you have an issue, a legit issue, they ...
will not give any money back or really work with you, so don't expect that or think so.
Here is what will happen, they will freeze your album for up to 180 days to "investigate" if you want or you just accept it as is with an offer to reedit the shots (up to 30 out of 1000) that were taken and edited poorly in the first place.
We chose to investigate and the resolution was a photo album of 51 images that we could pick the supposed to trust to edit after seeing the 1st round of editing. Nothing was expressed in the quality of the work, just we can't go back and change things. This was supposedly a$750 value ( but amazingly goes to $1400 on the paperwork...) but wait it gets better. I am then sent documents to sign that gives my rights to write or tell how I felt about their services! I have a copy of all this and if I sign that they could sue if anyone on behalf or myself writes a negative word. This was not discussed at the resolution and I will not sign my rights away. No book that they can offer is worth stifling my rights to review them and I believe this is why you don't see a lot of bad reviews! So be warned and take your chances if you want.
My video was very stagnant. The editing was bad and the used songs I never submitted, but once I got them to use the music sent them instead of whatever they chose and put things in the correct order it was decent but not what you see on advertisement! Nothing like they showed happened for my wedding and the photos...I might as well have my guest take photos since they had some really great shots.
We had a small wedding of under 50 so 1 photographer and a videographer were hired. My photos made me cry and not happy tears just sick disappointment. I had blurry shots, cutoffs of the dress, my mom and mother in law helping me get ready, no pre-wedding staged photo of me but there was of my husband... the cake, and memorial chair that I stressed the importance of. I gave a list of everything I wanted cover and half was covered.

Really mixed on what to say here, we did end up with some really beautiful wedding photos and an "OK" wedding video, but for the price I feel like I could've gotten better services...

UPDATE: I have to come back and edit my review because this company is not honoring something that was supposedly given to me for referring a friend. I had a follow up call with a ...
representative from this company a couple weeks after the wedding. I mentioned that I had referred one of my bridesmaids to this company and she ended up booking them for her wedding. Well I didn't qualify for the new referral program but the representative wanted to give me some type of reward for the referral. I'd thought my package came with a video trailer but it did not, so as a reward, the representative added a video trailer to my package. Great. Well I received my wedding video on 10/31. I waited a couple days because I thought the video trailer would come in a separate email. On 11/5, I emailed the company (replied to the same email that sent the wedding video) and asked about the trailer but no response. On 11/7, I called the representative (direct line) who I spoke with during the follow up call but no answer so I left a message. Today is 11/11 and I still have not gotten a response. If I can't get the trailer, its ok but don't throw in an incentive and lead your customer on to something, then when your customer reach out to ask about it...complete silence. Is that a great way to do business?

ver, I immediately became relaxed after the first time I spoke with our photographer, Galen. We instantly connected while discussing the tone/setting of my wedding. He spent a lot of time truly getting to know our story. The next day, I talked to our videographer, Mitchell. He blew me away when explaining the process (videography was new to me) and going over what the most important moments/aspects were to my us and our families. Our wedding ceremony was very intimate and Galen and Mitchell did everything they could do to make sure they captured those moments. Almost 3 months later and our wedding guests are still talking about how great they were. While taking pictures, we noticed our photographer was wearing an ice pack on his back while he was laying on the floor to get the shot I wanted. After a lot of prodding from a group of women, he finally told us he had hurt his back just days before. Not once did he grimace, complain or hold back on the shots he was getting - for 10 hours. We are so thankful we got this team and for their friendship that day. Our videographer actually handed me a kleenex because he thought I was crying. Couldn't have asked for a better day!

After we booked with them, they sent us a timeline of when we should be expecting certain things, and I was so excited when we finally got connected with our photographer and videographer a few weeks before the wedding day. ways there if we had any questions or concern. Our wedding package included 10 hours of photography, but we realize a week before the wedding that we needed an additional 2.5 hours. Eivan's made it super easy for us to add the additional hours, hassle-free.
Our photographer Marina was a sweetheart! She communicated with us through email a month prior to our wedding day. I loved the fact that she asked us to send any wedding photo ideas that we liked so she can incorporate it into our photoshoot during our wedding day. She was very prompt and easy to work with, which made it easier to get through our hectic 12 hour wedding day.
I would recommend Eivan's to anyone out there who's looking for great service along with value and professionalism! Thank you Eivan's for capturing our special day, all 1k of them!

. Overall the customer service was phenomenal, the photographer and videographer were excellent. Not only were the photographer and videographer great but they were cool as all get out. I liked their personality and quality of the images. It really did exceed our expectations.

They were so polite to all of our guests, and got amazing shots. We really feel very blessed that we were able to get these guys at such an AMAZING price! All of my friends could not believe that there was a service out there like this, and when I tell my friends that are getting married they are so thankful. They are so easy to work with too. They always emailed back right away, or were able to answer the phone. They made photography stress free and easy, and even thought of things that I had not. I called to schedule an over the phone consultation to my surprise when the day came for my consultation I did not receive no phone call at my scheduled time. I waited an hour more...
with my daughter and her fiancé for the call and still no call. I sent them an email informing them how upset and unprofessional it was and that I was disappointed. I thought that they would read my email and maybe I would get a response back but wasn't expecting it. Monday morning came and I received a phone call from the district manager apologizing and informing me that there was a glitch in the system and if I would allow him to go fix it for me and my daughter. I thought what do I have to lose I can always say no and not sign a contract with them. We went onsite this time for the consultation because I was not taking any chances for another glitch. So we get there and we were greeted very nicely then we were taken to a room for the consultation and to our surprise it was the manager he was going to conduct the consultation. I was happily surprised he again apologize and showed us the packages and because of the glitch we had happen he made sure he took care of it and made the package really sweet. He did not have to add all the extra stuff he did but because he was sorry and wanted to make sure we knew that he valued our business he made sure my daughters wedding package had everything she wanted. He was awesome I would highly recommend them because even if they mess up the accept it and fix it. Love them and will use them again.

NOT AT ALL! There multiple package options really allowed for us to customize everything we wanted/needed for our big day! Eivan's was able to match my husband's and I's styles and photo needs to a PERFECT photographer that worked extremely well with my family and bridal party. The quality of our pictures are beyond words and are just simply amazing. I am so happy to have found/used Eivan's services for my wedding and can't wait to have these memories for a lifetime!!

Our photographers, Artur and Nick and videographer, Max were tremendous. They were professional, yet relaxed and very pleasant, and fit in with our guests extremely well. They took well over 2,000 photos and hours and hours of video! We could not have asked for any better than this team. I highly recommend Eivan's.

us was very flexible and willing to help us out in any way possible. Our photographer, Tom Widmar, was absolutely AMAZING! He was very prompt in responding to emails, he communicated well with me, he was on time and ready, he stayed busy the entire time taking thousands of pictures, he was patient with me when I was overwhelmed, he was kind, and most of all he shot BEAUTIFUL work. I would do business with both Eivan's and Tom as well. Thanks for having such an important part in my special day!

Not to mention, they were extremely kind and outgoing. When we received our photo gallery, we were over-the-top excited and happy. Mike truly caught the essense of our big day. My suggestion to you brides and grooms- do not get the lowest package. It was impossible for us to choose only 30 photos- we called for an upgrade right away. Definitely get the package with the rights to all the photos because they do such a wonderful job capturing all the special moments :) When doing my upgade, Sam was also extremely helpful in making sure I could get

I got married September 28, 2013! Not sure why it took me this long to write a review. But here it goes:
I love pictures, I think they are one of the most important aspects of any...
celebration. A picture can take you back in time and allow you to remember that day like it was yesterday. For that reason I was looking for a company that took their job seriously and was affordable.
I came across Eivans while searching on this website www.theknot.com and gave it a shot. I saw the price and thought it was too good to be true. We scheduled a consultation and got lucky to have Steve as the consultant and as our photographer. He was awesome, so easy to work with and went along with anything I asked of him. He was so helpful and friendly. He was yes to make sure the day went smoothly. They prices were reasonable, compared to other companies. I felt that we got a lot for our money. The one thing I wish I would had done however was buy the copy rights to the pictures before the wedding. As they become extremely expensive after the wedding.
After almost three years I called Evian's to see if the price for the pictures' copy rights had gone down, unfortunately it was the same price. I asked my husband if the pictures were worth it, which to be honest they are, but the price was out of our budget. I called again and asked if something could be done, they were able to bring the price down to something more comfortable. Though ideally it's not what I wanted to pay, I'm thankful they worked with me and lowered the price.
I went ahead and bought the copyrights to my pictures and I don't regret it one bit! I do love the pictures and the work that Steve did! I know I will have these memories to cherish for years to come!
I recommend Evian's Photography in a heartbeat.
