Our photographers, Sam and Stella, reached out prior to the wedding and did a great job understanding what we wanted, along with giving us a few suggestions. ey are shady and sneaky. They charge ridiculous fees to discourage you from trying to recover any payments you made to them when they don't deliver which is the biggest scam. Take your money, force you to cancel then charge ridiculous fees when you try to cancel. We are now working to have them investigated for these shady practices. If you want to stay sane during your planning process DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY it will be the biggest mistake you make. There are so many other amazing photographers out there to choose from.

I'm convinced that any of the 5 star reviews on here are fake, OR they are not yet post wedding and haven't yet had the pleasure of dealing with Eivan's post wedding time-line to receive pictures and video. If you are okay waiting 5 full months after your wedding date to receive your own copies of your digital photos, then maybe this company is for you- however in this day and age this timeline to receive "edited" photos is outrageous. The full timeline on what to expect after your wedding is below, please read if you plan to book with Eivan's so you can decide if you are able to wait this long- I'd recommend going with a different company for the sheer fact that they don't disclose any of this to their customers ahead of time as they know they wouldn't get nearly as many bookings. We purchased the 8-hr package for photography and videography: -mid October 2021, wedding date -mid December 2021, online hosted photo gallery sent, photos held hostage for 90 days after from this date with watermarks to try to get you and your family to purchase copies from them -early February 2022, wedding video and trailer sent -mid March 2022, wedding digital copies available for download I waited to post this review until I had all of my photos and videos downloaded prior to writing this review, as there were some previous reviews mentioning that Eivan's would retaliate and further hold customer's photography package items hostage due to a negative review. Overall, avoid this company unless you're an extremely patient person/couple (again, 5 months is the time frame that you will be waiting- I'm assuming at a minimum).

These pictures that could have been taken, may not have turned out perfect, but now we have nothing captured from those once in a lifetime interactions with our closest family and friends. After the ceremony, my new wife and I went outside to greet our guests. After we spoke with some of our guests, it took a long time for us to gather our bridal party for pictures and there was no guidance from the photographer or videographer. We first gathered outside on the steps of the church. After standing there for several minutes with the photographers blankly watching without taking pictures, an off duty photographer who was in our wedding party got impatient and began to line us up for pictures. The off duty photographer named Jacob, lined us up in several positions and then took his place to also be in the pictures. Once we were finished on the outside steps, the photographer said that there had been enough pictures and dismissed the wedding party to leave the church. We were married in a grand Cathedral and they never even suggested we take a picture inside. Thankfully, our friend Jacob called everyone back and told the photographers we needed pictures in the church. While in the church, Jacob suggested all the family and wedding party pictures we might want while the photographer and videographer still stood silent not providing any guidance. Their lack of creativity, professionalism, and organization gave the entire wedding party and family unnecessary frustration on a day that was planned to be perfect. After the wedding, the photographer reached out to us letting us know that Evians was known for being really slow to get back with their clients. She then suggested we pay her $482 to edit the pictures in a timely manner so we could continue in our joy of being newlyweds. We were frustrated with Evians, but we paid her to receive the pictures early. This seems unfair and unprofessional. We have still received no videos or photos from Evians. Now, more than 4 weeks after the wedding we received this unexpected bill from Evians for $495. We had no idea there would be such a large hidden fee. If the photographer and videographer had to travel 360 miles, maybe the job should have been deemed undoable. The standard travel fee is $.56 cents per mile. This was extremely unfair. In addition to our frustrations during the wedding, prior to the wedding we had tried contacting Evians on numerous occasions to get information and ask about the details. We never heard a response. EVIAN'S is unethical and unprofessional. Do not use them.

provide a sneak peak (early view) of the photos. Eivans held my watermarked photos in an online gallery for 90 days! I was not able to download my non-watermarked photos during this period without payment of an extra fee. While I could view the the photos in the gallery, I could not appreciate them because of the watermarks. Then, after the 90 day online gallery period, there was another 30 day wait period to get access to download my photos. So again, my wedding was Aug. 2021, but I did not get unrestricted access to download my wedding photos until JANUARY 2022, even though I paid extra to have the right to download and use all of my photos!! It took nearly 4 and a half months to get download access to my photos. When I contacted Eivans to complain about the delay and to obtain access to download my photos without waiting 120 days (90 day gallery period + 30 day for download access), I was told that they typically charge an express fee, which was over $1000!!! However, customer service to offered to waive the fee, but required me to sign a settlement agreement stating I would not sue them and would not post any reviews about them. I expected to get my wedding photos within a reasonable time after my wedding. That did not happen. I also did not get my wedding videos until January 2022. I would not recommend anyone use this company! Stay away.
