My now husband and I are not people who take photos often or even know what poses to do, in fact we get quite awkward in front of the camera, but Al and Vincent really helped with coming up with poses for shots. They did not waste any time in capturing all the moments of the day.

Filling out the questionnaire allowed us to tailor the day and revise the form throughout the process. Darby was our assigned photographer, and she was phenomenal! During the day Darby went ahead to scout out various locations to determine the best poses for the lighting. Darby made sure we were capturing all the photos we wanted. They showed up early to look at the location and suggested different spots to pose for photos. All of our guest also complimented and told us about how they loved the photographer and videographer we had.

true and correct, communications went from okay to excellent. There's an altercation at the beginning with the communication. But it was resolved and we are glad that we did accepted the quoted price plus we added an extra hour of photography. Both our Videographer (Mario) and Photographer (Michael) were professionals. They arrived on time at the specified locations. Even on a changed of weather, gloomy, rain, summer heat. Their service was above and beyond it was fantastic experience. Our videographer and photographer both reached out to us prior to the wedding to give us a run down of what to expect and to ask of any special requests from us. They both were professional, down to earth, and strived to make sure my husband and I were equally involved in the process. Both showed up early and stayed until the time we had requested. They worked extremely well together and our wedding parties all enjoyed the process, they even took suggestions from them. I felt very confident in their ability to get the right shots and make us all look good. I would 100% recommend them in the future.

Our photographers, Sam and Stella, reached out prior to the wedding and did a great job understanding what we wanted, along with giving us a few suggestions. pany given the amount of bad reviews I have since discovered. They are shady and sneaky. They charge ridiculous fees to discourage you from trying to recover any payments you made to them when they don't deliver which is the biggest scam. Take your money, force you to cancel then charge ridiculous fees when you try to cancel. We are now working to have them investigated for these shady practices. If you want to stay sane during your planning process DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY it will be the biggest mistake you make. There are so many other amazing photographers out there to choose from.

Prior to the wedding the photographer refused to take pictures of the bride and groom preparing for the ceremony, because they said the lighting of a hotel room was not suitable. These pictures that could have been taken, may not have turned out perfect, but now we have nothing captured from those once in a lifetime interactions with our closest family and friends. After the ceremony, my new wife and I went outside to greet our guests. After we spoke with some of our guests, it took a long time for us to gather our bridal party for pictures and there was no guidance from the photographer or videographer. We first gathered outside on the steps of the church. After standing there for several minutes with the photographers blankly watching without taking pictures, an off duty photographer who was in our wedding party got impatient and began to line us up for pictures. The off duty photographer named Jacob, lined us up in several positions and then took his place to also be in the pictures. Once we were finished on the outside steps, the photographer said that there had been enough pictures and dismissed the wedding party to leave the church. We were married in a grand Cathedral and they never even suggested we take a picture inside. Thankfully, our friend Jacob called everyone back and told the photographers we needed pictures in the church. While in the church, Jacob suggested all the family and wedding party pictures we might want while the photographer and videographer still stood silent not providing any guidance. Their lack of creativity, professionalism, and organization gave the entire wedding party and family unnecessary frustration on a day that was planned to be perfect. After the wedding, the photographer reached out to us letting us know that Evians was known for being really slow to get back with their clients. She then suggested we pay her $482 to edit the pictures in a timely manner so we could continue in our joy of being newlyweds. We were frustrated with Evians, but we paid her to receive the pictures early. This seems unfair and unprofessional. We have still received no videos or photos from Evians. Now, more than 4 weeks after the wedding we received this unexpected bill from Evians for $495. We had no idea there would be such a large hidden fee. If the photographer and videographer had to travel 360 miles, maybe the job should have been deemed undoable. The standard travel fee is $.56 cents per mile. This was extremely unfair. In addition to our frustrations during the wedding, prior to the wedding we had tried contacting Evians on numerous occasions to get information and ask about the details. We never heard a response. EVIAN'S is unethical and unprofessional. Do not use them.

n their portfolio, it was nice to have that option! Once we had our photographer, she contacted us to make sure we'd get all the types of photos we'd like. We got our pictures recently and they turned out really nice! My husband and I love the pictures we received.
