DON'T DO IT!!!
I have never had such a bad experience that I have set time aside to post a bad review. To be clear this complaint is more on the company and less on the photograp...her, though I am not 100% ecstatic about my pictures either.
My husband and I were married on July 28th, 2019. We were not able to even see our pictures until August 29th at which point they were, in my opinion, held hostage for another 90 days until November 29th. I then received an email on December 2nd saying that I had until December 8th (7 DAYS!!!) to download my pictures or they would be deleted and I would have to pay an additional fee to have them uploaded again. So, just to be clear, I was not able to access my pictures for FOUR MONTHS and the given 7 days to download them or pay a fee......
Not to mention that once I was able to view my pictures there were a nice chunk of pictures missing that I had to email and complain about in order for them to "re-process" my photos. They requested that I complete a survey in order to "Rush" the processing of my photos so that I could get them earlier, though I did not actually get them any earlier. I was honest on the survey and expressed my issues at which point I received an email that said I should call and schedule an appointment so that my concerns could be discussed. I think this is ridiculous. If they were truly interested in addressing concerns once I completed the survey I should have received a call or email from a real person and not an auto-bot telling me that I needed to call them and schedule an appointment to help them better their organization.
I realize that some of these things may have been in the contract, and that I maybe should have paid closer attention, but they could have also done a better job of disclosing this information and addressing concerns. I am definitely going to reach out to theknot.com as well and strongly suggest that they remove Eivans as a vendor.
