They showed up early ready to give us all that we asked for. Our ceremony was small and we traveled to a different location. They climbed the mountain with us and captured all of the beautiful moments I had envisioned. I am anxious to see the video but we loved our experience and the way we chose to spend the day with our closest family.

Eivans Photography is a very professional service. They worked tirelessly to provide the photographer we wanted from their roster. Dughan from their Services team also worked with us when we were initially assigned a different photographer. He was available on the phone and via email working with us to understand our needs and provide more options. Ruben our photographer was great and worked hard to capture all the relevant and best moments. He had a call with us to understand our needs and then ensured that our photos came out looking like how we wanted them! We would highly recommend using Eivan's services for any one who is getting married.

My husband and I used Eivan's for our wedding photos and we couldn't be happier!! They had the best price by far, their customer service, and day of service was excellent. They walked through each package option, answering all of our questions and taking time to understand our vision for our day. They kept in contact leading up to the day of and kept us in the loop on photographer assignment. Weeks before our wedding we were able to speak with the photographer in order to go over times and expectations. The photographer was professional, timely, and ensured he captured all the photos we had envisioned, along with some creative ones that kept us all engaged. I was not too excited about the photos I received and the video, or the package that was purchased. They list their classic package as having private digital album online. We only ended up with 104 photos total. SO definitely not worth purchasing a whole other package. The photo and videographer were just one person and our video did not even include my face barely (the Bride). I also went to school for photography so I did notice that the quality was not that great. The photographer did not move around much during the ceremony. We didn't need too much coverage as we only wanted to get the ceremony and some portraits. But the fact that he could not get coverage of any of my bridesmaid or our flower girl except one awkward photo of one of them walking down the aisle during the ceremony is just ridiculous. I feel completely ripped off

My husband and I chose Eivan's after speaking with 3 other large vendors in the northwest suburbs. They were the easiest to communicate with, friendly yet professional at all times. Prices were fair and many suitable packages for what we were looking for. Our photographer was also on time, easy to work with and professional as well. Highly recommend.

Please future brides BEWARE of this company. Their prices and promotions might seem like a good bargain but those prices are a lure into egregious extra fees. We ordered our wedding photo album for 350 dollars, they will not ship it out to us unless we pay them an additional $110 for shipping and “insurance”. We are paying almost half the cost of the photo album to receive an item thats already paid for! Not once was this enormous fee mentioned to us while we were discussing price. They will hold your photos with a water mark for 90 days, if you want any non watermarked photos before 90 days they charge 50 Dollars. Per. Digital. Photo! Our photographer took several unflattering photos, out of focus photos, or photos that made no sense. Want any retouches? Thats another egregious fee per photo. Get ready for any sweat, stain or blemish to be in full high definition display. This company is greedy, spend more on the front end for a photographer that actually cares about their craft.

Eivan's was the contractor we hired that found both our photographers and videographer for us! We are thrilled with how our pictures and videos turned out, and everyone was amazing to work with day-of. Only thing that was difficult was the planning beforehand, as you aren't able to communicate with your actual vendors until 30 days out, so it creates a bit of a time crunch. It's also a relatively long waiting period (90 days) before we get full access to our pictures without watermarks. Minor complaints, overall very happy!

We used Eivan’s for our wedding videography. While our videographer was extremely friendly and highly experienced, the quality of our video did not come out entirely as I’d expected. The clarity and editing could’ve been slightly better. Although we are very happy to have the videos which definitely captured our day quite well, and they worked quickly to get the final product to us in just over 2 weeks!

We had a great experience with Eivan's! With it being a package deal everything was made so easy, and we love the results. Our photographer Casey was wonderful, he listened to any ideas we had and used every opportunity to get creative shots. The online gallery we have access to after the wedding has made it so easy to order photos and to share everything with friends and family. The customer service was also wonderful any time we had a question or concern.

I had an amazing experience with my wedding photos from Eivan’s Photo. They were very responsive to my emails and phone calls, especially with the pandemic that led to us changing our wedding date. Our photographer Casey was amazing. He had such great ideas for photos to take and was so professional and kind. We took photos in multiple locations and the end results were fantastic

Eivans went above and beyond our expectations. Both our photographer and videographer were nice, accommodating, and did amazing work. Eivans customer service was exceptional as well. Their emails are very detailed and give you all the information you need to know. Their phone customer service was quick and very helpful as well. The forms you complete after booking are detailed and allow you to help plan what pictures and video footage you want to ensure you get exactly that. We also felt their prices were very reasonable compared to separate or private owned cenders. We really enjoyed working with them and would highly recommend them to anyone else.

Wedding had to be cancelled due to covid 19. Eivans is refusing to refund over $2,000 but they’ve given us a credit with their worthless site. Problem is, we’ll never need their services again. They’ve also threatened us with a $500 “rebuttal fee” if we try to reverse the charges with our bank. I wish I would have researched before hiring them. Will be filing my complaint with the BBB, since we’ve paid them over $2,000 for nothing. I would not recommend this company.

DON'T DO IT!!! I have never had such a bad experience that I have set time aside to post a bad review. To be clear this complaint is more on the company and less on the photographer, though I am not 100% ecstatic about my pictures either. My husband and I were married on July 28th, 2019. We were not able to even see our pictures until August 29th at which point they were, in my opinion, held hostage for another 90 days until November 29th. I then received an email on December 2nd saying that I had until December 8th (7 DAYS!!!) to download my pictures or they would be deleted and I would have to pay an additional fee to have them uploaded again. So, just to be clear, I was not able to access my pictures for FOUR MONTHS and the given 7 days to download them or pay a fee...... Not to mention that once I was able to view my pictures there were a nice chunk of pictures missing that I had to email and complain about in order for them to "re-process" my photos. They requested that I complete a survey in order to "Rush" the processing of my photos so that I could get them earlier, though I did not actually get them any earlier. I was honest on the survey and expressed my issues at which point I received an email that said I should call and schedule an appointment so that my concerns could be discussed. I think this is ridiculous. If they were truly interested in addressing concerns once I completed the survey I should have received a call or email from a real person and not an auto-bot telling me that I needed to call them and schedule an appointment to help them better their organization. I realize that some of these things may have been in the contract, and that I maybe should have paid closer attention, but they could have also done a better job of disclosing this information and addressing concerns. I am definitely going to reach out to theknot.com as well and strongly suggest that they remove Eivans as a vendor.

The sales people are pushy and will continue to hound you even after you say you aren't interested. I originally reached out to Eivan's to find out more information about their packages. I spent some time comparing them to other photographers before deciding they did not offer the services I wanted. Unlike the other photographers , Eivan's continued to message me every 4 days, asking if I had come to a decision yet or sending out bland, generic emails that were less information about my date and style and more spam emails trying to talk up the company. After messaging my assigned contact person and telling them to please stop messaging me, I am still getting emails from the company. I highly suggest creating a temporary email address to give Eivan's if you want to know peace.

A wonderful experience from both Ed and Saeide. They were wonderful with dealing with the craziness that was our venue, my family, and the wedding day. From the preview photos I've received I'm completely in love, The photos look gorgeous and they knew exactly what they needed to make the day look beautiful. Both were also quick to pick up on cute moments with our family (Little kids running around, anniversary dance, the snow photos.) that I didn't have to worry about getting the shots I needed or wanted. They did also take photos of my guest and if I wanted special photos they would do it with a smile. I was so happy to share my day with both these amazing people.

I cannot express enough what a great job that eivans did. We had the photographer (dorin) go through mud to get the best shot. Seriously I cannot express how wonderful they were and how much they worked for us and we're flexible with changes. Best company ever. Also very affordable.

For going into my wedding day blind, by not previously meeting either my photographer or videographer I was very impressed by the services we received. Our photographer William was so great! He walked right into the salon in the morning and started to get to work without any hesitation what so ever. I got so many compliments from guests about his professionalism, and could not have asked for a better person to take ideas from just about everyone in the bridal party as calmly as he did. Overall I am very pleased with the service we were provided with!

Mitchell and Galen were our videographer/photography team. I was pretty nervous because they did not know each other and it was our videographers first event with the company. However, I immediately became relaxed after the first time I spoke with our photographer, Galen. We instantly connected while discussing the tone/setting of my wedding. He spent a lot of time truly getting to know our story. The next day, I talked to our videographer, Mitchell. He blew me away when explaining the process (videography was new to me) and going over what the most important moments/aspects were to my us and our families. Our wedding ceremony was very intimate and Galen and Mitchell did everything they could do to make sure they captured those moments. Almost 3 months later and our wedding guests are still talking about how great they were. While taking pictures, we noticed our photographer was wearing an ice pack on his back while he was laying on the floor to get the shot I wanted. After a lot of prodding from a group of women, he finally told us he had hurt his back just days before. Not once did he grimace, complain or hold back on the shots he was getting - for 10 hours. We are so thankful we got this team and for their friendship that day. Our videographer actually handed me a kleenex because he thought I was crying. Couldn't have asked for a better day!

Eivan's made my husband's and I wedding day unbelievably special. The photographer and videographer we're amazing! They were definitely fun to work with! Our pictures and video turned out amazing, and I would choose them again in a heartbeat. I felt comfortable with what they were doing, and trusted them fully. They made my pictures look beautiful. I am speechless with the way they did everything. Also, reaching them is never a problem and if you leave a message they do return your call their customer service is excellent. I will never forget my wedding day and thanks to Eivan's for giving us a wonderful experience. They are fun to work with!!! We booked Eivans last year for our July 9th wedding and couldn't be more pleased with the services that we received. From the initial phone call to finally getting our pictures, they were always professional with our interactions and answering the multiple questions that I had. After we booked with them, they sent us a timeline of when we should be expecting certain things, and I was so excited when we finally got connected with our photographer and videographer a few weeks before the wedding day. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality photographer/videographer!

My husband and I were fortunate enough to work with Eivan's Photo & Video Inc. for our special day last month. It was really easy to communicate with Sam and he made sure he was always there if we had any questions or concern. Our wedding package included 10 hours of photography, but we realize a week before the wedding that we needed an additional 2.5 hours. Eivan's made it super easy for us to add the additional hours, hassle-free. Our photographer Marina was a sweetheart! She communicated with us through email a month prior to our wedding day. I loved the fact that she asked us to send any wedding photo ideas that we liked so she can incorporate it into our photoshoot during our wedding day. She was very prompt and easy to work with, which made it easier to get through our hectic 12 hour wedding day. I would recommend Eivan's to anyone out there who's looking for great service along with value and professionalism! Thank you Eivan's for capturing our special day, all 1k of them!

I was hesitant at first since Eivans provided such a good deal. I sent emails, triple checked the contract to make sure there were no strings attached. Again, I was super skeptical. Overall the customer service was phenomenal, the photographer and videographer were excellent. Not only were the photographer and videographer great but they were cool as all get out. I liked their personality and quality of the images. It really did exceed our expectations.

I did not end up booking with Eivan's, but I had poor customer service which stopped me before I could even reach my consultation in person. I opted for a phone consultation before making the drive to their nearest location and the representative was poor, to say the least. He rushed me off of the phone and with every question I asked he simply told me to look on the website, which for the record I had many times and was where I got my questions from. Again, I cannot speak for their work as I did not book, but their customer service poor.

I did not think this quality of photography / videography existed for this price. Eivan’s blew us away with how professional they were to work with, and the quality of their work is unmatchable. We used Eivans to coordinate a photographer / videographer for our wedding in Austin in June. We got matched with Sandor G and John A. They were fantastic! They were so polite to all of our guests, and got amazing shots. We really feel very blessed that we were able to get these guys at such an AMAZING price! All of my friends could not believe that there was a service out there like this, and when I tell my friends that are getting married they are so thankful. They are so easy to work with too. They always emailed back right away, or were able to answer the phone. They made photography stress free and easy, and even thought of things that I had not. If you are looking for a photographer or videographer for any service you hit the jack pot! I look forward to using them again! Thank you for everything Eivans. ☺

The team at Eivan's was very helpful when we were choosing the photo package we wanted. Never did we feel pressured to add on anything we didn't want. On our wedding day, our photographer, Jeff was a pleasure to work with. He was on time, flexible, and friendly. We have already recommended Eivan's to other friends who are starting to plan their big days!

I called to schedule an over the phone consultation to my surprise when the day came for my consultation I did not receive no phone call at my scheduled time. I waited an hour more with my daughter and her fiancé for the call and still no call. I sent them an email informing them how upset and unprofessional it was and that I was disappointed. I thought that they would read my email and maybe I would get a response back but wasn't expecting it. Monday morning came and I received a phone call from the district manager apologizing and informing me that there was a glitch in the system and if I would allow him to go fix it for me and my daughter. I thought what do I have to lose I can always say no and not sign a contract with them. We went onsite this time for the consultation because I was not taking any chances for another glitch. So we get there and we were greeted very nicely then we were taken to a room for the consultation and to our surprise it was the manager he was going to conduct the consultation. I was happily surprised he again apologize and showed us the packages and because of the glitch we had happen he made sure he took care of it and made the package really sweet. He did not have to add all the extra stuff he did but because he was sorry and wanted to make sure we knew that he valued our business he made sure my daughters wedding package had everything she wanted. He was awesome I would highly recommend them because even if they mess up the accept it and fix it. Love them and will use them again.

I was beyond excited to find this company!! So many services were outside our budget and I was nervous that I would have to sacrifice quality and professionalism but with Eivan's, NOT AT ALL! There multiple package options really allowed for us to customize everything we wanted/needed for our big day! Eivan's was able to match my husband's and I's styles and photo needs to a PERFECT photographer that worked extremely well with my family and bridal party. The quality of our pictures are beyond words and are just simply amazing. I am so happy to have found/used Eivan's services for my wedding and can't wait to have these memories for a lifetime!!

From beginning to end, our experience with Eivan's was first rate. We were looking for wedding photography over the course of our big day and Eivan's delivered. Our sales representative, Dughan, was highly responsive to every question we had, took us through our entire contract in great detail and was attentive to our needs at every step. Our photographers, Artur and Nick and videographer, Max were tremendous. They were professional, yet relaxed and very pleasant, and fit in with our guests extremely well. They took well over 2,000 photos and hours and hours of video! We could not have asked for any better than this team. I highly recommend Eivan's.

All I can say is wow! We hired Eivan's for our wedding day and I have to say it was the absolute best decision and right choice! The price was very fair and the employee who booked us was very flexible and willing to help us out in any way possible. Our photographer, Tom Widmar, was absolutely AMAZING! He was very prompt in responding to emails, he communicated well with me, he was on time and ready, he stayed busy the entire time taking thousands of pictures, he was patient with me when I was overwhelmed, he was kind, and most of all he shot BEAUTIFUL work. Our Wedding was June 12th 2016 at the Abbey Resort in Fontana, WI. The venue was beautiful, and our photographer, Mike, knew exactly how to capture our perfect day. He had structure, which I appreciated. It was very clear that he knew exactly what to do to get great photos. I felt he, and Brandon (our videographer), were very flexible and professional. Not to mention, they were extremely kind and outgoing. When we received our photo gallery, we were over-the-top excited and happy. Mike truly caught the essense of our big day. My suggestion to you brides and grooms- do not get the lowest package. It was impossible for us to choose only 30 photos- we called for an upgrade right away. Definitely get the package with the rights to all the photos because they do such a wonderful job capturing all the special moments :) When doing my upgade, Sam was also extremely helpful in making sure I could get exactly what I needed. We highly suggest Eivan's!

Eivans did such a wonderful job the day of our wedding on May 28, 2016. The entire staff was polite and respectful and they showed up on time to each location the day of our wedding. I would recommend Eivans to all of my family and friends looking to hire a a photography company.

My husband and I were married on 12/12/15 and we were very grateful to have Eivan's photography and videography capture our special day. We worked with Mike and Shannon and they were a pleasure to work with. They captured moments that I wouldn't have otherwise seen which made me very happy. They were very professional and prompt and worked well with my large bridal party. The price for what you get is amazing and Eivan's was always quick to answer questions throughout the planning process.

I got married September 28, 2013! Not sure why it took me this long to write a review. But here it goes: I love pictures, I think they are one of the most important aspects of any celebration. A picture can take you back in time and allow you to remember that day like it was yesterday. For that reason I was looking for a company that took their job seriously and was affordable. I came across Eivans while searching on this website www.theknot.com and gave it a shot. I saw the price and thought it was too good to be true. We scheduled a consultation and got lucky to have Steve as the consultant and as our photographer. He was awesome, so easy to work with and went along with anything I asked of him. He was so helpful and friendly. He was yes to make sure the day went smoothly. They prices were reasonable, compared to other companies. I felt that we got a lot for our money. The one thing I wish I would had done however was buy the copy rights to the pictures before the wedding. As they become extremely expensive after the wedding. After almost three years I called Evian's to see if the price for the pictures' copy rights had gone down, unfortunately it was the same price. I asked my husband if the pictures were worth it, which to be honest they are, but the price was out of our budget. I called again and asked if something could be done, they were able to bring the price down to something more comfortable. Though ideally it's not what I wanted to pay, I'm thankful they worked with me and lowered the price. I went ahead and bought the copyrights to my pictures and I don't regret it one bit! I do love the pictures and the work that Steve did! I know I will have these memories to cherish for years to come! I recommend Evian's Photography in a heartbeat.

Our photographer and videographer were amazing! very artistic and had great ideas. The customer service is great too, they always emailed back or returned my calls in a timely manner! Cant wait to see my photos and video.

We had a wonderful experience with Will as our photographer and Nancy as our videographer! The day was handled with efficiency and professionalism and Will was wonderful at directing the flow of the pictures and arranging us for pictures. We received the picture proofs this week and we are so pleased with the photos and the fact that we received 2300 pictures! Eivans lets you see the proofs on their website with a watermark and then you can purchase the download rights immediately at an additional cost or wait a couple of months to receive the CD of all the photos (if purchased with your package). We will be waiting, but we are very happy with how they turned out and looking forward to sharing the photos!

Read the contract! We were going to go with Eivan's for our photos and video until we read the contract. The experience from the beginning was a bit off. In the initial phone consultation, the girl spoke so fast and it seemed like she just wanted me off the phone to sign the contract. Then they want a $250 deposit before ever seeing the contract, which turned us off. It was refundable, but still, we don't get to read the contract before putting money down? And then when you get the contract, it's only good for 24 hours, so you can't shop around. Then in the contract, it states several times that they are not responsible for lost pictures, or pictures not taken. I'm sorry, but if the photographer erases all of the pictures, then he/she IS responsible. It also states that photographer has priority over the guests for pictures and will do whatever is needed, i.e. push guests out of the way or just not take the picture at all, which of course they are not responsible for. They are also not responsible for taking any pictures which you want them to take. If you need to cancel the event, then you have to pay the full amount of the contract PLUS 50%. Seriously? They claim it's not a penalty, it's for damages. Finally according to the contract, you are not allowed to write any negative reviews. If you do, they will charge you for every day the negative review is posted. It is not enforceable, but you would still have to fight it and this is why you can't find many, if any, negative reviews about their service. What are they hiding if you can't leave a negative review? Buyer beware!

We are throughly disappointed with the Eivan's Nationwide Photo vendor. Composition was not done well with legs cut off or too much foreground. Editing was incorrect with subjects so far away. The photographers were inconsiderate to wedding guest and wedding party alike. when we share our concerns before we had received our pictures, Eivan's held our photos "hostage" until we remove our poor review. BEWARE BRIDES, you will spend $1,200. or more, and the memories of your special day will be sub standard. (they get one star ONLY because a rating is required) Kelly from Colorado Springs, CO

Although we loved our personal photographer and videographer, working with this company was a nightmare. We were going back and forth with them for about 6 months after our wedding because there were missing pictures from our wedding. Some were still never located (some of the most important photos to us) and the few we did receive came back poor quality. When we asked the status of where our photos were, we were told they were "too busy" to find them. We were able to get enough to make our album something we are proud of, but I would not recommend this company to anybody.

Our photographer, Sandor was fantastic! He was energetic yet thoughtful about the poses we shot. My husband is not the best at taking picture, Sandor made him feel comfortable and the pictures turned out beautiful! Thank you so much!

Went through an online registration process to schedule a consultation. Consults were two weeks out, and they no-showed. Literally I'm writing this after waiting 15 mins past my scheduled time that I booked two weeks ago. In the meantime they've also sent me about 20 emails... I'll be spending my money on someone who will show up.

Eivan's Photo & Video provided me and my wife exceptional service. They were very kind and professional and they helped me with accomplishing our desires. The photographers have great knowledge because they took superb engagement photos and our photographer chose our beautiful location. So no worries if you can't think of a place to do your photos! They were also very helpful in what I wanted to do in the reception because I wanted to sing for my wife and they provided me a mic to clip on my jacket and it was heard directly to the video so there was no echo. Overall, the service was stellar and you get a lot for your money so if you want QUALITY, go with Eivan's Photo & Video.

Eivan's was a great company for photo and video. The package that I received was a fantastic price! I was a little upset that my photographer was 3o minutes late to the hotel. The videographer was on time and didn't stop rolling for the majority of the time. I had to remind my wedding coordinator to tell the photographer to take photos during certain times, but it still went well. The photographer was very funny and easy to work with. I would recommend them again!

Every moment I wanted captured was done, even the ones I didn't expect. Both photographer and videographer were wonderful. Publications department are very professional and cooperative.

I couldn't have asked for a better team for my wedding. Will and John were both amazing and had no problem creating any visions I had for pictures. They did all I asked plus more and were so great in carrying out requests made by me or guests. I had several guests rave about how wonderful will was in taking photos from table to table. I was skeptical in pricing from the beginning but after I have no doubt I received the best for my money.
