h Eivan's. They had a customer service team reach out and answer all of our questions. They were in our budget and we got to pick our photographer so we booked. The day of the wedding, Al was on time and started working immediately. He got to enjoy the silliness of my family and we enjoyed having him there. He understood that my husband and I do not take a lot of pictures and made us feel comfortable. We absolutely love our pictures and think they capture "us." The editing is stunning! Would absolutely recommend.

Shortly after choosing them, the COVID quarantine happened and we were left wondering if our August wedding was even going to be able to happen. Keeping it professional as always, Eivan's stayed available and quickly responsive with any questions I had as well as them reaching out to us throughout, to keep us apprised of what to expect. Leading up to the wedding both our photographer and videographer reached out to introduce themselves and once again listen to what we wanted. With the quarantine, a lot of our original plans were changed and all parties were extremely accommodating and understanding. Day of, they were extremely punctual and did a fabulous job. With all of their equipment, they were both able to capture our day and almost appeared invisible. We were both very impressed at their level of professionalism and ability to stealthily capture our day. We received our video and photos and knew we had made the right choice. The portraits are amazing and the candid shots we wanted are well beyond our expectations. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend Eivan's. The price, the value, the level of professionalism, and the overall quality will exceed all of your expectations.

ustomer service representatives were very quick to answer questions. The company was very accommodating as we needed to postpone our date by a few months due to the pandemic. Our photographer, Ray, was very kind, professional and talented. He was flexible to our requests and the pictures turned out beautifully. Our gallery was posted within just a few weeks after our wedding. Eivan's is helpful before, during, and after the wedding. We highly recommend using Eivan's for wedding photography!

G deal! All of our questions were answered and there were absolutely no delays on communication. When the pandemic occurred and we were all worried about our vendors, EIVANS understood and took the initiative to reach out to us and see how they could be of assistance, they even offered us a better deal! I was comforted knowing that they had the photo thing under control! Our photographer Curtis was amazing! He arrived on time and was very kind, he was smooth we honestly forgot he was there! He took pics of everything that we desired and blended in with the family. He even was open to suggestions! I definitely feel like we got our money’s worth and I am glad that we chose this company. Two thumbs up for EIVANS!

sed during the wedding photo shoot by the photographer: 1. Many pictures had issues with lighting...flash washing out the picture, too much sunlight, shadows and sun spots on peoples' faces 2. Reflections of the flash and photographer caught in several pictures 3. Little consideration for background of pictures - almost all group family pictures had a large part of the asphalt parking lot in them 4. Many pictures taken from same angle capturing unflattering backgrounds (i.e. cake cutting pictures with background of DJ/bar...why not the other side where the cake flowers could have been shown with our sweet heart table in the background?) Pictures of the ceremony were all taken at the same angle...most pictures you cannot fully see the groom's face. Furthermore, there were NO pictures from our grand entrance and hardly any bride/groom pictures during the recessional. Most of these issues cannot be corrected after the fact. We will have to manage with what we have in terms of putting together the "perfect" wedding album. Overall, we are very dissatisfied with the photographs, they don't have the professional quality to them that we were expecting from a highly rated company like Eivans.

es I wanted and will never be able to replay that day again. Very Very disappointed in the quality of both video and photography. DO NOT fall for their prices. You get what you pay for.

uld. First off, you have to give them a $250 deposit then they email you a 10 page contract (that's right, 10 PAGES!) My daughter was pressured by them to sign and return the contract within 24 hours or risk losing the price quoted. My daughter signed the contract with them in Jan 2015, (big mistake!) and I was the one who paid the deposit and the remaining balance of $1650 which had to be paid in full by mid March of 2015 per the contract for her Oct 2015 wedding. From day one, my daughter was under the impression from them (phone calls that took place Jan 2015 and advertising on their Facebook page) that she would get to choose the actually photographer that she wanted to photograph her wedding. This is what she was told and what they advertised on their Facebook page. On Aug 14, 2015 my daughter received an email from Eivan's saying that they had assigned a photographer to her. She looked at this photographer's work and this was not what she wanted for her wedding photos. (Remember, they advertise that you can hand pick your photographer.) Several emails were exchanged between my daughter and Eivan's/ Sam Jalouga. Many of the emails were CC to their "legal" department. (Yes, they claim to have their own "legal" department! Do they have that many dissatisfied customers?) But they refused to let her choose the photographer that she wanted. When my daughter pointed out to Mr. Jalouga that he advertises " you can hand pick your own photographer..." , someone changed Eivan's Facebook page to read " you can handpick your photographer style".... Mr. Jalouga then told my daughter that she could cancel her contract for a full refund. Ok, great! My daughter cancels with them and no services or photography was ever provided by Eivan's. At least they are owning up to their false advertising that lured her in and they are offering to make it right by refunding my $1900. Wrong! To this day, Sam Jalouga has refused to refund my money and I seriously doubt that he ever intended to. There is no customer service with this company and I hope you never have to deal with all of the stress that Eivan's has put me through the past 2 years! Hopefully, I can save some of you from making the same big mistake my daughter did when she decided to go with this company! If Eivan's ever does the right thing and refunds my $1900 like Mr. Jalouga said he would, I will update this post to let you know! Please take the time to read the other reviews posted here of other people's bad experiences with this company. Feel free to email me if you would like a copy of the 10 page contract (you'll be shocked at what's in it) or if you have any questions. Your wedding photos are your memories that will last a life time so please get suggestions from your friends and make sure that you get to meet the actual photographer well in advance and see their work before you sign a contract! (I had to be the one to write this review because in the contract that my daughter signed it states that if you leave Eivan's Photography any negative feedback on any social media that they will charge you $250 per day or even possible sue you.)

I got so many compliments from guests about his professionalism, and could not have asked for a better person to take ideas from just about everyone in the bridal party as calmly as he did. ver, I immediately became relaxed after the first time I spoke with our photographer, Galen. We instantly connected while discussing the tone/setting of my wedding. He spent a lot of time truly getting to know our story. The next day, I talked to our videographer, Mitchell. He blew me away when explaining the process (videography was new to me) and going over what the most important moments/aspects were to my us and our families. Our wedding ceremony was very intimate and Galen and Mitchell did everything they could do to make sure they captured those moments. Almost 3 months later and our wedding guests are still talking about how great they were. While taking pictures, we noticed our photographer was wearing an ice pack on his back while he was laying on the floor to get the shot I wanted. After a lot of prodding from a group of women, he finally told us he had hurt his back just days before. Not once did he grimace, complain or hold back on the shots he was getting - for 10 hours. We are so thankful we got this team and for their friendship that day. Our videographer actually handed me a kleenex because he thought I was crying. Couldn't have asked for a better day!

Eivan's made it super easy for us to add the additional hours, hassle-free. Our photographer Marina was a sweetheart! She communicated with us through email a month prior to our wedding day. I loved the fact that she asked us to send any wedding photo ideas that we liked so she can incorporate it into our photoshoot during our wedding day. She was very prompt and easy to work with, which made it easier to get through our hectic 12 hour wedding day. They were so polite to all of our guests, and got amazing shots. We really feel very blessed that we were able to get these guys at such an AMAZING price! All of my friends could not believe that there was a service out there like this, and when I tell my friends that are getting married they are so thankful. They are so easy to work with too. They always emailed back right away, or were able to answer the phone. They made photography stress free and easy, and even thought of things that I had not. with my daughter and her fiancé for the call and still no call. I sent them an email informing them how upset and unprofessional it was and that I was disappointed. I thought that they would read my email and maybe I would get a response back but wasn't expecting it. Monday morning came and I received a phone call from the district manager apologizing and informing me that there was a glitch in the system and if I would allow him to go fix it for me and my daughter. I thought what do I have to lose I can always say no and not sign a contract with them. We went onsite this time for the consultation because I was not taking any chances for another glitch. So we get there and we were greeted very nicely then we were taken to a room for the consultation and to our surprise it was the manager he was going to conduct the consultation. I was happily surprised he again apologize and showed us the packages and because of the glitch we had happen he made sure he took care of it and made the package really sweet. He did not have to add all the extra stuff he did but because he was sorry and wanted to make sure we knew that he valued our business he made sure my daughters wedding package had everything she wanted. He was awesome I would highly recommend them because even if they mess up the accept it and fix it. Love them and will use them again.

NOT AT ALL! There multiple package options really allowed for us to customize everything we wanted/needed for our big day! Eivan's was able to match my husband's and I's styles and photo needs to a PERFECT photographer that worked extremely well with my family and bridal party. The quality of our pictures are beyond words and are just simply amazing. I am so happy to have found/used Eivan's services for my wedding and can't wait to have these memories for a lifetime!!

Our photographers, Artur and Nick and videographer, Max were tremendous. They were professional, yet relaxed and very pleasant, and fit in with our guests extremely well. They took well over 2,000 photos and hours and hours of video! We could not have asked for any better than this team. I highly recommend Eivan's.

Not to mention, they were extremely kind and outgoing. When we received our photo gallery, we were over-the-top excited and happy. Mike truly caught the essense of our big day. My suggestion to you brides and grooms- do not get the lowest package. It was impossible for us to choose only 30 photos- we called for an upgrade right away. Definitely get the package with the rights to all the photos because they do such a wonderful job capturing all the special moments :) When doing my upgade, Sam was also extremely helpful in making sure I could get exactly what I needed. We highly suggest Eivan's!

For that reason I was looking for a company that took their job seriously and was affordable. I came across Eivans while searching on this website www.theknot.com and gave it a shot. I saw the price and thought it was too good to be true. We scheduled a consultation and got lucky to have Steve as the consultant and as our photographer. He was awesome, so easy to work with and went along with anything I asked of him. He was so helpful and friendly. He was yes to make sure the day went smoothly. They prices were reasonable, compared to other companies. I felt that we got a lot for our money. The one thing I wish I would had done however was buy the copy rights to the pictures before the wedding. As they become extremely expensive after the wedding. After almost three years I called Evian's to see if the price for the pictures' copy rights had gone down, unfortunately it was the same price. I asked my husband if the pictures were worth it, which to be honest they are, but the price was out of our budget. I called again and asked if something could be done, they were able to bring the price down to something more comfortable. Though ideally it's not what I wanted to pay, I'm thankful they worked with me and lowered the price. I went ahead and bought the copyrights to my pictures and I don't regret it one bit! I do love the pictures and the work that Steve did! I know I will have these memories to cherish for years to come! I recommend Evian's Photography in a heartbeat.
