moments and details at the party. The reception date was October 11, 2025. Our photographer was easy to talk to and very friendly. He also cracked jokes which helped me, the Bride overcame the stressful situations due to wanting the night to be “perfect.” Richard was even understanding when the DJ got the date wrong and was late arriving to the reception; she was suppose to have a layout for him to go by so he knew when to take photos of each segment. He understood the ceremony was three days prior so a lot of what he usually captures was done for him. Richard N. captured our first dance, dances with our parents, cake cutting, garter and bouquet toss. Richard took photos of us with our guests and even did pictures with just our guests and their families. The whole night with him there was magical. If we could redo the whole night over, we would hire Richard again.

Even though the weather didn’t cooperate, they stayed calm, professional, and flexible throughout the entire day. Ruben kept everyone organized for photos and still managed to capture so many beautiful, candid moments despite the rain. He gave great direction and made even the largest group shots feel effortless.
George worked seamlessly alongside Ruben and truly captured the heart of our day. He was calm, kind, and so easy to be around — we hardly noticed the cameras, which allowed us to just be ourselves. Watching our wedding footage, we could feel all the emotion, laughter, and love from that day all over again.
The only thing I wish is that we could receive our edited photos and videos a little sooner — the turnaround time can take up to 12 weeks for both. But overall, the quality and professionalism make it worth the wait!
If you’re looking for a talented, reliable, and easygoing team who will capture your memories beautifully (even when things don’t go perfectly), Ruben and George are the ones!

I just wanted to let people know to just beware when booking with this company. They have given me a very bad taste in my mouth. I was told at the beginning by someone who the knot...
told me to remove. that I could put my deposit down and it’s refundable. Yes I have emails saying it was refundable from this guy. So once I book, I find out it was not refundable when I try to cancel. I don’t appreciate being lied to nor being tricked in that way. I also don’t like being nickeled and dimed by these people. I feel the copyrights should come with the package. But I find out with this package it doesn’t. It costs 1049 if you do it before the wedding date, and if you do it afterwards it’s upwards 2000. Yes that is for just for copyrights of pictures. Then if you want raw video It costs another 750. Their work seems nice, not discrediting it. But their customer service sucks. You can only get ahold of them through email, the people you call to talk about photography don’t seem knowledgeable about their cancellation stuff when I called. Overall terrible experience. If I could give these people zero stars I definitely would. Because this company is a joke. Read the fine print and know that you aren’t getting copyrights without paying through the nose.

ver, I immediately became relaxed after the first time I spoke with our photographer, Galen. We instantly connected while discussing the tone/setting of my wedding. He spent a lot of time truly getting to know our story. The next day, I talked to our videographer, Mitchell. He blew me away when explaining the process (videography was new to me) and going over what the most important moments/aspects were to my us and our families. Our wedding ceremony was very intimate and Galen and Mitchell did everything they could do to make sure they captured those moments. Almost 3 months later and our wedding guests are still talking about how great they were. While taking pictures, we noticed our photographer was wearing an ice pack on his back while he was laying on the floor to get the shot I wanted. After a lot of prodding from a group of women, he finally told us he had hurt his back just days before. Not once did he grimace, complain or hold back on the shots he was getting - for 10 hours. We are so thankful we got this team and for their friendship that day. Our videographer actually handed me a kleenex because he thought I was crying. Couldn't have asked for a better day!

ways there if we had any questions or concern. Our wedding package included 10 hours of photography, but we realize a week before the wedding that we needed an additional 2.5 hours. Eivan's made it super easy for us to add the additional hours, hassle-free.
Our photographer Marina was a sweetheart! She communicated with us through email a month prior to our wedding day. I loved the fact that she asked us to send any wedding photo ideas that we liked so she can incorporate it into our photoshoot during our wedding day. She was very prompt and easy to work with, which made it easier to get through our hectic 12 hour wedding day.
I would recommend Eivan's to anyone out there who's looking for great service along with value and professionalism! Thank you Eivan's for capturing our special day, all 1k of them!

I called to schedule an over the phone consultation to my surprise when the day came for my consultation I did not receive no phone call at my scheduled time. I waited an hour more...
with my daughter and her fiancé for the call and still no call. I sent them an email informing them how upset and unprofessional it was and that I was disappointed. I thought that they would read my email and maybe I would get a response back but wasn't expecting it. Monday morning came and I received a phone call from the district manager apologizing and informing me that there was a glitch in the system and if I would allow him to go fix it for me and my daughter. I thought what do I have to lose I can always say no and not sign a contract with them. We went onsite this time for the consultation because I was not taking any chances for another glitch. So we get there and we were greeted very nicely then we were taken to a room for the consultation and to our surprise it was the manager he was going to conduct the consultation. I was happily surprised he again apologize and showed us the packages and because of the glitch we had happen he made sure he took care of it and made the package really sweet. He did not have to add all the extra stuff he did but because he was sorry and wanted to make sure we knew that he valued our business he made sure my daughters wedding package had everything she wanted. He was awesome I would highly recommend them because even if they mess up the accept it and fix it. Love them and will use them again.

NOT AT ALL! There multiple package options really allowed for us to customize everything we wanted/needed for our big day! Eivan's was able to match my husband's and I's styles and photo needs to a PERFECT photographer that worked extremely well with my family and bridal party.
