Our photographer and videographer were very friendly and professional. The entire process was smooth. From signing the contract, to connecting with the photographer and videographer. It was truly a wonderful experience working with Eivans.

Eivan's was great! They had upfront and transparent pricing (especially when you're busy and can't take hour long zooms), easy to pick a package/book and our photographer was wonderful! You can tell how experience she was and had great ideas!

The 6 hour photography and videography package was wonderful!! Rita and Alex were fun and experienced, which made the photoshoots lively and authentic. They communicated poses well and had a lot of great ideas for us to try, and they came out so good! They made it easy to stick to our schedule and get as much out of our time with them as possible.

The best experience I had, from buying my package all the way through to the wedding day! The photographer was also amazing and did such a great job! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Our wedding photographer and videographer were amazing and did an awesome job. They were so professional and on time. My husband and I are glad we were to work with Eivan’s to capture our wedding day.

This company falsely advertises and the journey with then is an untruthful one. They have caused so much heart ache and stress 30 days prior to our wedding. Assigning a photographer we did not select on their form. Get notified in an email less than 30 days of this photographer they assigned to us and never bother to include a portfolio link. Photographer was opposite gender then requested. They didn’t care. They didn’t make any attempt to match us with the perfect match as stated. We felt taken advantage of as a paying customer and charge fees for everything with out trying to hold their end of the bargain. The Knott should not be marketing the business. Thank It’s absolutely disgusting how they run their business! We had to cancel less than 30 days prior to our wedding because of their unethical and dishonest business. Wedding date is 10/8, it wouldn’t let me select a future date outside of September.

Right from the beginning, Eivan took our money and we had no way to back out or ask for a refund (as it was stipulated in fine print). There was zero human interaction - we felt like engaging with a soul-less enterprise. The videographer assigned to us did not even initiate contact. We reached out because it was four days away from the big day and the dude simply got to know us; didn't even inquire about the flow or anything about our preference. Our videographer shot our first kiss --- behind our officiant. Our faces weren't seen at all. (face palm) Their output was VASTLY DIFFERENT from what they present in their portfolio. It seemed like a high schooler edited our video. Audio was trash (didn't use our choice even if we pre-picked our own audio). White balance was way off. From bluish to orange footage after footage. Shot all the wrong scenes in our wedding, so much dead air in the videos, didn't even trim the unnecessary parts. I don't know why Eivan's won the best in weddings award. Working with them was just a complete waste of money. We probably won't even use/share their video. It would just give our wedding a bad memory.

Finding a Photographer & Videographer was one of the major worries for us but when I reached out to Eivan’s Photo & Video, they made the process so easy! They were upfront about their packages and prices. We had zero issues the day of our wedding. Both specialists were professional and accommodating.

My husband and I booked a photographer and videographer from Eivans for our December wedding. I thought customer service responded to my questions in a timely manner and were helpful in answering any questions we had. Both of the gentleman assigned to us were very professional and responded to our questions in a timely manner. We especially loved our photographer Denzil. We had our engagement shoot with him and the pictures came out beautiful! He was easy to work with and made the whole experience fun and made us feel comfortable during that shoot and on our wedding day. We can’t wait to see the pictures and video!

We were kept up to date on the information about our photographer, got to meet with him virtually to discuss details, and he checked in about the schedule several times. On the day of the event he was charming and efficient and took all the photos we ever could have wanted. Really excellent work.

Eivan’s was a great choice for our wedding photos! Everyone we spoke to from the company was friendly, every step of the way. Our photographer was fantastic, too! She was friendly, professional, and very thorough. She made an incredibly, INCREDIBLY detailed list of every photo we wanted, and completed every single one. She instructed us on how to pose, where to look, etc., and was very supportive and engaged while doing so. We loved having an Eivan’s photographer at our wedding, and you will too!

My experience with Eivan's from start, in between to finish has been great! The pricing was right in our range, the service from our videographer and photographer were exactly what we were looking for. Our guests even though they were friend of ours because of how well they meshed into our craziness! We had a culturally traditional wedding so I was afraid of what they were going to be able to capture but they did an amazing job capturing everything we wanted! After the event, the communication didn't stop. we knew exactly what was happening and when. We would recommend them to any and everyone!

We just got our photos back and we can’t stop looking at them! They turned out so beautiful! We had a great experience with Eivan’s. We purchased the photography and videography package. The process was easy, we let them know where we were getting married and then were able to select the photographer and videographer based off of their portfolios. We were then contacted by both the photographer and videographer in order to be able to let them know what we were envisioning and make sure were on the same page and go over timelines. They showed up on time and got right to work. They also were not in your face so it wasn’t awkward. Our pictures look amazing and we got them back within 3 weeks. Eivan's was a great company to work with. When I was searching for a videographer for our wedding I had gotten a few quotes that were way out of our budget and nearly gave up on having a videographer. Then Eivan’s was running a special discount that fit our budget. I booked an appointment, we had a call and were sold! Once we were closer to our wedding date we completed a questionnaire about what we wanted to capture on our big day, they paired us up with our videographer and our special day was captured. Our videographer was great! We had a call a week before our day to set a game plan and on the day it went so smoothly and couldn’t be happier!

Great service and pricing on photos and video bundles! We had Crystal L for our photos and I don't remember our video tapers but their were great and very understanding. They've done an amazing job on everything, I wouldn't ask for anything more then want they have done for our wedding! Thank you!!

I would recommend Eivans to someone who’s number one priority is time of coverage. Having a videographer and a photographer for more than 6+ hours is hard to come by especially at their price. BUT that comes with some negative aspects. 1 - you don’t get to meet your photographer until 30 days before your wedding. Your engagement photographer could very well be different than your wedding photographer. And ours was. That was not communicated from the beginning and definitely made things way more stressful and annoying! 2- You pay for LITERALLY just the photographer/videographer and the time. EVERYTHING ELSE (any of the photos,videos, etc) MUST BE PAID FOR ON TOP OF THE PACKAGE PRICE. My video was not anywhere close to what I imagined a wedding video should look like and they want to charge me an ADDITIONAL $180 dollars for them to edit it a second time. That’s bogus. 3- The people i worked with (photographers & videographers) were great people and 100% separate from Eivan’s. They did a good job but the people that receive their photos and distribute them to couples is not great. From the outside, this seems great but really it is just stressful, a hassle, and they just want to get more money out of you. Find a photographer you like!!!! Not a company.

Eivans was relatively cheap, and we were really more focused on photos than video, so we decided to give them a shot instead of more expensive options. The videographer Eivans sent was actually great. We really liked him and he worked really well with our photographers. But the final products, the videos, were really sub par. First of all, they ask for 10 songs that you'd like to have in your video. We spent substantial time putting that list of songs together. Whoever did the video editing didn't use a single one! All the music is some generic classical music that we don't even really like. Of the 24 minutes of video, 14 are ceremony, 3 are toasts, 3 are first dance, and the remaining 4 minutes are getting ready/first look/reception/etc. If there are only 4 minutes of other footage, why do they even need 10 songs in the first place?! We have no video of our families, and of around 125 guests we have maybe 50 captured in the videos. I emailed Eivans telling them I was unhappy with the video, and 2 weeks later I still have not heard from them. I do not recommend Eivans. Spend a little more money and get a better product to remember one of the most important days of your lives.

April 6, 2018....The day did not go as perfectly planned as there was a little rain, but the photographer as well as videographer were great! I can’t wait to see my pictures as well as video.

Most of our pictures turned out great. Especially our portraits. However the 1299 package, doesn't include as much of what you would think. Had to spend additional $975 to buy the rights to that all of our photos. You also have no preference in who your photographer and videographer for our going to be.

I cannot express enough what a great job that eivans did. We had the photographer (dorin) go through mud to get the best shot. Seriously I cannot express how wonderful they were and how much they worked for us and we're flexible with changes. Best company ever. Also very affordable.

For going into my wedding day blind, by not previously meeting either my photographer or videographer I was very impressed by the services we received. Our photographer William was so great! He walked right into the salon in the morning and started to get to work without any hesitation what so ever. I got so many compliments from guests about his professionalism, and could not have asked for a better person to take ideas from just about everyone in the bridal party as calmly as he did. Overall I am very pleased with the service we were provided with!

Mitchell and Galen were our videographer/photography team. I was pretty nervous because they did not know each other and it was our videographers first event with the company. However, I immediately became relaxed after the first time I spoke with our photographer, Galen. We instantly connected while discussing the tone/setting of my wedding. He spent a lot of time truly getting to know our story. The next day, I talked to our videographer, Mitchell. He blew me away when explaining the process (videography was new to me) and going over what the most important moments/aspects were to my us and our families. Our wedding ceremony was very intimate and Galen and Mitchell did everything they could do to make sure they captured those moments. Almost 3 months later and our wedding guests are still talking about how great they were. While taking pictures, we noticed our photographer was wearing an ice pack on his back while he was laying on the floor to get the shot I wanted. After a lot of prodding from a group of women, he finally told us he had hurt his back just days before. Not once did he grimace, complain or hold back on the shots he was getting - for 10 hours. We are so thankful we got this team and for their friendship that day. Our videographer actually handed me a kleenex because he thought I was crying. Couldn't have asked for a better day!

Eivan's made my husband's and I wedding day unbelievably special. The photographer and videographer we're amazing! They were definitely fun to work with! Our pictures and video turned out amazing, and I would choose them again in a heartbeat. I felt comfortable with what they were doing, and trusted them fully. They made my pictures look beautiful. I am speechless with the way they did everything. Also, reaching them is never a problem and if you leave a message they do return your call their customer service is excellent. I will never forget my wedding day and thanks to Eivan's for giving us a wonderful experience. They are fun to work with!!! We booked Eivans last year for our July 9th wedding and couldn't be more pleased with the services that we received. From the initial phone call to finally getting our pictures, they were always professional with our interactions and answering the multiple questions that I had. After we booked with them, they sent us a timeline of when we should be expecting certain things, and I was so excited when we finally got connected with our photographer and videographer a few weeks before the wedding day. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality photographer/videographer!

My husband and I were fortunate enough to work with Eivan's Photo & Video Inc. for our special day last month. It was really easy to communicate with Sam and he made sure he was always there if we had any questions or concern. Our wedding package included 10 hours of photography, but we realize a week before the wedding that we needed an additional 2.5 hours. Eivan's made it super easy for us to add the additional hours, hassle-free. Our photographer Marina was a sweetheart! She communicated with us through email a month prior to our wedding day. I loved the fact that she asked us to send any wedding photo ideas that we liked so she can incorporate it into our photoshoot during our wedding day. She was very prompt and easy to work with, which made it easier to get through our hectic 12 hour wedding day. I would recommend Eivan's to anyone out there who's looking for great service along with value and professionalism! Thank you Eivan's for capturing our special day, all 1k of them!

I was hesitant at first since Eivans provided such a good deal. I sent emails, triple checked the contract to make sure there were no strings attached. Again, I was super skeptical. Overall the customer service was phenomenal, the photographer and videographer were excellent. Not only were the photographer and videographer great but they were cool as all get out. I liked their personality and quality of the images. It really did exceed our expectations.

I did not think this quality of photography / videography existed for this price. Eivan’s blew us away with how professional they were to work with, and the quality of their work is unmatchable. We used Eivans to coordinate a photographer / videographer for our wedding in Austin in June. We got matched with Sandor G and John A. They were fantastic! They were so polite to all of our guests, and got amazing shots. We really feel very blessed that we were able to get these guys at such an AMAZING price! All of my friends could not believe that there was a service out there like this, and when I tell my friends that are getting married they are so thankful. They are so easy to work with too. They always emailed back right away, or were able to answer the phone. They made photography stress free and easy, and even thought of things that I had not. The team at Eivan's was very helpful when we were choosing the photo package we wanted. Never did we feel pressured to add on anything we didn't want. On our wedding day, our photographer, Jeff was a pleasure to work with. He was on time, flexible, and friendly. We have already recommended Eivan's to other friends who are starting to plan their big days!

I called to schedule an over the phone consultation to my surprise when the day came for my consultation I did not receive no phone call at my scheduled time. I waited an hour more with my daughter and her fiancé for the call and still no call. I sent them an email informing them how upset and unprofessional it was and that I was disappointed. I thought that they would read my email and maybe I would get a response back but wasn't expecting it. Monday morning came and I received a phone call from the district manager apologizing and informing me that there was a glitch in the system and if I would allow him to go fix it for me and my daughter. I thought what do I have to lose I can always say no and not sign a contract with them. We went onsite this time for the consultation because I was not taking any chances for another glitch. So we get there and we were greeted very nicely then we were taken to a room for the consultation and to our surprise it was the manager he was going to conduct the consultation. I was happily surprised he again apologize and showed us the packages and because of the glitch we had happen he made sure he took care of it and made the package really sweet. He did not have to add all the extra stuff he did but because he was sorry and wanted to make sure we knew that he valued our business he made sure my daughters wedding package had everything she wanted. He was awesome I would highly recommend them because even if they mess up the accept it and fix it. Love them and will use them again.

I was beyond excited to find this company!! So many services were outside our budget and I was nervous that I would have to sacrifice quality and professionalism but with Eivan's, NOT AT ALL! There multiple package options really allowed for us to customize everything we wanted/needed for our big day! Eivan's was able to match my husband's and I's styles and photo needs to a PERFECT photographer that worked extremely well with my family and bridal party. The quality of our pictures are beyond words and are just simply amazing. I am so happy to have found/used Eivan's services for my wedding and can't wait to have these memories for a lifetime!!

From beginning to end, our experience with Eivan's was first rate. We were looking for wedding photography over the course of our big day and Eivan's delivered. Our sales representative, Dughan, was highly responsive to every question we had, took us through our entire contract in great detail and was attentive to our needs at every step. Our photographers, Artur and Nick and videographer, Max were tremendous. They were professional, yet relaxed and very pleasant, and fit in with our guests extremely well. They took well over 2,000 photos and hours and hours of video! We could not have asked for any better than this team. I highly recommend Eivan's.

All I can say is wow! We hired Eivan's for our wedding day and I have to say it was the absolute best decision and right choice! The price was very fair and the employee who booked us was very flexible and willing to help us out in any way possible. Our photographer, Tom Widmar, was absolutely AMAZING! He was very prompt in responding to emails, he communicated well with me, he was on time and ready, he stayed busy the entire time taking thousands of pictures, he was patient with me when I was overwhelmed, he was kind, and most of all he shot BEAUTIFUL work. I would do business with both Eivan's and Tom as well. Thanks for having such an important part in my special day!

Our Wedding was June 12th 2016 at the Abbey Resort in Fontana, WI. The venue was beautiful, and our photographer, Mike, knew exactly how to capture our perfect day. He had structure, which I appreciated. It was very clear that he knew exactly what to do to get great photos. I felt he, and Brandon (our videographer), were very flexible and professional. Not to mention, they were extremely kind and outgoing. When we received our photo gallery, we were over-the-top excited and happy. Mike truly caught the essense of our big day. My suggestion to you brides and grooms- do not get the lowest package. It was impossible for us to choose only 30 photos- we called for an upgrade right away. Definitely get the package with the rights to all the photos because they do such a wonderful job capturing all the special moments :) When doing my upgade, Sam was also extremely helpful in making sure I could get exactly what I needed. We highly suggest Eivan's!

Eivans did such a wonderful job the day of our wedding on May 28, 2016. The entire staff was polite and respectful and they showed up on time to each location the day of our wedding. I would recommend Eivans to all of my family and friends looking to hire a a photography company.

My husband and I were married on 12/12/15 and we were very grateful to have Eivan's photography and videography capture our special day. We worked with Mike and Shannon and they were a pleasure to work with. They captured moments that I wouldn't have otherwise seen which made me very happy. They were very professional and prompt and worked well with my large bridal party. The price for what you get is amazing and Eivan's was always quick to answer questions throughout the planning process.

So professional and creative! Started a head of schedule and continued throughout the day! Flexible with some new ideas we had. Took tons of pictures and kept things fresh and fun!

I got married September 28, 2013! Not sure why it took me this long to write a review. But here it goes: I love pictures, I think they are one of the most important aspects of any celebration. A picture can take you back in time and allow you to remember that day like it was yesterday. For that reason I was looking for a company that took their job seriously and was affordable. I came across Eivans while searching on this website www.theknot.com and gave it a shot. I saw the price and thought it was too good to be true. We scheduled a consultation and got lucky to have Steve as the consultant and as our photographer. He was awesome, so easy to work with and went along with anything I asked of him. He was so helpful and friendly. He was yes to make sure the day went smoothly. They prices were reasonable, compared to other companies. I felt that we got a lot for our money. The one thing I wish I would had done however was buy the copy rights to the pictures before the wedding. As they become extremely expensive after the wedding. After almost three years I called Evian's to see if the price for the pictures' copy rights had gone down, unfortunately it was the same price. I asked my husband if the pictures were worth it, which to be honest they are, but the price was out of our budget. I called again and asked if something could be done, they were able to bring the price down to something more comfortable. Though ideally it's not what I wanted to pay, I'm thankful they worked with me and lowered the price. I went ahead and bought the copyrights to my pictures and I don't regret it one bit! I do love the pictures and the work that Steve did! I know I will have these memories to cherish for years to come! I recommend Evian's Photography in a heartbeat.

Our photographer and videographer were amazing! very artistic and had great ideas. The customer service is great too, they always emailed back or returned my calls in a timely manner! Cant wait to see my photos and video.

We had a wonderful experience with Will as our photographer and Nancy as our videographer! The day was handled with efficiency and professionalism and Will was wonderful at directing the flow of the pictures and arranging us for pictures. We received the picture proofs this week and we are so pleased with the photos and the fact that we received 2300 pictures! Eivans lets you see the proofs on their website with a watermark and then you can purchase the download rights immediately at an additional cost or wait a couple of months to receive the CD of all the photos (if purchased with your package). We will be waiting, but we are very happy with how they turned out and looking forward to sharing the photos!

Eivan's Photo & Video provided me and my wife exceptional service. They were very kind and professional and they helped me with accomplishing our desires. The photographers have great knowledge because they took superb engagement photos and our photographer chose our beautiful location. So no worries if you can't think of a place to do your photos! They were also very helpful in what I wanted to do in the reception because I wanted to sing for my wife and they provided me a mic to clip on my jacket and it was heard directly to the video so there was no echo. Overall, the service was stellar and you get a lot for your money so if you want QUALITY, go with Eivan's Photo & Video.
