Eivan’s was so easy and wonderful to work with for my wedding pictures and video! Sarah and the manager Kim were both very helpful and very accommodating whenever I called with questions. Even, when they needed to call me back they were always very prompt with this and would always call me back the same day or early the next day. They answered all my questions and were so nice and just went above and beyond with waiving various costs and giving me early access to my photos. Arianna even reached out via text and every time I texted her back she would respond and answer my questions quickly. I also received my video earlier than I thought I would and they were very helpful with all my video revisions that I had as well.
My photographer Andrea G and my videographer Alicia F. were both just amazing! They were both so nice and patient and accommodating with everything on my wedding day and just captured all the wonderful moments of my wedding perfectly and gave us such wonderful memories to look back on and share with my family and friends. I highly recommend them both! They were both just such a joy to work with and made my wedding day so special and memorable!

ful setting up payments and emailing me reminders, The forms to fill out that they send were super helpful and helped me figure out how I wanted to plan my day! A week before my event both my video and photographer called and talked to me to make sure everything was correct and asked if I had any questions or needed any help with my itinerary for them. The day of the event was amazing, the videographer asked questions and made sure we stayed on schedule to capture everything and Our photographer literally stood in the rain to get the most perfect and amazing shots! Our family was extremely frantic the day of and asking for pictures of EVERYTHING and EVERYONE and our photographer and videographer handled our family with patience and grace. The pictures came out amazing! We cried all over again looking through all of our pictures and we're super excited to hang them up in our house. I would highly recommend using Eivan's! We booked Eivan's Photo Inc after seeing a promotion through The Knot. We booked the Digital Express Photo Only Package because we wanted to own the rights to digital files of all ...
of our wedding photos and this was an affordable package to do so. We added extra hours to the package so our photographer could capture the full day. Our wedding was 10/10/2020 so we had to downsize due to the pandemic, but decided to proceed with safety precautions. Our photographer, Michael Bennett, was professional, communicative, prepared, and friendly. He showed up and was immediately ready to start taking photos and work down the "shot list." He wore a mask for his/our safety. He made sure we got every photo we wanted plus additional poses/groupings based on his experience. We are so happy with the 1000+ photos and have loved sharing them with family and friends.

ls of my day and price point. I was so excited to hear they were in my budget and would travel over 100 miles to my wedding venue. I did have some photographer switch ups near the day of my wedding but the Events Department was in contact with me daily and were very accommodating to find the right photographer for me! When I was matched with Caleb, I got to review his portfolio before accepting and was very happy with his work. When we met on the day of my wedding, he was so nice and helpful and tried to get all the shots we wanted. Not wasting time on photos was important to us so he made sure to get the best shots on limited time so we could start the reception quickly. He really did go above and beyond to get some unique shots. I'm very happy with my experience using Eivan's and would highly recommend!

Don't believe me, just read their contact. The holding your videos for 2 years and the $250/day fine for bad reviews is all in their contracts. ver, I immediately became relaxed after the first time I spoke with our photographer, Galen. We instantly connected while discussing the tone/setting of my wedding. He spent a lot of time truly getting to know our story. The next day, I talked to our videographer, Mitchell. He blew me away when explaining the process (videography was new to me) and going over what the most important moments/aspects were to my us and our families. Our wedding ceremony was very intimate and Galen and Mitchell did everything they could do to make sure they captured those moments. Almost 3 months later and our wedding guests are still talking about how great they were. While taking pictures, we noticed our photographer was wearing an ice pack on his back while he was laying on the floor to get the shot I wanted. After a lot of prodding from a group of women, he finally told us he had hurt his back just days before. Not once did he grimace, complain or hold back on the shots he was getting - for 10 hours. We are so thankful we got this team and for their friendship that day. Our videographer actually handed me a kleenex because he thought I was crying. Couldn't have asked for a better day!

ways there if we had any questions or concern. Our wedding package included 10 hours of photography, but we realize a week before the wedding that we needed an additional 2.5 hours. Eivan's made it super easy for us to add the additional hours, hassle-free.
Our photographer Marina was a sweetheart! She communicated with us through email a month prior to our wedding day. I loved the fact that she asked us to send any wedding photo ideas that we liked so she can incorporate it into our photoshoot during our wedding day. She was very prompt and easy to work with, which made it easier to get through our hectic 12 hour wedding day.
I would recommend Eivan's to anyone out there who's looking for great service along with value and professionalism! Thank you Eivan's for capturing our special day, all 1k of them!

. Overall the customer service was phenomenal, the photographer and videographer were excellent. Not only were the photographer and videographer great but they were cool as all get out. I liked their personality and quality of the images. It really did exceed our expectations.

They were so polite to all of our guests, and got amazing shots. We really feel very blessed that we were able to get these guys at such an AMAZING price! I called to schedule an over the phone consultation to my surprise when the day came for my consultation I did not receive no phone call at my scheduled time. I waited an hour more...
with my daughter and her fiancé for the call and still no call. I sent them an email informing them how upset and unprofessional it was and that I was disappointed. I thought that they would read my email and maybe I would get a response back but wasn't expecting it. Monday morning came and I received a phone call from the district manager apologizing and informing me that there was a glitch in the system and if I would allow him to go fix it for me and my daughter. I thought what do I have to lose I can always say no and not sign a contract with them. We went onsite this time for the consultation because I was not taking any chances for another glitch. So we get there and we were greeted very nicely then we were taken to a room for the consultation and to our surprise it was the manager he was going to conduct the consultation. I was happily surprised he again apologize and showed us the packages and because of the glitch we had happen he made sure he took care of it and made the package really sweet. He did not have to add all the extra stuff he did but because he was sorry and wanted to make sure we knew that he valued our business he made sure my daughters wedding package had everything she wanted. He was awesome I would highly recommend them because even if they mess up the accept it and fix it. Love them and will use them again.

NOT AT ALL! There multiple package options really allowed for us to customize everything we wanted/needed for our big day! Eivan's was able to match my husband's and I's styles and photo needs to a PERFECT photographer that worked extremely well with my family and bridal party. The quality of our pictures are beyond words and are just simply amazing. I am so happy to have found/used Eivan's services for my wedding and can't wait to have these memories for a lifetime!!

Our photographers, Artur and Nick and videographer, Max were tremendous. They were professional, yet relaxed and very pleasant, and fit in with our guests extremely well. They took well over 2,000 photos and hours and hours of video! We could not have asked for any better than this team. I highly recommend Eivan's.

He was very prompt in responding to emails, he communicated well with me, he was on time and ready, he stayed busy the entire time taking thousands of pictures, he was patient with me when I was overwhelmed, he was kind, and most of all he shot BEAUTIFUL work. Not to mention, they were extremely kind and outgoing. When we received our photo gallery, we were over-the-top excited and happy. Mike truly caught the essense of our big day. My suggestion to you brides and grooms- do not get the lowest package. It was impossible for us to choose only 30 photos- we called for an upgrade right away. Definitely get the package with the rights to all the photos because they do such a wonderful job capturing all the special moments :) When doing my upgade, Sam was also extremely helpful in making sure I could get
