Our entire experience was great. It was a smooth experience working with the customer service agent, photographer, videographer, and even billing! I was hesitant about paying for a photographer and videographer but I regret nothing. We are waiting on our pictures but plan to update my review after we have our videos and pictures back.

Eivans is a very professional and trusted company as they always try to accomodate my requests if they can. We had Julita for our engagement photos and Wedding photos, she went above and beyond to make sure everything I wanted to do gets done! I can tell she actually cares about her work and I appreciate her! Would 100% recommend Julita to anyone! Mario was my videographer and he seems to know what he was doing! I'm extremely happy with all the services this company provides!

Customer service was great, both the photographer and videographer reached out ahead of my wedding reception date to chat and learn more about the event / the style of filming we wanted. Both were punctual, dressed well, and got good coverage of the event. The final editing of photography and videos was very good as well.

Eivan’s was a great option for our wedding! They had a variety of packages and are really affordable in comparison to other photography. Being able to get a package with a videographer was great! We had an outstanding experience with Eivan's. Although we were unable to utilize their services for our wedding due to COVID-19, Eivan's kindly provided us with a credit to use for a future event. We recently held our baby shower and maternity photoshoot, and the process of booking and understanding all the details was seamless, thanks to their exceptional customer service team. Our wedding wasn't typical as we already got married and really only were taking pictures in our wedding attire that we didn't get to wear when we got married. Our photographer and videographer were super accommodating and were cool with our very chill plans. We would definitely recommend them for good quality and affordable pricing!

Eivan's photography demonstrated excellent professionalism and creativity throughout the entire process of our wedding. The staff had been very easy to work with in setting up photography and videography. The photographer and videographer we had, Michael P. and Calvin Chong were very easy to work with and well liked by our guests. The photos and videos they created were a perfect way to remember our wedding in the best way possible. The editing process that Eivan's offered was very easy, and the excellent customer service from Jay and his team allowed us to preserve our moments perfectly. They were PHENOMENAL. After having some doubts upon other reviews I’ve skimmed and thinking the price was too good to be true. Eivans has proven that they have gone more than out of their way to make sure that I should not have had doubts in the first place. The team I had on my day were SUPER. It was so assuring to know the team I had knew each other and have worked with each other previously. I am always the one to be taking the photos and videos, capturing my friends and family‘s moments, but never really had to many of my own. It was such a pleasure to have not a worry in the world and have someone else capture my special day. Gaby, Steven, and Lene went truly above and beyond to capture our big day. Our photographer, Dariush, was very professional, friendly and was great at knowing how to ease our nerves and lighten the mood of the bridal party when we had pre-wedding jitters. We deeply enjoyed working with him and he was a great professional to work with. While waiting for our photos to be ready to download we contacted customer service and spoke to Rana and Jay who were both a pleasure to speak to and were real professionals. They were ready to listen and assist our needs and they were very responsive and helpful. The quality of their customer service department is definitely one to imitate.

We had a great experience using Eivans company. Our experience with the photographer Yesika and videographer Alex was beyond more than what we could have expected!! They both were professional and patient and ensured to get the shots that were most important for us during our wedding. We first booked with Eivans in 2020 and due to the pandemic of course had to reschedule. The company was flexible and easy to work with and always was available to discuss questions we had. It was a good experience and we would recommend using Eivans for you upcoming events/photoshoots, etc.

Honestly the whole experience was terrible. Extremely disappointed. Both the photographer and videographer showed up over 45 minutes late which basically ruined everything. They're no photos/videos of the guys getting ready and all of the ladies photos had to be done after the ceremony. They extremely rushed us and caused stress . They didn't review the forms of what shots we wanted at all! We wanted photos and videos of our guest mingling we have absolutely nothing. They took no photos/videos of the ceremony or reception decorations like requested which meant the father of the grooms memorial chair and dedication we have nothing of which is heartbreaking. The video of the reception is just two stationary cameras around the dance floor. We thought the actual videographer was going around taking videos of the guest or asking if they had anything to say to the couples but no, none of that. Not sure why he was even there because we could've just place the two cameras by the dance floor. Nothing we requested from the videographer was done. Why even fill out the forms of what shots we wanted? We have nothing from cocktail hour. The photographer seemed lost and like this was her first time. She didn't direct us at all. We also shot on a bridge over the water and she forgot to get any photos of the bride and groom together which should have been a priority. Then the stupid viewing gallery. Our wedding was 6/18 and we can't see our photos without the watermarks until 10/10 which is utterly ridiculous. They also changed the colors of all of the photos and made them faded and dull. I had a bright blue dresses for the bridesmaids and vibrant purple for the groomsmens and they turned out to look like a light dusty blue and black. I have no close up of my hair, make-up, dress, or flowers, which again I asked for on the forms. Such a waste of money. My husband and I are very disappointed. It completely ruined the wedding we hate looking at the photos and video now. The quality of the iPhone pictures and videos that were taken were better.

Working with this company was an absolute nightmare, I was not satisfied with any aspect of working with the company. If you are willing to wait almost 6 months for your wedding photos then this company is for you. Outlined below is a timeline of events: -August 26th assigned photographer. -9/4/21 wedding date. -9/5/21 We received an email stating we were expected to get wedding photos back 3 to 5 weeks from our wedding. -After 6 weeks of waiting I emailed customer service asking where my wedding pictures were. I was notified by customer service it would be 6 to 10 weeks after the wedding. -10/25 received watermarked gallery I was not made aware that all the photos would be watermarked and to have them unwatermarked you would either have to order expensive prints or pay $50 per photo to have it digitally released to you. The gallery for the watermarked photos would be open for 90 days, after 90 days the gallery was expected to close and we would be sent out photos. -Our Gallery ended and then we were emailed to sign a release and the photos would be given to us within 3-5 business days. -We signed the release on Monday 1/24/22. -On Saturday 1/29/22 we received an email that our images were ready to download but our images would expire on Sunday 1/30/22. I am lucky I checked my email because the gallery was only available for 48 hours on the weekend and then the images would have disappeared and I would have to pay up to $760 to get them back. I also waited to post this review until I had all my images downloaded and backed up in case the company would have sabotaged my wedding photos. We received 1,041 photos from our 8 hour time slot and we only liked 371 of the photos. I really hope this informs people before they book with this company.

Soooo I'm sure your here to read reviews because you're newly engaged (Congrats) and looking for a photographer/videographer for one of the most special and magical days of your life. You looked all over and ran across this company that seems pretty legit, picture quality looks nice, and they seem to offer really affordable packages. And let's face it weddings are expensive and stressful so the idea of killing two birds with one stone is appealing. You call them up and talk to a very nice customer service agent who explains the process, packages, the ability to pick your photographer etc, happily answer all your questions and immediately follow up with you the next day. Now you're thinking "finally found one and can check this off my list." Well since this was my personal experience I'm here to tell you DON"T DO IT!!!!!!! I get it! Finding a quality photographer/videographer with out breaking the bank is hard but after the experience I had I wish I would have just went with the more expensive options and ended up with amazing photos/footage in a timely matter. After deciding to go with the company we were sent options of photographers in our are who's work we could review and decide to choose. We chose a photographer and was told she would be available the day of our wedding so everything was set for over 6 months. A week before our wedding we received an email of who our wedding photographer and videographer would be and neither were people we had chosen. Imagine having someone capture one of the biggest days of your life and you have never never viewed their work and have no clue who they are. Sucks right? But our package was paid off and it was a week before our wedding so we had no choice. They were scheduled to arrive at 2:30p to capture the wedding party getting ready i.e girls with the matching robes/ men with their tuxes but they decided to show up at 4p an hour before my wedding start time and missed all of that. (Literally making it pointless for me to gift the wedding party all of these matching items) But it's my big day so the show must go on. My photographer seemed to be young and very inexperienced. Not catching pivotal moments, weird angles, bad lighting taking forever to set up, and asking us for suggestions on poses and positions. We got very little of what we requested on our initial intake and after receiving my pictures (Married 9/10/21 received photos 10/25/21) I was distraught. I had was so excited about seeing our final product and just couldn't believed what I received. I literally could have done better editing on my phone and there were so many off centered and blurry pics smh needless to say I contacted the company ( before you all ask me to email info@eivans.com I did) and was sent a basic scripted apology about how I could schedule to speak with a manager about my concerns with a link. Clicked the link and guess when I can speak with someone? FEBRUARY!!!! For an issue that happened in September lol And don't let me forget to mention the fact that after reviewing your gallery you still have to spend hundreds to be able to download or purchase any of your pics. That $300 credit is a joke! I still haven't received my video since they said that could take up to 6 months *eyeroll* and honestly not even looking forward to it at this point. The moral of this story is: JUST DON'T!

There was some communication issues on the part of Eivan's. I completed the online wedding questionnaire, but one of the photographers called me to ask all the same questions. One of the photographers assigned to my wedding was AMAZING but the secondary photographer was just super awkward and suggested poses/photos that I didn't find necessary.

We could not have been any happier with the service, quality, professionalism, value and support we received from Eivan's. We were initially attracted to Eivan's due to the low cost of services- but trust me when I saw that the low cost does not mean low quality!!! My husband and I had to change our package location to a different state due to COVID and my experience with customer service was extremely positive. They really handled all change requests graciously and made the entire process very easy and stress-free. Eivan's staff during the event were extremely friendly and professional and made sure to capture everything we wanted on our special day! We cannot wait to see the pictures and videos! Highly recommend!!!

First off, I didn't hire a wedding planner and was months behind on a few key things!!! I had called several other photography places, some of which laughed right in my face!! The people at Eivan's were GREAT; they said they had no doubt they could have someone shoot our wedding, and the 2 1/2 hour drive to and from the venue would not be a problem!! 💖 Bill met with us before the big day to go over my MUST HAVE pose list, as well as help us form an itinerary for the big day!!! (This really was above and beyond his job!) 💖 We informed him of a big snowstorm that was potentially going to cause a longer commute. Just to be safe, he came up (to WI) the night before. 💖 He got great pictures of all three of my nieces in my shoes (requested this was done, so I can frame it for their weddings!) 💖 Bill took my husband and I outside (IN JANUARY!) and got some of my favorite pictures walking up and down the road the venue was on. He got pictures with the field behind us, which I love! He made us feel very comfortable kissing in front of him (we're not PDA kind of people) and got some great shots of our first intimate moments as husband and wife. 💖

Eivan’s Photo, Inc is the best when it comes to all of your photography and videography needs. Eivan’s provided the full services for my July 12th, 2020 wedding ceremony and reception. The entire wedding party was more than impressed with the professionalism and experience of its staff. Leading up to the wedding, I received multiple calls from the videographer and photographer to ensure they knew exactly what it is we had envisioned as well as any additional details they should be made aware of. The staff arrived ahead of schedule and were constantly on the move. My wedding party received great direction for posing and positioning when we took our wedding portraits which turned out beautiful. I also received an extra $300.00 credit towards additional portraits and or products as an add on to my already 50 photographs which came with my package. Soon after the wedding, my husband and I were provided a wedding website to share our proofs which could be purchased by anyone who we provided our special code to. I highly recommend Eivan’s who made our entire process painless.

Working with Eivan's Photo was amazing. They were well organized and made everything stream lined, addressed all of our questions and made us feel at ease as we approached out big day. I would recommend them to everyone!! Even after our event, they were organized, followed up with us and have super customer service.

I cannot express enough what a great job that eivans did. We had the photographer (dorin) go through mud to get the best shot. Seriously I cannot express how wonderful they were and how much they worked for us and we're flexible with changes. Best company ever. Also very affordable.

For going into my wedding day blind, by not previously meeting either my photographer or videographer I was very impressed by the services we received. Our photographer William was so great! He walked right into the salon in the morning and started to get to work without any hesitation what so ever. I got so many compliments from guests about his professionalism, and could not have asked for a better person to take ideas from just about everyone in the bridal party as calmly as he did. Overall I am very pleased with the service we were provided with!

Mitchell and Galen were our videographer/photography team. I was pretty nervous because they did not know each other and it was our videographers first event with the company. However, I immediately became relaxed after the first time I spoke with our photographer, Galen. We instantly connected while discussing the tone/setting of my wedding. He spent a lot of time truly getting to know our story. The next day, I talked to our videographer, Mitchell. He blew me away when explaining the process (videography was new to me) and going over what the most important moments/aspects were to my us and our families. Our wedding ceremony was very intimate and Galen and Mitchell did everything they could do to make sure they captured those moments. Almost 3 months later and our wedding guests are still talking about how great they were. While taking pictures, we noticed our photographer was wearing an ice pack on his back while he was laying on the floor to get the shot I wanted. After a lot of prodding from a group of women, he finally told us he had hurt his back just days before. Not once did he grimace, complain or hold back on the shots he was getting - for 10 hours. We are so thankful we got this team and for their friendship that day. Our videographer actually handed me a kleenex because he thought I was crying. Couldn't have asked for a better day!

Eivan's made my husband's and I wedding day unbelievably special. The photographer and videographer we're amazing! They were definitely fun to work with! Our pictures and video turned out amazing, and I would choose them again in a heartbeat. I felt comfortable with what they were doing, and trusted them fully. They made my pictures look beautiful. I am speechless with the way they did everything. Also, reaching them is never a problem and if you leave a message they do return your call their customer service is excellent. We booked Eivans last year for our July 9th wedding and couldn't be more pleased with the services that we received. From the initial phone call to finally getting our pictures, they were always professional with our interactions and answering the multiple questions that I had. After we booked with them, they sent us a timeline of when we should be expecting certain things, and I was so excited when we finally got connected with our photographer and videographer a few weeks before the wedding day. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality photographer/videographer!

My husband and I were fortunate enough to work with Eivan's Photo & Video Inc. for our special day last month. It was really easy to communicate with Sam and he made sure he was always there if we had any questions or concern. Our wedding package included 10 hours of photography, but we realize a week before the wedding that we needed an additional 2.5 hours. Eivan's made it super easy for us to add the additional hours, hassle-free. Our photographer Marina was a sweetheart! She communicated with us through email a month prior to our wedding day. I loved the fact that she asked us to send any wedding photo ideas that we liked so she can incorporate it into our photoshoot during our wedding day. She was very prompt and easy to work with, which made it easier to get through our hectic 12 hour wedding day. I would recommend Eivan's to anyone out there who's looking for great service along with value and professionalism! Thank you Eivan's for capturing our special day, all 1k of them!

I was hesitant at first since Eivans provided such a good deal. I sent emails, triple checked the contract to make sure there were no strings attached. Again, I was super skeptical. Overall the customer service was phenomenal, the photographer and videographer were excellent. Not only were the photographer and videographer great but they were cool as all get out. I liked their personality and quality of the images. It really did exceed our expectations.

I did not think this quality of photography / videography existed for this price. Eivan’s blew us away with how professional they were to work with, and the quality of their work is unmatchable. We used Eivans to coordinate a photographer / videographer for our wedding in Austin in June. We got matched with Sandor G and John A. They were fantastic! They were so polite to all of our guests, and got amazing shots. We really feel very blessed that we were able to get these guys at such an AMAZING price! All of my friends could not believe that there was a service out there like this, and when I tell my friends that are getting married they are so thankful. They are so easy to work with too. They always emailed back right away, or were able to answer the phone. They made photography stress free and easy, and even thought of things that I had not. The team at Eivan's was very helpful when we were choosing the photo package we wanted. Never did we feel pressured to add on anything we didn't want. On our wedding day, our photographer, Jeff was a pleasure to work with. He was on time, flexible, and friendly. We have already recommended Eivan's to other friends who are starting to plan their big days!

I called to schedule an over the phone consultation to my surprise when the day came for my consultation I did not receive no phone call at my scheduled time. I waited an hour more with my daughter and her fiancé for the call and still no call. I sent them an email informing them how upset and unprofessional it was and that I was disappointed. I thought that they would read my email and maybe I would get a response back but wasn't expecting it. Monday morning came and I received a phone call from the district manager apologizing and informing me that there was a glitch in the system and if I would allow him to go fix it for me and my daughter. I thought what do I have to lose I can always say no and not sign a contract with them. We went onsite this time for the consultation because I was not taking any chances for another glitch. So we get there and we were greeted very nicely then we were taken to a room for the consultation and to our surprise it was the manager he was going to conduct the consultation. I was happily surprised he again apologize and showed us the packages and because of the glitch we had happen he made sure he took care of it and made the package really sweet. He did not have to add all the extra stuff he did but because he was sorry and wanted to make sure we knew that he valued our business he made sure my daughters wedding package had everything she wanted. He was awesome I would highly recommend them because even if they mess up the accept it and fix it. Love them and will use them again.

I was beyond excited to find this company!! So many services were outside our budget and I was nervous that I would have to sacrifice quality and professionalism but with Eivan's, NOT AT ALL! There multiple package options really allowed for us to customize everything we wanted/needed for our big day! Eivan's was able to match my husband's and I's styles and photo needs to a PERFECT photographer that worked extremely well with my family and bridal party. The quality of our pictures are beyond words and are just simply amazing. I am so happy to have found/used Eivan's services for my wedding and can't wait to have these memories for a lifetime!!

From beginning to end, our experience with Eivan's was first rate. We were looking for wedding photography over the course of our big day and Eivan's delivered. Our sales representative, Dughan, was highly responsive to every question we had, took us through our entire contract in great detail and was attentive to our needs at every step. Our photographers, Artur and Nick and videographer, Max were tremendous. They were professional, yet relaxed and very pleasant, and fit in with our guests extremely well. They took well over 2,000 photos and hours and hours of video! We could not have asked for any better than this team. I highly recommend Eivan's.

All I can say is wow! We hired Eivan's for our wedding day and I have to say it was the absolute best decision and right choice! The price was very fair and the employee who booked us was very flexible and willing to help us out in any way possible. Our photographer, Tom Widmar, was absolutely AMAZING! Our Wedding was June 12th 2016 at the Abbey Resort in Fontana, WI. The venue was beautiful, and our photographer, Mike, knew exactly how to capture our perfect day. He had structure, which I appreciated. It was very clear that he knew exactly what to do to get great photos. I felt he, and Brandon (our videographer), were very flexible and professional. Not to mention, they were extremely kind and outgoing. When we received our photo gallery, we were over-the-top excited and happy. Mike truly caught the essense of our big day. My suggestion to you brides and grooms- do not get the lowest package. It was impossible for us to choose only 30 photos- we called for an upgrade right away. Definitely get the package with the rights to all the photos because they do such a wonderful job capturing all the special moments :) When doing my upgade, Sam was also extremely helpful in making sure I could get exactly what I needed. We highly suggest Eivan's!

Eivans did such a wonderful job the day of our wedding on May 28, 2016. The entire staff was polite and respectful and they showed up on time to each location the day of our wedding. I would recommend Eivans to all of my family and friends looking to hire a a photography company.

My husband and I were married on 12/12/15 and we were very grateful to have Eivan's photography and videography capture our special day. We worked with Mike and Shannon and they were a pleasure to work with. They captured moments that I wouldn't have otherwise seen which made me very happy. They were very professional and prompt and worked well with my large bridal party. The price for what you get is amazing and Eivan's was always quick to answer questions throughout the planning process.

So professional and creative! Started a head of schedule and continued throughout the day! Flexible with some new ideas we had. Took tons of pictures and kept things fresh and fun!
