Eivan’s photo and video did an amazing job at our wedding. The photographer and videographer were professional and courteous. They were there on time and immediately went to work. We so loved working with Eivan's! The booking process was easy, we loved our photographers, Janis and Rosa, and the price couldn't be beat! I cannot say enough wonderful things about our wedding photographer and videographer! From our first meeting to the final delivery of our photos and videos, they exceeded all our expectations.
They made us feel so comfortable and natural in front of the camera, capturing every candid moment beautifully. I would highly recommend! We were planning on a budget and they were right in our price point. The process was very organized and I received good customer service. We are local to their Providence office and our photographer Michaela, was absolutely fantastic. She had so many good ideas, and was very friendly and flexible. Can’t wait to see the final photos!

We had our wedding on Sept 14, 2024 in Suquamish, WA. The photographer Andrew was very professional, very kind and accommodating. He made sure we got the best angle of our photos. He coordinated with us before our wedding and he came on time. Our videographer as well, was very professional and I am sure and hoping he took excellent videos of our wedding.

My husband and I looked at a lot of different photography services and we absolutely loved everything Evian’s had to offer and how smooth the process was. For example, after paying for their services, they have you fill out forms that include everything you might want pictures or videos of. Since planning a wedding is stressful by itself, I was very grateful that I could just check the boxes of what I wanted instead of coming up with the list.
We had Katie as our photographer and Del as our videographer. They were such a great team and so sweet. I had a schedule that included everything I wanted in the pictures and video. Even though there was a delay in the schedule, they stayed over a little to make sure I had everything in the photos and video. They were awesome and would definitely recommend anyone to have them as your photographer and videographer. Absolutely love Eivans!!

My husband and I used Eivans for our photos at our wedding and we are so happy and impressed by the way everything turned out . The photographer showed up 45 minutes earlier than the scheduled time. Displayed excellent customer service. He made sure we had all the poses we wanted with friends and family . Overall it was a phenomenal experience. We had an incredible experience with Eivan's Photo and Video! We were initially hesitant to pick a company that we had not before heard of, but have been very impressed with the service and quality of products that we have received from our big day! Our Photographer and Videographer (both through this company) were professional, friendly and clearly possessed the passion and skill that is needed to perfectly capture such a special celebration. We also received our video and trailer about 3 weeks after our wedding and a preview of all our wedding photos about 4 weeks after our wedding. We are so in love with our wedding film/trailer/and photos and feel so incredibly lucky to have such a special day so beautifully captured by an incredible team of people/company!

Overall I will say we were happy with our booking with Eivan's Photography and video. We got a package that had 8 hours of booking, Our package also came with a Wedding album, we haven't received it yet but from the photos and album proofing everything looked amazing! We cannot wait to get the actual album in to share with friends and family. Although there was a little confusion with what our package came with in terms of photos and digital copies and what we paid for exactly, we were pleased with the excellent customer service that was given to us to get back to us and clarify further. They did everything to make sure we were completely satisfied. Our wedding video came out nice, along with a shorter highlight reel. The photos were absolutely everything. Our photographer and videographer were both friendly and great guys to work with. Thank you to Eivan's, Ozan our photographer and Alex our videographer for making our wedding memorable.

The photographer and videographer (Wael and Ali) were very professional and helped me and my guests with amazing poses in beautiful locations throughout the banquet hall. They even took some extra shots for my husband when he wanted more than requested. (I will add photos as soon as I receive them from Eivans. They were the least expensive I could find for a video and photo package, and made the whole process as seamless as humanly possible! Their corporate office is handy and ready to answer any and all questions, but they send out info to make sure that you are in the know about timelines and expectations always. They were amazing!!

I did a lot of research before booking a photography/videography company, and after I went with Eivans, they made it a very easy process. It's nice when there is so much communication back and forth, there team is all really ready to help. I took my engagement photos last week, and our photographer, Will, was wonderful! I'm in love with all of our photos, and the best part is-we got our photos literally the next day. It was so amazing. I can't wait to continue working with them for my wedding day in September!

I had an amazing experience with Eivan’s Photo Inc with our Photographer and Videographer . They did amazing they were awesome and very patient! Mike and Rob are excellent in what they do and my video and pictures came out amazing and beautiful. Mike was our photographer and he is beyond awesome and he will make you feel like a model! Our photographer, Gary, was absolutely amazing! Not only was he great at capturing all of the special moments we wanted, he was beyond wonderful with my 91 year old grandma. He made sure that he didn't miss a thing and was able to input his own creative touch to many of the shots! All of our photos turned out beautifully. We had a minor hiccup (our videographer caught covid THREE days before our wedding) but Eivans was able to replace him (with the help of Gary and Sam) and our video turned out better than I could've imagined. The Sam, the manager, was incredible, understanding, and made sure that we were accommodated through the entire planning process as well as after. My husband and I couldn't be happier after getting back our photo gallery and wedding video.

What a fantastic photography experience. Everything was organized and communicated thoroughly for our wedding timeline. Our photographer did such an amazing job capturing different types of photos and really listened to our wants and needs for our wedding day. We are highly impressed and pleased with the service we received and would recommend Eivan's to all!

I bought the package that was around $1,200 which included a photographer and wedding album. The cost was great and within our budget and the photos turned out beautiful. It seemed to good to be true…. and it was. It’s been 6 months and we have no wedding album. The company is hard to get a response from and comes up with constant excuses when they do reply. They tried to tell me they need a sheet of all the photo numbers from the gallery, that I no longer have access to and have yet reinstated the gallery (due to their own error) so that they can pull the photo numbers documented within the gallery. They had sent me a confirmation email stating they had received my selections and now say they can not locate them. They have quit responding and I am without my wedding album.

Please take heed. This company seemed pretty legit at first. My wedding date was 8/14/2021. I had communicated briefly via email with my photographer and videographer. They were professional and got really good shots. I was over all pleased with what they had captured. The production team however is where my problem started. I ordered prints and the quality of the paper was maybe one notch above the quality you’d get from Walmart’s photo printing. There was also this yellowish tint to the photographs that just really made the photos look terrible. I contacted them and complained. Soon I was sent the same pictures without the yellow tint , the paper quality however, was the same. I thought whatever I’ll deal with. My 30 page photo album was beautifully done. Now I was just waiting on my wedding video which was past its due date. I watch the video and discover that during my first dance there is literally no audio playing. Ok that’s odd, so I fill out the revision for where I include my issue with the video and the time stamps. A couple weeks later I get the “ revised” video. I watch it and there is no revision done. Nor is there a revision form this time that I can fill out. They only have the approve and download option. I email them again.. they send out another video with the same exact issue and what makes matters worse is that no one has reached out to me to say “ hey this is the issue we’re having, or this can’t be fixed because..” they just keep sending me the same video. I saw the awards and thought this company would be a good one to go with but I notice that there aren’t any resent awards. Since covid hit I’m noticing a pattern of poor reviews. You may get lucky and things go smoothly but I wouldn’t recommend them for a major event. It’s now mid March and my wedding video still has that weird long silence during my first dance with my husband. 2 videos later and the issue isn’t fixed. I’m disappointed in the customer service to say the least!

The only reason I’m giving them three stars is because I feel like I’m missing a ton of photos. My dream/ vision was to have beautiful photos at the gorgeous staircase at Union Station and I only FIVE photos. I was devastated. I reached out to someone and they said that that’s all the photos they found in their research. We were at Union Station for over an hour, there’s no way there was only five stair photos.
Other than that everything else was great and everyone that worked the wedding was nice and professional. The photo gallery took a little longer than I expected but it turned out great.

Our photographer and videographer were excellent!! They were professional and punctual. Our videographer was very detailed. Our photographer was extremely nice and captured amazing memorable moments from our special day.

I would honestly say I had the best team ever they exceeded my expectations if I was to get married again I would choose Iryna and Agnes all over again they did a very good job.

We are pleased with the value of our photography package from Eivan's of our wedding day! Even though our main photographer had a medical issue on the day of the wedding, the company sent over a replacement photographer and the day went off without a hitch! We are giving 4 stars because there was an unexpected fee to ship our wedding album, and receiving our pictures and album took a while but the photographers themselves were very professional and our pictures turned out beautiful! We have also received many compliments on our album!

Our experience with Eivan's was awesome start-to-finish. They helped me pick out the perfect package that fit our specific needs and were easy to communicate with throughout our planning process. Caleb was our photographer and he did an amazing job. He was super personable and made us and all of our guests feel at ease the entire evening. He even helped us stay on track with our timeline since we did not have a day of coordinator. If you choose Eivan's, I strongly recommend requesting Caleb as your photographer.

Our experience with Eivan's Photo & Video has been fantastic. The Package & Services we had purchased was the 'Exclusive Photo & Video' and everything detailed in that package was communicated with customer service. While the time frame of when you would receive your images/video might be a bit of a wait, everything is communicated up front and for the price they charge, which is very affordable, we can't complain.
We also added the Engagement Sessions and for people who have no idea how to pose for photos, the photographer Vlad was amazing and made the experience memorable. Our Photographer (Klaus) and Videographer (Jose) took care of us as well, for what can normally be a busy and stressful day, they made it very relaxing and calming for us, make our minds have less things to worry about.
Our experience all around from start to finish with Eivan's have been professional and fantastic service. We would highly recommend Eivan's Photo & Video.

We loved that the price fit our budget needs and we got everything we wanted from them. There are so many pretty shots from the day and from our engagement session. I just wish there had been more consistency in who we worked with. We formed a great relationship with the photographer during our engagement session, to have it changed for our wedding.

Eivan’s provided us with an amazing photographer and videographer for our wedding day. Both were on time, very detailed, outgoing and wonderful to have capture our day.
