The photographer and videographer arrived promptly, were receptive to our feedback and instructions, and spent the day making our event one to be remembered! Every member of the Eivan team was profession, responsive, and engaged to make sure our needs were met. The editing process was easy and fast, and the team was mindful of our requests and recommendations. We received a beautiful photo album of our special day as part of one of the promotions, and the quality is just amazing! I would recommend Evian for your photography needs. This is a company that understands and values customer service and the experience!

Evian’s Photo and video was the perfect service provider for our wedding event. From the beginning, the communication was top-notch. The contract was in plain English and the pricing and the type of service that would be provided was made very clear. we were provided with a list of photographers and Videographer to choose from that would best represent our event styles. These gentlemen worked as a team in a synchronized fashion to capture photos and videos that in the end blew us away completely. we received proofs from the event in less than a month. The final product was a real treat for us quality of the photos and the videos was top-notch. We highly recommend Evian’s Photo and video and video service.

Great photographer and videographer staff. Made everyone feel comfortable when doing photos. I should have asked for more portraits with my husband! Their email response is quick but slower when contacting by phone. Be sure to read your contracts and know what you pay for as there is overtime charges if your photo staff stay later.

Herber Jimenez and his partner Rose Jimenez were truly phenomenal and the kindest videographers I ever met. Rose always made sure I was comfortable and informed me to let her know if I ever need assistance with anything during the day. Herber listened to my requests and fulfilled them well. I was so surprised to read that my 55min video was released within two weeks of our September 10th, 2022 wedding. That is fantastic editing and talent. I love how Eivan's also offered a video revision request which shows they care about making the customer content with their one special lifelong video. I would certainly hire them again in the future!

Our photographer and videographer were amazing! They both took the stress away from me by getting everyone together that needed to be together for all of the pictures. They were full of knowledge and knew all the shots and videos that would turn out the best.

AWFUL experience, Do NOT recommend! We booked the photography & videography package in 2019 when we had planned on having our wedding in 2020, but it was delayed due to the pandemic. When we asked if we could upgrade our package, they ignored our emails. When we called, they transferred me to at least 4 different people and refused to allow me to pay the difference between packages, instead I had to pay an additional $1,200 for the rights to my own photos. Additionally, I spent quite a bit of time filling out the forms about the kind of photos I wanted taken during the wedding, and also reached out to the photographer beforehand with pictures I wanted taken. This was completely pointless, as he kept asking me the day of “what do you want” and said “I don’t know” when we asked how we should pose. They also wouldn’t allow me to request a preferred photographer even though I had booked them 3 YEARS in advance. Poor customer service and frustrating experience. You don’t get access to your photos for MONTHS after they are ready, and the video looks like someone took it on their iPhone and edited on an app, with the photographer’s hand or head in many of the frames. Awful music choice for the videos, and when we requested the music to be changed they ignored our request. You also pay $50-100 to ship your Photo Album that’s not included in the total cost. Would not recommend this company to ANYONE

Eivan’s staff were professional! The photographer’s David and Michael did a great job and the videographer Dmitriy made the cutest video and trailer! I could not have asked for more!

Eivan’s Photographer & Videographer Peoduction Inc. has gained a customer for a lifetime. First let’s start with customer service, they were excellent answering any and every question. All documents were in order and guiding along the way. Lastly, who they employ are phenomenal workers. They blended in with crowd and captured moments you would not have thought of. I want to thank Evian’s for making my wedding special.

Loved our videographer, the entire wedding party could not stand the photographer. He actually argued with me over the phone that we needed to have pictures of our cake cutting, which we didn’t even do, and tried to urge us to at least do pics of us feeding each other from the dessert bar. I said no repeatedly and he still kept pushing. The first pictured he took of me were of me getting my hair done, with my hair flipped over covering half my face wearing eyepatches. You know the getting ready pictures everyone wants! Nope! My makeup artist was very angry for me.He was horrible with direction and at one point even told me “I know modeling is hard.” Just what every bride needs to hear on her big day to make her feel beautiful. The kicker was him taking pictures of our wedding ceremony but STANDING IN FRONT OF RHE VIDEOGRAPHERS CAMERA. He even gave the standing camera a THUMBS UP after he got his shots. He knew what he was doing. They sent me a survey after the wedding to rate the videographer and photographer on how well they did. No way was I going to be honest in fear of him losing my shots. He was terrible and I spent all this money on pictures where we clearly aren’t being put at ease and a video of the back of his head during my ceremony. Long story short, spend more money getting a local photographer. This experience felt like a joke

I definitely do not recommend this company. I purchased a video and photo package for my wedding and paid the quote for all photos and video (highlight+ full HD with downloadable option) and now they are telling me I need to pay $760 to get my video back after showing me the final cut and then disabling the link because I did not fill out a form. The contract never mentioned this being a requirement to get the video. They put in very small print (WASNT INCLUDED IN CONTRACT OR TERMS AND CONDITIONS) that the video needs to be approved within 30 days with a form. If you happen to miss this small detail then you are required to pay AGAIN to get what you originally paid for. They NOT ONCE sent me a reminder email that said they didn’t receive my acceptance or ELSE it will be deleted/archived. They made it in small print so it was very hard to notice when I of course went for the link to watch my video. No reminders were sent to fill out the form. Again, there is no explanation of the process of how this works with forms and acceptance and just expect you to see it so they can make a quick buck if not. They are not a company in support of making memories but rather taking them FROM you and making you pay ridiculous amounts to get them back. I just feel so scammed and defeated by this company. Trust me, it is worth the extra money to book someone else that is TRANSPARENT from day one up until a year after your wedding (and beyond) without shady emails and plans to make you pay absurd amounts of money to get your memories back. The knot should really reconsider recommending this company to new brides so they don’t end up like all of us who have been burned (I am not alone! Just look at other 1 star reviews!)

Absolute nightmare working with this company. After receiving access to the gallery I noticed that there are only a few photos in that I missing at least 100. When I contacted them to see where the other photos are they sent me an email stating that there had been a chip malfunction and the photos cannot be recovered. After spending over $40,000 on this wedding and having almost no photos I am devastated. They offered me a $200 gallery credit as compensation for their huge mistake, this is such an insult. The photographer that they paired us with is very amateur and the photos are embarrassing, there are maybe 15 photos that are decent and the rest are all unusable. Go spend your money with a real photographer, don’t go through the company

I would 100% recommend Eivan’s Photos to anyone looking to get photos done! The photos looked amazing, but what really made the experience was the absolutely awesome Photographer, Suad. She was on the ball with everything we needed and kept us on our timeline, ensuring every moment of our special day got captured! Could not thank her enough!

My husband and I are very satisfied with our decision to use Eivan’s to cover the photography and videography for our wedding. Everyone we spoke with at the company was professional and took the time to explain the process to us. Our photographer, Luba S., and videographer, Alex K., worked extremely well together and were enjoyable to work with. We appreciated their direction and friendly demeanor. The photos turned out amazing and we like the variety of shots and their ability to capture everything we wanted. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend them to others.

This was by far the easiest working experience w/ a photographer and videographer combo. The ability to make monthly payments for one year prior to the wedding was AWESOME!! After my wedding, my guests and family all told me how active the photographer and videographer were the entire time. They ran to a location every time some excitement was happening. My guests said they were so surprised and are positive not a single memorable moment was missed because the videographer and photographer were always right there capturing it! I loved my experience working with both the company and our designated photog/videog! Never had to call them over to capture a moment because they were already there doing just that before I even thought of calling them over!

I cannot express enough what a great job that eivans did. We had the photographer (dorin) go through mud to get the best shot. Seriously I cannot express how wonderful they were and how much they worked for us and we're flexible with changes. Best company ever. Also very affordable.

For going into my wedding day blind, by not previously meeting either my photographer or videographer I was very impressed by the services we received. Our photographer William was so great! He walked right into the salon in the morning and started to get to work without any hesitation what so ever. I got so many compliments from guests about his professionalism, and could not have asked for a better person to take ideas from just about everyone in the bridal party as calmly as he did. Overall I am very pleased with the service we were provided with!

Mitchell and Galen were our videographer/photography team. I was pretty nervous because they did not know each other and it was our videographers first event with the company. However, I immediately became relaxed after the first time I spoke with our photographer, Galen. We instantly connected while discussing the tone/setting of my wedding. He spent a lot of time truly getting to know our story. The next day, I talked to our videographer, Mitchell. He blew me away when explaining the process (videography was new to me) and going over what the most important moments/aspects were to my us and our families. Our wedding ceremony was very intimate and Galen and Mitchell did everything they could do to make sure they captured those moments. Almost 3 months later and our wedding guests are still talking about how great they were. While taking pictures, we noticed our photographer was wearing an ice pack on his back while he was laying on the floor to get the shot I wanted. After a lot of prodding from a group of women, he finally told us he had hurt his back just days before. Not once did he grimace, complain or hold back on the shots he was getting - for 10 hours. We are so thankful we got this team and for their friendship that day. Our videographer actually handed me a kleenex because he thought I was crying. Couldn't have asked for a better day!

We booked Eivans last year for our July 9th wedding and couldn't be more pleased with the services that we received. From the initial phone call to finally getting our pictures, they were always professional with our interactions and answering the multiple questions that I had. After we booked with them, they sent us a timeline of when we should be expecting certain things, and I was so excited when we finally got connected with our photographer and videographer a few weeks before the wedding day. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality photographer/videographer!

My husband and I were fortunate enough to work with Eivan's Photo & Video Inc. for our special day last month. It was really easy to communicate with Sam and he made sure he was always there if we had any questions or concern. Our wedding package included 10 hours of photography, but we realize a week before the wedding that we needed an additional 2.5 hours. Eivan's made it super easy for us to add the additional hours, hassle-free. Our photographer Marina was a sweetheart! She communicated with us through email a month prior to our wedding day. I loved the fact that she asked us to send any wedding photo ideas that we liked so she can incorporate it into our photoshoot during our wedding day. She was very prompt and easy to work with, which made it easier to get through our hectic 12 hour wedding day. I would recommend Eivan's to anyone out there who's looking for great service along with value and professionalism! Thank you Eivan's for capturing our special day, all 1k of them!

I was hesitant at first since Eivans provided such a good deal. I sent emails, triple checked the contract to make sure there were no strings attached. Again, I was super skeptical. Overall the customer service was phenomenal, the photographer and videographer were excellent. Not only were the photographer and videographer great but they were cool as all get out. I liked their personality and quality of the images. It really did exceed our expectations.

I did not end up booking with Eivan's, but I had poor customer service which stopped me before I could even reach my consultation in person. I opted for a phone consultation before making the drive to their nearest location and the representative was poor, to say the least. He rushed me off of the phone and with every question I asked he simply told me to look on the website, which for the record I had many times and was where I got my questions from. Again, I cannot speak for their work as I did not book, but their customer service poor.

I did not think this quality of photography / videography existed for this price. Eivan’s blew us away with how professional they were to work with, and the quality of their work is unmatchable. We used Eivans to coordinate a photographer / videographer for our wedding in Austin in June. We got matched with Sandor G and John A. They were fantastic! They were so polite to all of our guests, and got amazing shots. We really feel very blessed that we were able to get these guys at such an AMAZING price! All of my friends could not believe that there was a service out there like this, and when I tell my friends that are getting married they are so thankful. They are so easy to work with too. They always emailed back right away, or were able to answer the phone. They made photography stress free and easy, and even thought of things that I had not. If you are looking for a photographer or videographer for any service you hit the jack pot! I look forward to using them again! Thank you for everything Eivans. ☺

The team at Eivan's was very helpful when we were choosing the photo package we wanted. Never did we feel pressured to add on anything we didn't want. On our wedding day, our photographer, Jeff was a pleasure to work with. He was on time, flexible, and friendly. We have already recommended Eivan's to other friends who are starting to plan their big days!

I called to schedule an over the phone consultation to my surprise when the day came for my consultation I did not receive no phone call at my scheduled time. I waited an hour more with my daughter and her fiancé for the call and still no call. I sent them an email informing them how upset and unprofessional it was and that I was disappointed. I thought that they would read my email and maybe I would get a response back but wasn't expecting it. Monday morning came and I received a phone call from the district manager apologizing and informing me that there was a glitch in the system and if I would allow him to go fix it for me and my daughter. I thought what do I have to lose I can always say no and not sign a contract with them. We went onsite this time for the consultation because I was not taking any chances for another glitch. So we get there and we were greeted very nicely then we were taken to a room for the consultation and to our surprise it was the manager he was going to conduct the consultation. I was happily surprised he again apologize and showed us the packages and because of the glitch we had happen he made sure he took care of it and made the package really sweet. He did not have to add all the extra stuff he did but because he was sorry and wanted to make sure we knew that he valued our business he made sure my daughters wedding package had everything she wanted. He was awesome I would highly recommend them because even if they mess up the accept it and fix it. Love them and will use them again.

I was beyond excited to find this company!! So many services were outside our budget and I was nervous that I would have to sacrifice quality and professionalism but with Eivan's, NOT AT ALL! There multiple package options really allowed for us to customize everything we wanted/needed for our big day! Eivan's was able to match my husband's and I's styles and photo needs to a PERFECT photographer that worked extremely well with my family and bridal party. The quality of our pictures are beyond words and are just simply amazing. I am so happy to have found/used Eivan's services for my wedding and can't wait to have these memories for a lifetime!!

From beginning to end, our experience with Eivan's was first rate. We were looking for wedding photography over the course of our big day and Eivan's delivered. Our sales representative, Dughan, was highly responsive to every question we had, took us through our entire contract in great detail and was attentive to our needs at every step. Our photographers, Artur and Nick and videographer, Max were tremendous. They were professional, yet relaxed and very pleasant, and fit in with our guests extremely well. They took well over 2,000 photos and hours and hours of video! We could not have asked for any better than this team. I highly recommend Eivan's.

All I can say is wow! We hired Eivan's for our wedding day and I have to say it was the absolute best decision and right choice! The price was very fair and the employee who booked us was very flexible and willing to help us out in any way possible. Our photographer, Tom Widmar, was absolutely AMAZING! He was very prompt in responding to emails, he communicated well with me, he was on time and ready, he stayed busy the entire time taking thousands of pictures, he was patient with me when I was overwhelmed, he was kind, and most of all he shot BEAUTIFUL work. Our Wedding was June 12th 2016 at the Abbey Resort in Fontana, WI. The venue was beautiful, and our photographer, Mike, knew exactly how to capture our perfect day. He had structure, which I appreciated. It was very clear that he knew exactly what to do to get great photos. I felt he, and Brandon (our videographer), were very flexible and professional. Not to mention, they were extremely kind and outgoing. When we received our photo gallery, we were over-the-top excited and happy. Mike truly caught the essense of our big day. My suggestion to you brides and grooms- do not get the lowest package. It was impossible for us to choose only 30 photos- we called for an upgrade right away. Definitely get the package with the rights to all the photos because they do such a wonderful job capturing all the special moments :) When doing my upgade, Sam was also extremely helpful in making sure I could get exactly what I needed. We highly suggest Eivan's!

Eivans did such a wonderful job the day of our wedding on May 28, 2016. The entire staff was polite and respectful and they showed up on time to each location the day of our wedding. I would recommend Eivans to all of my family and friends looking to hire a a photography company.

My husband and I were married on 12/12/15 and we were very grateful to have Eivan's photography and videography capture our special day. We worked with Mike and Shannon and they were a pleasure to work with. They captured moments that I wouldn't have otherwise seen which made me very happy. I got married September 28, 2013! Not sure why it took me this long to write a review. But here it goes: I love pictures, I think they are one of the most important aspects of any celebration. A picture can take you back in time and allow you to remember that day like it was yesterday. For that reason I was looking for a company that took their job seriously and was affordable. I came across Eivans while searching on this website www.theknot.com and gave it a shot. I saw the price and thought it was too good to be true. We scheduled a consultation and got lucky to have Steve as the consultant and as our photographer. He was awesome, so easy to work with and went along with anything I asked of him. He was so helpful and friendly. He was yes to make sure the day went smoothly. They prices were reasonable, compared to other companies. I felt that we got a lot for our money. The one thing I wish I would had done however was buy the copy rights to the pictures before the wedding. As they become extremely expensive after the wedding. After almost three years I called Evian's to see if the price for the pictures' copy rights had gone down, unfortunately it was the same price. I asked my husband if the pictures were worth it, which to be honest they are, but the price was out of our budget. I called again and asked if something could be done, they were able to bring the price down to something more comfortable. Though ideally it's not what I wanted to pay, I'm thankful they worked with me and lowered the price. I went ahead and bought the copyrights to my pictures and I don't regret it one bit! I do love the pictures and the work that Steve did! I know I will have these memories to cherish for years to come! I recommend Evian's Photography in a heartbeat.

Our photographer and videographer were amazing! very artistic and had great ideas. The customer service is great too, they always emailed back or returned my calls in a timely manner! Cant wait to see my photos and video.

We had a wonderful experience with Will as our photographer and Nancy as our videographer! The day was handled with efficiency and professionalism and Will was wonderful at directing the flow of the pictures and arranging us for pictures. We received the picture proofs this week and we are so pleased with the photos and the fact that we received 2300 pictures! Eivans lets you see the proofs on their website with a watermark and then you can purchase the download rights immediately at an additional cost or wait a couple of months to receive the CD of all the photos (if purchased with your package). We will be waiting, but we are very happy with how they turned out and looking forward to sharing the photos!

Read the contract! We were going to go with Eivan's for our photos and video until we read the contract. The experience from the beginning was a bit off. In the initial phone consultation, the girl spoke so fast and it seemed like she just wanted me off the phone to sign the contract. Then they want a $250 deposit before ever seeing the contract, which turned us off. It was refundable, but still, we don't get to read the contract before putting money down? And then when you get the contract, it's only good for 24 hours, so you can't shop around. Then in the contract, it states several times that they are not responsible for lost pictures, or pictures not taken. I'm sorry, but if the photographer erases all of the pictures, then he/she IS responsible. It also states that photographer has priority over the guests for pictures and will do whatever is needed, i.e. push guests out of the way or just not take the picture at all, which of course they are not responsible for. They are also not responsible for taking any pictures which you want them to take. If you need to cancel the event, then you have to pay the full amount of the contract PLUS 50%. Seriously? They claim it's not a penalty, it's for damages. Finally according to the contract, you are not allowed to write any negative reviews. If you do, they will charge you for every day the negative review is posted. It is not enforceable, but you would still have to fight it and this is why you can't find many, if any, negative reviews about their service. What are they hiding if you can't leave a negative review? Buyer beware!

We are throughly disappointed with the Eivan's Nationwide Photo vendor. Composition was not done well with legs cut off or too much foreground. Editing was incorrect with subjects so far away. The photographers were inconsiderate to wedding guest and wedding party alike. when we share our concerns before we had received our pictures, Eivan's held our photos "hostage" until we remove our poor review. BEWARE BRIDES, you will spend $1,200. or more, and the memories of your special day will be sub standard. (they get one star ONLY because a rating is required) Kelly from Colorado Springs, CO

Although we loved our personal photographer and videographer, working with this company was a nightmare. We were going back and forth with them for about 6 months after our wedding because there were missing pictures from our wedding. Some were still never located (some of the most important photos to us) and the few we did receive came back poor quality. When we asked the status of where our photos were, we were told they were "too busy" to find them. We were able to get enough to make our album something we are proud of, but I would not recommend this company to anybody.

Our photographer, Sandor was fantastic! He was energetic yet thoughtful about the poses we shot. My husband is not the best at taking picture, Sandor made him feel comfortable and the pictures turned out beautiful! Thank you so much!

Went through an online registration process to schedule a consultation. Consults were two weeks out, and they no-showed. Literally I'm writing this after waiting 15 mins past my scheduled time that I booked two weeks ago. In the meantime they've also sent me about 20 emails... I'll be spending my money on someone who will show up.

Eivan's Photo & Video provided me and my wife exceptional service. They were very kind and professional and they helped me with accomplishing our desires. The photographers have great knowledge because they took superb engagement photos and our photographer chose our beautiful location. So no worries if you can't think of a place to do your photos! They were also very helpful in what I wanted to do in the reception because I wanted to sing for my wife and they provided me a mic to clip on my jacket and it was heard directly to the video so there was no echo. Overall, the service was stellar and you get a lot for your money so if you want QUALITY, go with Eivan's Photo & Video.

Eivan's was a great company for photo and video. The package that I received was a fantastic price! I was a little upset that my photographer was 3o minutes late to the hotel. The videographer was on time and didn't stop rolling for the majority of the time. I had to remind my wedding coordinator to tell the photographer to take photos during certain times, but it still went well. The photographer was very funny and easy to work with. I would recommend them again!

Every moment I wanted captured was done, even the ones I didn't expect. Both photographer and videographer were wonderful. Publications department are very professional and cooperative.

I couldn't have asked for a better team for my wedding. Will and John were both amazing and had no problem creating any visions I had for pictures. They did all I asked plus more and were so great in carrying out requests made by me or guests. I had several guests rave about how wonderful will was in taking photos from table to table. I was skeptical in pricing from the beginning but after I have no doubt I received the best for my money.

I would recommend Eivans to everyone. They did such a phenomenal job with our video and photos, that I cannot thank them enough. I know, after having our wedding, that one of the most important things that a bride and groom need to look into is their photographer and videographer. That is the only thing, besides your memory, that lasts from that day, until forever. They were able to capture such amazing footage that I did not know was possible. I've never really done any photo shoots or anything, and the way they made us look in these photos were incredible! Some of the shots they took were so amazing, we had about another 5 couples book with them, just based on the two or three photos they saw of us on our wedding day. Not to mention, the prices and their customer service is great. Someone always gets back to me immediately if I call with any questions, and we were shocked that the pricing for photos and videos were not outrageous compared to several other companies. We are so happy we chose them for one of the most important days of our lives. This is truly a great company that I would recommend to anyone!
