These gentlemen worked as a team in a synchronized fashion to capture photos and videos that in the end blew us away completely. we received proofs from the event in less than a month. Absolute nightmare working with this company. After receiving access to the gallery I noticed that there are only a few photos in that I missing at least 100. When I contacted them...
to see where the other photos are they sent me an email stating that there had been a chip malfunction and the photos cannot be recovered. After spending over $40,000 on this wedding and having almost no photos I am devastated. They offered me a $200 gallery credit as compensation for their huge mistake, this is such an insult. The photographer that they paired us with is very amateur and the photos are embarrassing, there are maybe 15 photos that are decent and the rest are all unusable. Go spend your money with a real photographer, don’t go through the company

The photographer and videographer were both so kind and honest about what we could expect from them and what they would need for us. They both asked for any specific things we definitely wanted captured, but otherwise we let them have free reign. Once they arrived on our wedding day I felt so taken care of. Neither my husband or I felt stressed regarding whether or not everything was being taken care of, because we could see our team moving all around to capture it all. We highly recommend Eivan's to all future partners! (Bonus points for being a Philly based company!)

They worked expectionally well as a team to help capture our special day. They were accommodating to all my last-minute changes, they got along great with my fun crazy family, they were extremely knowledgeable, easy to work with, and kind. my wedding, my guests and family all told me how active the photographer and videographer were the entire time. They ran to a location every time some excitement was happening. My guests said they were so surprised and are positive not a single memorable moment was missed because the videographer and photographer were always right there capturing it! I loved my experience working with both the company and our designated photog/videog! Never had to call them over to capture a moment because they were already there doing just that before I even thought of calling them over!

ver, I immediately became relaxed after the first time I spoke with our photographer, Galen. We instantly connected while discussing the tone/setting of my wedding. He spent a lot of time truly getting to know our story. The next day, I talked to our videographer, Mitchell. He blew me away when explaining the process (videography was new to me) and going over what the most important moments/aspects were to my us and our families. Our wedding ceremony was very intimate and Galen and Mitchell did everything they could do to make sure they captured those moments. Almost 3 months later and our wedding guests are still talking about how great they were. While taking pictures, we noticed our photographer was wearing an ice pack on his back while he was laying on the floor to get the shot I wanted. After a lot of prodding from a group of women, he finally told us he had hurt his back just days before. Not once did he grimace, complain or hold back on the shots he was getting - for 10 hours. We are so thankful we got this team and for their friendship that day. Our videographer actually handed me a kleenex because he thought I was crying. Couldn't have asked for a better day!

ways there if we had any questions or concern. Our wedding package included 10 hours of photography, but we realize a week before the wedding that we needed an additional 2.5 hours. Eivan's made it super easy for us to add the additional hours, hassle-free.
Our photographer Marina was a sweetheart! She communicated with us through email a month prior to our wedding day. I loved the fact that she asked us to send any wedding photo ideas that we liked so she can incorporate it into our photoshoot during our wedding day. She was very prompt and easy to work with, which made it easier to get through our hectic 12 hour wedding day.
I would recommend Eivan's to anyone out there who's looking for great service along with value and professionalism! Thank you Eivan's for capturing our special day, all 1k of them!

. Overall the customer service was phenomenal, the photographer and videographer were excellent. Not only were the photographer and videographer great but they were cool as all get out. I liked their personality and quality of the images. It really did exceed our expectations.
