This has been by far one of the best family-owned photography companies I have chosen to work with in Chicago. The patience and understanding of my wedding consultant Arianna was impeccable and refreshing! Her customer service along with Dughan and other co-workers I've spoken with has been so amazing. We are so glad we went with Eivan's. It was nice to be able to select our personal photographer and videographer based on having access to their profile and portfolio. They exceeded our expectations professionally and personally. They were fun to work with and it was very evident they were good at their craft based upon how they communicated and guided us through the entire process. Not only did they capture our special day, we also felt like we made a friend in the process. We would definitely recommend using Eivan's to other couples. Jackson and Felipe were our photographer and videographer in Minneapolis, we highly recommend.

Happy that I chose Eivan's photography for my wedding day. The photographer and videographer were very pleasant to work with and took care of all the major details for the big day. Evian’s Photo and video was the perfect service provider for our wedding event. From the beginning, the communication was top-notch. The contract was in plain English and the pricing and the type of service that would be provided was made very clear. we were provided with a list of photographers and Videographer to choose from that would best represent our event styles. These gentlemen worked as a team in a synchronized fashion to capture photos and videos that in the end blew us away completely. we received proofs from the event in less than a month. The final product was a real treat for us quality of the photos and the videos was top-notch. We highly recommend Evian’s Photo and video and video service.

Look no further!! Better pricing and great quality!! This is a great company! My husband and I were shocked at the insane prices of other photographers/videographers while looking for our wedding. We found Eivan and with their prices we were able to get both our photos and videos done for a fraction of the price other places were offering. Even better was that the photos and video turned out beautiful! The photographer and videographer were kind, fun, and patient which was appreciated. I procrastinated so much with planning the wedding, and Megan with Eivan's was very professional and helpful with finding if they were a fit for us, and once we chose them the process was so simple, thorough, and easy! Great photographer and videographer staff. Made everyone feel comfortable when doing photos. I should have asked for more portraits with my husband!
Their email response is quick but slower when contacting by phone. Be sure to read your contracts and know what you pay for as there is overtime charges if your photo staff stay later.

Herber Jimenez and his partner Rose Jimenez were truly phenomenal and the kindest videographers I ever met. Rose always made sure I was comfortable and informed me to let her know if I ever need assistance with anything during the day. Herber listened to my requests and fulfilled them well. I was so surprised to read that my 55min video was released within two weeks of our September 10th, 2022 wedding. That is fantastic editing and talent. I love how Eivan's also offered a video revision request which shows they care about making the customer content with their one special lifelong video. I would certainly hire them again in the future!

Absolute nightmare working with this company. After receiving access to the gallery I noticed that there are only a few photos in that I missing at least 100. When I contacted them to see where the other photos are they sent me an email stating that there had been a chip malfunction and the photos cannot be recovered. After spending over $40,000 on this wedding and having almost no photos I am devastated. They offered me a $200 gallery credit as compensation for their huge mistake, this is such an insult. The photographer that they paired us with is very amateur and the photos are embarrassing, there are maybe 15 photos that are decent and the rest are all unusable. Go spend your money with a real photographer, don’t go through the company

My husband and I had an incredible experience with Eivan's from booking to our big day. Every member of the company was thoughtful and kind, from finding us the best package for our budget to ensuring that we were comfortable with the professionals chosen for our day. The photographer and videographer were both so kind and honest about what we could expect from them and what they would need for us. They both asked for any specific things we definitely wanted captured, but otherwise we let them have free reign. Once they arrived on our wedding day I felt so taken care of. Neither my husband or I felt stressed regarding whether or not everything was being taken care of, because we could see our team moving all around to capture it all. My husband and I are very satisfied with our decision to use Eivan’s to cover the photography and videography for our wedding. Everyone we spoke with at the company was professional and took the time to explain the process to us. Our photographer, Luba S., and videographer, Alex K., worked extremely well together and were enjoyable to work with. We appreciated their direction and friendly demeanor. The photos turned out amazing and we like the variety of shots and their ability to capture everything we wanted. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend them to others.

What amazing service! My wife and I were so pleased with the service and product we got from Eivan's. Jenny and Yuri ( I apologize if I spell their names incorrectly ) were absolutely amazing. They not only met our needs, they completely exceeded them. The service is worth it! Best bang for your buck undoubtedly. Don't settle for some random cheapo. Eivan's is where it's at!

The consultation was clear. They were communicative with my concerns and addressed them. My photographer and videographer were great on that day. They made it easy and fun for the both of us during our wedding! The photos were amazing and currently waiting for our video.

Eivan's has been very professional and helpful during this wonderful and stressful time of getting married. Their customer service is above great. They have extended help in understanding packages, pricing and services all along the way, including after my photos arrived. They make themselves available to answer any and all questions and listen to feedback. I would recommend them to anyone needing a wedding photographer. I did not choose their video service, but I wish I had. I am a very satisfied customer.

This was by far the easiest working experience w/ a photographer and videographer combo. The ability to make monthly payments for one year prior to the wedding was AWESOME!! After my wedding, my guests and family all told me how active the photographer and videographer were the entire time. They ran to a location every time some excitement was happening. My guests said they were so surprised and are positive not a single memorable moment was missed because the videographer and photographer were always right there capturing it! I loved my experience working with both the company and our designated photog/videog! Never had to call them over to capture a moment because they were already there doing just that before I even thought of calling them over!

I cannot express enough what a great job that eivans did. We had the photographer (dorin) go through mud to get the best shot. Seriously I cannot express how wonderful they were and how much they worked for us and we're flexible with changes. Best company ever. Also very affordable.

For going into my wedding day blind, by not previously meeting either my photographer or videographer I was very impressed by the services we received. Our photographer William was so great! He walked right into the salon in the morning and started to get to work without any hesitation what so ever. I got so many compliments from guests about his professionalism, and could not have asked for a better person to take ideas from just about everyone in the bridal party as calmly as he did. Overall I am very pleased with the service we were provided with!

Mitchell and Galen were our videographer/photography team. I was pretty nervous because they did not know each other and it was our videographers first event with the company. However, I immediately became relaxed after the first time I spoke with our photographer, Galen. We instantly connected while discussing the tone/setting of my wedding. He spent a lot of time truly getting to know our story. The next day, I talked to our videographer, Mitchell. He blew me away when explaining the process (videography was new to me) and going over what the most important moments/aspects were to my us and our families. Our wedding ceremony was very intimate and Galen and Mitchell did everything they could do to make sure they captured those moments. Almost 3 months later and our wedding guests are still talking about how great they were. While taking pictures, we noticed our photographer was wearing an ice pack on his back while he was laying on the floor to get the shot I wanted. After a lot of prodding from a group of women, he finally told us he had hurt his back just days before. Not once did he grimace, complain or hold back on the shots he was getting - for 10 hours. We are so thankful we got this team and for their friendship that day. Our videographer actually handed me a kleenex because he thought I was crying. Couldn't have asked for a better day!

Eivan's made my husband's and I wedding day unbelievably special. The photographer and videographer we're amazing! They were definitely fun to work with! Our pictures and video turned out amazing, and I would choose them again in a heartbeat. I felt comfortable with what they were doing, and trusted them fully. They made my pictures look beautiful. I am speechless with the way they did everything. Also, reaching them is never a problem and if you leave a message they do return your call their customer service is excellent. I will never forget my wedding day and thanks to Eivan's for giving us a wonderful experience. They are fun to work with!!! Whichever photographer you get and videographer you sure won't be disappointed you will be satisfied!!! Thank You Eivan's for everything!!! They gave my husband and I exceptional service!! :)

We booked Eivans last year for our July 9th wedding and couldn't be more pleased with the services that we received. From the initial phone call to finally getting our pictures, they were always professional with our interactions and answering the multiple questions that I had. After we booked with them, they sent us a timeline of when we should be expecting certain things, and I was so excited when we finally got connected with our photographer and videographer a few weeks before the wedding day. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality photographer/videographer!

My husband and I were fortunate enough to work with Eivan's Photo & Video Inc. for our special day last month. It was really easy to communicate with Sam and he made sure he was always there if we had any questions or concern. Our wedding package included 10 hours of photography, but we realize a week before the wedding that we needed an additional 2.5 hours. Eivan's made it super easy for us to add the additional hours, hassle-free.
Our photographer Marina was a sweetheart! She communicated with us through email a month prior to our wedding day. I loved the fact that she asked us to send any wedding photo ideas that we liked so she can incorporate it into our photoshoot during our wedding day. She was very prompt and easy to work with, which made it easier to get through our hectic 12 hour wedding day.
I would recommend Eivan's to anyone out there who's looking for great service along with value and professionalism! Thank you Eivan's for capturing our special day, all 1k of them!

I was hesitant at first since Eivans provided such a good deal. I sent emails, triple checked the contract to make sure there were no strings attached. Again, I was super skeptical. Overall the customer service was phenomenal, the photographer and videographer were excellent. Not only were the photographer and videographer great but they were cool as all get out. I liked their personality and quality of the images. It really did exceed our expectations.

I did not think this quality of photography / videography existed for this price. Eivan’s blew us away with how professional they were to work with, and the quality of their work is unmatchable. We used Eivans to coordinate a photographer / videographer for our wedding in Austin in June. We got matched with Sandor G and John A. They were fantastic! They were so polite to all of our guests, and got amazing shots. We really feel very blessed that we were able to get these guys at such an AMAZING price! All of my friends could not believe that there was a service out there like this, and when I tell my friends that are getting married they are so thankful. They are so easy to work with too. They always emailed back right away, or were able to answer the phone. They made photography stress free and easy, and even thought of things that I had not. On our wedding day, our photographer, Jeff was a pleasure to work with. He was on time, flexible, and friendly.
