Book this for your wedding!!!! You will not regret it! I’m literally still 10 months later dreaming about our wedding day here! It’s such a glorious place and they run it like a well oiled machine you literally have to worry about nothing. The entire process they were hands on and helpful, this is also why Shannon smith events was so successful with our day, they work together like two peas in a pod! Her and Lindsey could run the world if they wanted to lol! Book them! You will not regret it!

Words can not describe how amazing El Chorro is! We got married in the Herb Garden/Classroom venue and it was so beautiful and very private! Our guests were also raving about the food saying it was the best wedding food they ever had! The short ribs and salmon were both such a hit! And everyone LOVED the sticky buns! The service was also impeccable! Someone from the wait staff was even there to serve us hors d'oeuvres in between taking pictures! I would HIGHLY recommend El Chorro!!!

Lindsey has been part of the El Chorro story since 2012, guiding couples through one of the most meaningful moments of their lives against the backdrop of Camelback and Mummy Mountains. With more than a decade at the property, she knows every corner of the grounds and every detail that makes a celebration feel personal rather than production. Lindsey's approach is simple: listen first, then build a day that reflects who you are as a couple. Her network across the wedding industry runs deep, from planners to photographers to florists, and she puts those relationships to work for every couple she books. She works closely with each couple from first tour to final toast, making sure the planning feels as effortless as the celebration itself.

Elle works alongside Lindsey and the events team to support every couple through the planning process, from logistics to communication to keeping details on track. She partners closely with your wedding planner and vendor team to make sure everything is aligned well before the big day, so you can walk in knowing it's all been handled.

Arizona. We finally came to El Chorro and fell in love. We'd eaten dinner here before but never explored the venue spaces. Once we toured we knew this was it. Every inch of the grounds are stunning, and the Herb Garden / Bocce Bar side is so intimate it made for the perfect Al Fresco Garden wedding under the stars. It couldn't have been more perfect. The El Chorro team was so organized and easy to work with from the start. Our food tasting was so much fun (the food is outstanding) and it was really easy to work with the venue to update guest count, food selections, etc. The rehearsal and day of went off without a hitch. We loved all of the staff that were at our event, they were having a blast and engaging with guests! We got a few of our sneak peek photos back and the venue makes the photos look so incredible. Couldn't have pictured a better venue! Thank you to the entire El Chorro team!

h the venue pictures. Lindsey was our main contact at El Chorro and she was absolutely fantastic to work with. She was on top of everything and very responsive with communication. One of the main reasons besides the pictures of El Chorro that really stood out to us, was the ease and flow of the floor plan. It was very important to us to select a venue that didn’t feel closed or sectioned off, and rather more of an open, airy floor plan. We had our sunset ceremony on the lawn, cocktails on the patio, and dinner and dancing inside with the massive wall doors which opened the indoor and outdoor space for late night dancing. Provided as an add on to our package through the venue, we had a cigar bar which was a huge success. The only negative I may add was regarding our dinner- we decided to go with the short rib and the salmon dish. The short rib was such a huge hit, but the salmon however tasted slightly over cooked and was dry. But overall, everything else was fantastic. We are so glad we chose El Chorro for our wedding venue, and the number of compliments we received from vendors and guests regarding the place was so joyfully overwhelming. Beautiful venue, great location, and amazing atmosphere.

On January 4, 2020, my destination wedding ceremony was in the beautiful El Chorro Herb Garden, the cocktail hour was on the South Lawn, and my the reception was on the Bocce Lawn....

Additionally, we were able to take a number of photos on the Event Lawn because there was not another event going on. Even if we would not have had an opportunity to use nearly all the event spaces, our day would have been perfect. This venue is absolutely gorgeous! The service was 5-star from the moment we toured the property to the moment we drove away after our send off. The event manager, Lindsey, was so helpful and kind throughout the whole planning process and on the day of our wedding. Everything about the property is absolutely stunning! You will not regret choosing El Chorro as your wedding venue!

gorgeous (herb garden) and the reception area (class bar) was fabulous!!! There was plenty of space for our 90 person wedding and the environment and atmosphere that El Chorro created was amazing. i on property. The photographers had so many options from water fountains to decorative doors and even an orchard. Our reception was in Casa Paloma which was a cozy, airy room with doors opening to the outside and lights and a fireplace on the patio. Guests loved the venue and are still talking about how great the food was! We went with food stations that included sliders and tacos. The food was delicious and a memorable change from most wedding dinners we've had before. The food stations were set up nicely and not too informal at all. The staff doted on us, the bride and groom, from beginning to end. We always had a drink when we wanted it and had more than enough food. Lindsey Rendon with El Chorro was great to work with and made sure everything ran smoothly leading up to the big day and on the wedding day. She was always quick to respond to the smallest question. I highly recommend El Chorro to any bride looking for a beautiful, one-of-a-kind place to get married!

When we were planning the wedding and looking for a rehearsal dinner location, we immediately thought of El Chorro. They have multiple areas for private parties, the atmosphere is lovely, the restaurant has a lot of character and the backdrop is just stunning with the restaurant being nestled against the north side of Camelback Mountain. El Chorro lived up to expectations! We had about 40 guests attend the rehearsal dinner and we had a combination of an indoor and outdoor event. They set up several tables with nice linens outside while twinkle lights light up the area. We also had the indoor area that had dark wooden paneling and felt like a beautiful southwestern home. The serves were friendly, the drinks flowed and the food was simply phenomenal. We had a buffet style set-up with a combination of Mexican food, a meat station, a slider station and french fries! It was elegant comfort food at its finest. I personally think that this is one of the best (if not the best) locations for a rehearsal dinner!
