El Guapo Bitters

We originally ordered mojito mixers as the wedding favor for our Miami destination wedding. We helped ourselves to a few as soon as they arrived at our house. My fiancé & I liked them so much, we decided to pair them with airplane bottles of rum in our wedding welcome bags, and we placed another order with El Guapo for gift sets of all 5 mini mixers as our actual wedding favor. Yeah, we spent more than we initially anticipated but it was money well spent. There’s not much for a guy to get excited about in the wedding planning process, but these drink mixers are awesome. The fact that you can fly home with them without checking your luggage is an added bonus. So many of our friends have placed orders since our wedding because these are so genius. Highly recommend Christa and El Guapo. This was my favorite wedding vendor to work with and also favorite detail of our weekend.

Like a lot of stressed out, overwhelmed brides who should’ve hired a full service planner but didn’t, I waited until the last second to coordinate small details like wedding favors. I was in a panic and feeling extremely disappointed by the customizable options available via Google & The Knot in the timeframe I needed them. I was dead set on a special, customized favor but bordering on desperation. Sensing my feelings, my day-of coordinator introduced me to Christa at El Guapo, and less than a week later our wedding favors were a huge hit. Given the time crunch, Christa’s only request was design control. Since she didn’t have enough of any one mixer on such short notice, she designed unique labels for two different flavors, Hurricane & Bloody Mary. She matched the labels to my wedding color scheme and chose pearlized white wax seals for both to match our floral design. The end result was honestly better than anything I could’ve designed myself. HIRE EL GUAPO. Please just order more than a week in advance because these people are way too nice to be stressed out by crazy brides like us.

I was feeling discouraged when looking for a unique, beautiful favor for my destination wedding in New Orleans when a friend who lives in town recommended I check out El Guapo. We were planning to serve a craft cocktail at our reception, and Christa suggested we serve hurricanes and use the bottled hurricane mixer as our favor. Our guests LOVED them, and since most of our guests flew in from New York, they appreciated that they could take the favors home in their luggage without checking bags at the airport. I’ve had several friends re-order from El Guapo for other weddings and events. One of our groomsmen ordered these as the corporate holiday gift for his massive law firm last December. I really can’t recommend Christa and the team at El Guapo enough. They’re fast and organized, but most importantly (to me at least), Christa has impeccable taste. She made the monogram logo of my dreams a reality in a flash, and forwarded my file to my chalk sign vendor so our drink station and bar signage matched the favor labels flawlessly. *warm fuzzies* I wish I could give them 10 stars.

I first used El Guapo to customize 200 favors for my wedding in New Orleans a few years ago. Our wedding planner recommended their services & I’m really glad she did. El Guapo has since become a key vendors of mine at work. No matter the size or complexity of my orders, Christa’s team gets it right every time. I’m a little bit sad to see her listed on The Knot, my best kept secret is now out of the bag. But seriously, use El Guapo. The products themselves are delicious but their customer service is what sets them apart. If you ever have a need for corporate gifts, welcome bags, event swag & other party favors, you’ll find yourself emailing this company long after you’ve said your vows. They also offer additional services they don’t advertise... ask them anything & if they can’t help they’ll connect you to the best person for the job.
