Inez and her girls made our wedding day as stress-free and magical as I could have imagined! Whenever I turned for help, they were there with an answer or solution. I am so, so grateful I decided to hire Elaborate Parties to help run my wedding day. I was smiling ear-to-ear all day and they were a huge part of the reason! Having Inez's help in the month leading up to our wedding, from joining final calls with vendors to creating and editing timelines and checklists, eliminated so much stress and anxiety. But I truly do not know what we would have done without her and her team's help the day of. She made sure our day went off without a hitch despite the fact that we got married during a hurricane. They remembered and took care of every detail so we could relax and enjoy the day. She is kind, professional, and thoughtful. 10/10 would recommend Inez and her team again and again!!

Inez and Mary Grace did a fantastic job at keeping our day running smoothly. They were available before, during, and even after our event for anything we needed. They also made sure we were able to enjoy the food and day together!

Where to even begin?! July 10,2021 was a very special day for us! Not only was it our wedding day but it was FINALLY our wedding day after going through postponements and cancellations. We had our wedding at The Loft at Jack's Barn which is a DIY wedding venue. Most of your own decor/details needs to be set up by you along with clean up as well! Going into it I did not think I would need help but quickly became overwhelmed with the thought of having to do ALLLL the things and enjoy getting ready on my day. Inez was not only referred by our venue but as it turns out one of my co-workers used her services for her wedding and had nothing but positive things to say. Upon my reaching out to Inez she was quick to respond, detailed in answering my questions and overall a kind person right off the bat. Once we hired Inez to be our "day of wedding planner" I was very relieved knowing I wouldn't be in charge of setting up my decor and small details. Inez is organized and constantly checking in months, weeks and days leading up to the big day. She keeps track of your vendors, emailing them the timeline she had created and making sure everyone was on the same track for the day. She was always quick to answer my questions and knows so much about the wedding industry. On the day of our wedding Inez was there on time to assist with getting ready and set up. Although I am one to have a hard time having others take charge I knew I could trust her to make my wedding day successful. Inez and her assistant Mary Grace quickly became like family... making us feel comfortable and reassured . She took on communicating with the vendors, showing them around the venue, tipping them when needed and keeping tabs, the entire night was flawless. We sincerely love Inez and how passionate she is towards her clients. Our day would not have been as perfect if it wasn't for her planning and organizing skills.

My goodness, where to even begin?! I was referred to Inez by my brother’s fiancée and I was initially nervous about hiring anyone for planning services because I was worried about what would happen if our personalities clashed during the planning process. I can honestly say that hiring Inez was the best decision we made when planning our special day. Inez and her team are kind and supportive. She makes you feel like the most important people in the world. She takes the stress off of your shoulders and most importantly makes sure your special day is perfect. My husband and I can’t thank her and her team enough for helping to give us our perfect fairy tale day.

We hired Inez last year, pre-pandemic for my son's wedding to be held on 10.10.20. While she did an incredible job at that time finding us a venue that was available on such a popular date (40 telephone calls later), she really hit it out of the park when life as we knew it changed and weddings were being cancelled and postponed at an alarming rate. My son (and now daughter in law) were stedfast in holding onto their date at all costs. They agreed to reduce the size of their wedding and change that hard to get venue while Inez kept changing with them in an effort to create a beautiful and unique socially conscious affair. The end result was nothing short of perfection! Inez was our hero. Even when we were all panicking she had that "never say die" attitude, always maintaining her calm demeanor and sense of humor. Oh, and let's not forget her assistant, Laura and her amazing network of vendors...EVERYONE she recommended from our florist to our DJ was top notch! If you're looking for the best event planner...look no further!

Working with Inez & her team was one of our best choices we made for our wedding. We got married during the pandemic, so plans were constantly shifting. Despite this, Inez helped make our wedding day the most beautiful day. She was so kind to all of our vendors, family members, and bridal party. She went above and beyond to make us happy - we can't speak highly enough of her and her team. If you are looking for an amazing wedding planner, look no further.

Where do I begin? We changed Inez's name to fairy godmother after only a month of working with her. We hired her for the full package to help with every aspect of our wedding. She made what could have been a very stressful time into a wonderful experience that we enjoyed every step of the way. She found the perfect venue for us and vendors that were above and beyond our expectations. On our wedding day, we had no worries and were free to just enjoy our wedding. Inez and her team made sure all of the big and small details we had worked on together were put in place seamlessly. We would do it all again the same if given the opportunity to go back.

Working with Inez with SUCH a pleasure! We hired her and her team as a day of/month of coordinator since I consider myself a pretty good planner, we just really wanted someone who could handle the day so we had nothing to worry or think about other than us the day of. If anything went wrong, we have no idea :) Her and her team were so helpful, sweet, easy to work with and really helped make the day go off without a hitch. You won't regret working with Inez!

Inez is absolutely wonderful. We did her month of coordination package and added on a few items here and there. She helped organize everything and kept us on a schedule. She was able to find a wonderful quartet for our ceremony and cocktail hour when we were struggling to find someone. She did all our wedding gift bags which were flawless. She coordinated all our vendors together and gave us a lot of reassurance. When it came to wedding weekend, I legit don't know what we would have done without her and her team. We had a massive wedding party (22+) and they made sure every single person was where they were suppose to be with what they were suppose to come with at each event. Myself as someone who likes to stay in control of everything, felt at easy eventually letting Inez take over some items and I was able to enjoy my wedding. WE HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!!! Also, incredibly LGBT friendly!!

Inez and her team were wonderful to work with. She was communicative before the big day - both with us and with each one of our vendors - and helped me feel confident that nothing would get dropped. Day of, they anticipated all of our needs and identified and resolved issues before I ever even knew anything was happening. Working with Inez & her team was the best gift my husband and I gave ourselves. They fit in with us and our wedding party seamlessly & comfortably, and allowed us to just soak the day in and enjoy ourselves. :) I can't recommend them though!

I am very grateful we had Inez on board to help us with our wedding. She was very professional and made herself available to answer all of our many questions during a year when I was balancing applying for residency and planning a wedding. She made every step of the process of coordinating our vendors and the venue much easier. The day of the wedding was planned out perfectly, and her organization made me feel very calm so I could concentrate on being in the moment and spending time with friends and family. Her help the day of the wedding was absolutely essential for me! She was so considerate and made absolutely sure that my husband and I were able to eat. She was so pleasant and warm and it was very clear that she is truly passionate about creating the ideal wedding for her clients. She has many years of experience and it really shows! I can’t recommend her enough to any couple who is looking for someone to help them plan their ideal day.

Inez was our day-of coordinator and was an absolute pleasure to work with! She was on top of all of our wedding details, asked us all of the right questions leading up to the wedding, and gave useful suggestions regarding how to enhance our wedding (though she by no means forced her ideas on us!). Although we had hired her to coordinate the day of our wedding, she started completing tasks for us (such as purchasing/assembling hotel bags) a month before our big day. She also offered to store decorations and bring them to our wedding location, which was very useful to us as we planned our wedding out-of-state. The day of our wedding, she and her two assistants did a phenomenal job making sure everything ran smoothly and taking care of any and all issues that popped up (I'm sure she took care of issues that, to this day, we are blissfully unaware of!). After the reception, she also took care of removing all of our personal decorations, which is perfect because the last thing you want to do after your reception is clean up! Above her duties as wedding coordinator, Inez is very friendly, professional, and has a calming personality. After this experience, we would consider her both a vendor and friend! We will definitely use her in the future to coordinate other life events!
