Elaine's Modern Bed and Breakfast and Theatre

Elaine's was the perfect spot to have our wedding reception. With family and friends all over the country we decided to do a destination wedding. Cape May was an obvious choice for us since we got engaged on the beach while on vacation there and we love the town and all it's charm. Elaine's has that Cape May charm we were looking for and then some. A bonus for us was that our guests could stay right on site if they wanted. We ended up staying in the beautiful suite #4 which was perfect for getting dressed in before the ceremony. I love the pictures from the pre ceremony, all the antiques and details make it special. My bridesmaids and I had fun hanging out on the sun porch off the room with mimosas and breakfast snacks while getting ready. It was nice after the reception to return to the beautiful romantic suite just upstairs too. Shirley was so helpful in planning our special day. She was great at recommending trusted vendors, and flexible with us on planning the flow of events for our day. We had our cocktail hour on the porch which was just beautiful, I love the porch at Elaine's! Then we had the reception in the main dining room. The day flowed so smoothly and I didn't have to worry about anything. Our guests had a blast and everything went just as we had planned.
