Anita is the absolute best! She was the only person I could imagine doing my hair and makeup on my wedding day. She also did my moms hair and makeup, my mom is very cautious when it comes to hair and makeup but Anita made my mom look like a million bucks while staying in her comfort zone. Anita is calm, organized, and punctual-just the kind of person you need on your team for your wedding day.

The elan makeup studio team was AMAZING! They listened to all of my thoughts and visions and made them a million times better! Hair and make up was never on my mind as something I had to worry about on the big day. They kept me at ease and made getting ready so fast and super easy! Great women and an even better day! Anita is phenomenal! I don’t wear a lot of makeup and I generally leave the house with wet hair but she made me look perfect on my wedding day. She has the talent to put makeup on someone who doesn’t wear a lot and still have them be recognizable. So worth it!

Anita was fantastic! I am the kind of girl who does not wear make up or do anything but put my hair up in a pony tail but Anita managed to make my hair and make up look awesome while not making me feel like I was wearing a lot of make up or hair product. Highly recommended, especially for tomboys!

She made me feel so comfortable at the trial run and didn’t make me feel bad about any changes I wanted to make. You can tell she loves what she does. They did a fantastic job with hair and makeup for me, my bridesmaids, and my mom. They came to our hotel which was convenient and really fun. They were professional and were able to create what we envisioned. I highly recommend them!

Anita did such a fabulous job with my wedding! I am a very picky bride that loves makeup. Anita took her time learning how I like my makeup done and changing anything I wanted changed. My lashes were out of this world gorgeous!! She also did an unbelievable job on my hair! I have very long thick hair, and Anita whipped all this hair into a perfect little updo full of texture and curls. My husband is still raving about how much he liked my hair, and my wedding pictures are proof of Anita's amazing work!

I actually made a last minute switch from another makeup company to Elan for my wedding and am so happy I did! Anita listened to all my concerns and worked with me to create the natural look that I wanted for my wedding day. The straightforward pricing structure and package options made it easy to determine what fit my budget, without feeling like I was getting nickel & dimed for a la carte items. Anita and her team arrived on time, were friendly and energetic, and stayed right on schedule, even when my mother-in-law decided last minute to have her hair done! Anita and her team are incredible!! They did hair and makeup for my daughter’s wedding last month, including the bride, MOB, MOG and 8 bridesmaids, and we could not have been more pleased! They totally exceeded our expectations and all of us felt confident and beautiful for the BIG day! The bride-to-be and I did several hair trials prior to the wedding. Each time, Anita was patient and accommodating, despite us not knowing exactly what we wanted 😊 She is very customer-focused and takes her time to fully understand your needs and consistently deliver a style you are completely happy with. She makes the sessions fun and relaxing and the hairstyles were gorgeous! Mayra, her lead makeup artist, is also very talented. We absolutely loved the airbrush makeup she recommended. It looked fantastic on all of us and stayed on well even after hours of dancing. The professional and easy going Elan team arrived to the venue fully prepared with everything we needed. There were plenty of stylists to get all of us done, on time and stress-free. I highly recommend Elan for your wedding or any special event you have coming up. My daughter and I will definitely be back!

Anita and her team are absolutely amazing! I was really indecisive about my hair and she let me come into her salon multiple times until I found the exact look I was going for. On the wedding day she did a flawless job on my hair and makeup and it is a look I will forever love! She was also very accommodating with adding and subtracting more bridesmaids/family members. I can't wait to use her again in the future for any hair/makeup needs!!

Anita & team did hair and make-up for my entire wedding party for my wedding in March. I did a trial about a month before at her studio and was so pleased with the results. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, but after a few questions from Anita she more than exceeded my expectations. The wedding day was no exception. Her team showed up on time and flew through my bridesmaids - we were ahead of schedule! We were having such a great time hanging out getting ready and her team fit right in and made the day even better! Everyone looked beautiful and several have told me after the wedding about what a great experience it was and how pleased they were with their hair & make-up. I can not recommend Anita and team more!!

She offers many different packages as well as ala carte services all at a reasonable rate. She was so accommodating and met every need of my daughter and her 12 bridemaids, including myself and her new mother-in-law. Anita made this part of the planning and the actual wedding day stress free. It was so nice not having to worry whether everyone’s makeup and hair would hold up in the July heat but she recommended airbrushing and applied just the right amount of product to keep everyone’s hair in place. She brought in extra team members to make sure all the bridesmaids and the bride would all be ready on time. Anita and her team are most talented and customer oriented you don’t want to miss using them for your most important event of your life, so book early because she really will make everyone in the wedding look their best.

Anita did my hair and make-up for engagement, bridal and wedding day photos. I looked stunning on all 3 occasions. She is a true professional and incredibly talented. I chose air-brush makeup...DEFINITELY GO THAT ROUTE! Your wedding day, no matter what, is a very long day. I still looked flawless the next day. :) Also, her packages are the most reasonable I came across. I've had several good friends use Anita and they've all had great experiences. The only reason this review isn't 5-stars is because her staff was late the day of the wedding which created a little bit of a time crunch (not a huge deal, but annoying). Also, I'm so happy my trial-run was just that... "a trial" because neither my hair nor make-up looked fabulous--but Anita made it looked better than I could ever have imagined on the day-of the wedding. So definitely do a trial-run, it helps you both manage expectations.

Absolutely loved working with Elan Makeup studio. Anita is a fantastic person, artist and friend. She created the hair I had wanted SO BAD for my wedding day and I was so thankful - not to mention, her staff was amazing and gave everyone the voluptuous Texas hair they wanted. Anita is awesome to work with!! She made me look and feel so beautiful on the big day. Her and her team did a great job with hair and makeup for all TEN of us plus my flower girl! We were pretty much on time too. She is so sweet and just wants you to be happy on your wedding day. I would definitely recommend her to future brides!

I recently used Anita and Elan Makeup for my wedding and bridal portraits. Both experiences were pleasant, as Anita and her team are very fun to work with and use their time efficiently. My hair and makeup were perfect for both my portraits and the whole wedding day! Even my bridesmaids hair and makeup looked amazing- one bridesmaid said her hair doesn't curl, but with the magic of Elan Makeup, the curl lasted the whole night!! I would highly recommend Elan Makeup Studio and will use them again whenever I need to get my hair and makeup done for a special occassion.

Anita at Elan is so sweet! I showed her pictures of what I was thinking and she put her own little twist on it. My hair and makeup were flawless. Everyone commented on how pretty my hair looked and how well it held up through the night with all the wind. And the makeup held up through all the tears! Anita's team made my bridesmaids and mother look so beautiful, they are all so talented. I didn't have one girl complain that they didn't like either their hair or makeup. They were on time and really quick. We all were able to relax and enjoy the time and had plenty of time afterwards to prepare for the ceremony. Everyone looked stunning! Anita did my makeup/hair for my bridals and wedding day and did a spectacular job! She was so professional, yet incredibly friendly, and very skilled at hair/makeup. We had two other girls from Elan style the bridesmaids and mothers hair and everyone loved them! We all had so much fun and came away looking gorgeous for my wedding. Would highly recommend them!

Bridal portrait day experience with the senior make up artist was definitely rated a 5 - results were amazing - That day, we asked if she could do our wedding day. She advised that she was booked but told us that she would send the makeup artist who would in fact be doing HER personal wedding makeup. Wedding day arrived & the makeup artist arrived about 40 minutes late - she had to do hair for 3 bridesmaids & 1 flower girl and make up and hair for the bride. Needless to say time got away quickly which caused us to be late to the venue, leaving our nerves a bit frazzled. We were slightly misled also due to the fact that she did not send the person she had told us. Results on wedding day were OK (not amazing). The time crunch did not work to our advantage & after comparing bridal photos to the wedding photos, one can see the difference. To compensate, two girls should have been sent since they were running behind.
