I interviewed several and Tara was the ONLY one that made me feel good about handing over control. She was thorough, on top of things, and, quite frankly, equally as Type A. I can honestly say we were ALWAYS on the same page. I swear every email between us started with "I was just about to ask you...", because I'm pretty sure we shared a wavelength. I never would have been able to relax on my day, had it not been for Tara. She took my vision and brought it to life, despite the venue not being prepared, and giving some push back. She was able to pivot flawlessly whenever there was a hurdle, and she truly delivered the dreamiest wedding for us! Never once did stress get passed down to us as the Bride and Groom. She was reassuring, confident and helpful. Honestly, the day was better than I ever could have imagined, given some of the issues we had with the venue. She was a total and complete life saver, running between the two hotels my now Husband and I were at, when we forgot things. She even brought things to our hotel rooms for us, when we had forgotten them. I got home thinking I had lost my personalized hanger, and low and behold found it neatly packed away in one of my boxes, courtesy of Tara. She controlled all of the controllables and more, and I have not heard a single negative things about the day. In fact, I have had guests ask for her number, because she was so incredible and on top of everything. The best advice I can give to any couple in need of any wedding planning/coordination services is RUN DO NOT WALK TO ELARDO EVENTS. She is quite possibly, the best!

the time our date came around, after having to reschedule due to COVID and a three year engagement, we had put in so much time, money, energy, sweat and tears into this wedding that we were so particular about who would take the reins for the day-of. We talked to several coordinators before finally finding Tara and right off the bat, we clicked. On our intro call, she was so warm and inviting while also maintaining such a leveled and professional approach to taking over our wedding. Immediately after getting off that first call, my wife and I were smiling ear to ear knowing we found the perfect person to coordinate our wedding. Flash forward to the day of and I am STRESSED. I'm not sure why I ever though I could pull off being a chill bride, I've never been chill about anything in my life. Tara rolled with the punches like the pro that she is. She made game time decisions and adjustments where needed, set up our entire venue with her assistant, handled all of the vendor deliveries, and the after clean up. She even made sure we got our bouquets and polaroids back the next day, after we ran off to the after party. Everything from making a floor plan, handling our hair and makeup artists, to working with our van and driver, and even getting our dog (who was our ring bearer) home safe and sound after the ceremony, Tara NAILED IT. She is the best, hands down. She cares so much, is so nice, so organized, and so professional. She does not charge enough for how good she is. I will sing this from the rooftops and recommend her to every person I know planning a wedding. Hire her!!!

before finding Tara and it was because I had such a high standard for who I wanted to help me on my wedding day. Tara was, hands down, the best thing that could have happened to us for our wedding. We had multiple setbacks and last minute changes and none of them threw Tara off her step. She was honest with us 100% of the time about what was possible and what wasn't possible. And whenever either of us had concerns, Tara's response was always exactly what we needed to hear. She assured us that everything would work out and she would take care of it and she absolutely did. We did all of the decorations for our wedding ourselves and relied on Tara to set it up and execute our vision. Not only were we both FLOORED walking down the aisle seeing what she had done, it was actually better than we could have ever imagined. I can't say this enough, Tara was the best thing that ever happened to us for our wedding. Truly I don't think we paid her enough. We are so incredibly grateful for what she's done for us and if we were to ever have a huge event in need of planning, I'd hire her in a heartbeat. Stop looking for a coordinator, just hire her.
