an one occasion. We ended up having to get a new planner and although she did refund us, we were too far along in the process for another full planner. She made this experience miserable for me and so extremely stressful even after I explained how many other things I was currently juggling. She promised she would do better and then would disappear again. I am not six months out from my wedding and more stressed than I have ever been with all the things that need to get done that were delayed. She is a nice person, but not reliable at all and made my wedding experience a very miserable one. I do not like talking poorly about others and their businesses but this experience was so terrible I feel the need to make sure other brides don't have to go through this and can enjoy their wedding experiences.

ep of the journey, never missing a vendor meeting or leaving a call or text unanswered. Her work is beautiful and she has the best vendor connections in the Charlotte area. The best wedding decision we made was hiring Natasha. I still remember walking around the venue after our first look and being in awe of what she created for us!
