I cancelled my wedding because the groom was cheating. Elbert was told this,and told my mother he would refund me the $625 deposit. That was back in June 2021. It is now October 20...21,and after calling, emailing,and even disputing the service via PayPal, he won't contact me. He was already terrible with communication,but there's no excuse for running away with my hard earned money. So I've had to involve an attorney. I suggest you not use his services.
