Welcome to Elderberry Farms Estate, a wedding venue in Traverse City, MI! After 15 years of running our award-winning wedding photography/videography business (Timeless Media Productions), we finally built our own venue and can't wait to share our experience and joy for weddings with you! Our 14-acre farm features a charming southern equestrian-style build with a modern rustic-chic design. Enjoy on-site overnight accommodations for our couples with our private upstairs apartment, outdoor covered porches perfect for cocktail hour and receptions, a rear patio area with recreational games, parking for 52 spaces, and space for up to 100 outdoor guests and 42 indoor guests. Rent our estate for your rehearsal dinner with the option to hire our private chefs, bring your own caterer, and in 2026 our Class C license bar will sell and serve alcohol for your event. Optional add-ons include renting our flatware, chargers, linens, glasses, and dishes.
The upstairs apartment is included for two nights and is a perfect getting-ready location.
Up to 100 guests outdoors (clear-top tent).
Up to 42 guests indoors (main floor reception).
Events conclude and outdoor quiet hours begin at 11 p.m. Amplified ceremony and reception are permitted - amplified live music (bands) not permitted.
External caterers are permitted.
Alcohol must be purchased at and served by our bar; the tab is paid at the end of the event, per Class C requirements
Optional add-ons: Private chef, cafe' barista, flatware/glassware/linens rentals.

Samantha has worked weddings for over 17 years with her company, Timeless Media Productions serving as a wedding photographer and videographer. After starting her own wedding venue, Samantha also offers day-of coordinating utilizing her years of experience.

My mom and I had brunch here a couple of weeks ago. We loved it so much we decided to go back the next week. Today I brought my husband so he could experience this lovely gem too! The food and coffee we had were delicious and their little store...
of local goods is so fun! I highly recommend checking them out for yourself, and bring a friend too! We cannot wait to see all they do and offer at this wonderful location!

We rented out Elderberry Farm Estates to host our rehearsal dinner and it was perfect! We had about 40 guests and were able to use the whole cafe and outdoor areas. Samantha went above and beyond to set up a tour of the space, hop on phone call...
s to make sure everything was in order and answer any questions, made sure the venue was cleaned, set up the space to accommodate the bar, food, and guests, and even helped us decorate the tables with flower bouquets! She made our rehearsal dinner so stress free! We rented linens, dinnerware, and flatware through Elderberry and had food delivered. Plus it was so fun to play yard games after dinner and have the space to mingle!

VERY GOOD BURRITO, you could tell it was made with quality ingredients. Also really nice coffee! Great spot for a grab and go breakfast.

I stopped into the cafe today for a treat and catch up with a friend. The lemon square was so delicious. Looking forward to coming back in warmer weather to experience the outside area!

e also loved that we were able to rent out the upstairs apartment for the weekend, too. It was so convenient and made set up easier on the day of.
