e. He was funny, friendly, knowledgeable and kind - highly recommend him!! He put all of us at ease and is definitely the reason the tour was so great.
One of the nice things about this tour is that it’s great for beginners since there is no current in the mine; it’s the easiest kayaking I’ve ever done.

Family of 6 (3 little kiddos), we did the Underground boat tour. Max was a phenomenal tour guide! We all had fun, learned a lot, and Max was great with the kids. He was also great at point out cool things and the super cute bats!

What a cool place! We did the deluxe tour and it was SO worth it! Guides were knowledgeable and super funny. This is a one of a kind spot that you must experience! We recommend good socks, hat, and a jacket as it’s pretty chilly but we are ...
from Florida so maybe just wimps. Oh and don’t drink the water :)… Just ask your guides about it.
