Electra Entertainment

We met Electra at a Bridal Show and used them for our DJ, Photo Booth and LED uplights. DJ Vince provided music for our wedding. He was the perfect DJ for us. He was easy to work with in advance, had every requests we asked for and had our friends dancing and celebrating with us all night. Vince's music was good that we had to extend the party because we were having so much fun. The photo booth was a blast and we have pictures of all our friends celebrating and having fun.

Electra Entertainment and their staff of professional DJs were an absolute pleasure to work with from beginning to end. My DJ Josh provided an incredible eclectic mix of music that kept my guests on their feet throughout the entire reception and the photo-booth they brought was a major hit! I would absolutely recommend Electra to anyone looking for a DJ/emcee at their wedding.

Josh was the first DJ I met with. I was ready to sign with him after that first meeting. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He provided timelines for us and showed us samples of events they work. We had access to their library and were told that if they didn't have a song we wanted, as long as they could legally get it, we would have it for our wedding. We were lucky enough to be able to request Josh to DJ at our wedding, though I don't doubt any of his DJs would have done a great job. He talked just enough- made announcements, got people dancing, let everyone know what was going on- but he didn't go overboard, which was what we wanted.

Great music and engagement of the crowd, and loved having the ability to create our own play (and don't play) lists to really tailor our requests. Our guests danced all night!

I was pleased with Electra Entertainment overall. They responded quickly when we initially contacted them for potential service and even included a free light show with our DJ package. Our DJ was great and everything went well without any problems! I recommend Electra for their services.

I planned my wedding in 6 months and the last vendor I booked was my DJ. I think I was so exhausted with making decisions that I was procrastinating with this last (but very important) decision. My day-of wedding planner (Aubrey at Simply Created Events) recommended that I check out DJ Jack at Electra Entertainment. My husband and I snuck into a wedding that he was DJing three weeks before my wedding and met him and got to watch him in action. I am really glad that we had the opportunity to meet him and see what he is like at a wedding. We realized right away that he would be perfect for us! He was very attentive to the party, played great music, is really nice and helpful and was reasonably priced. He was exactly what we wanted! At our wedding, he kept the party going and everyone was dancing the whole night (even my older relatives and my parents!) I could not have been happier. Everyone told me what a great time they had and what a great DJ he was! Thank you Jack!

Electra Entertainment was an awesome choice for our wedding! Their website is so great to help you organize all your requested songs for the wedding and also if there is any songs you don't want played you can select them through the website. The online planning tools are so helpful I cannot say it enough, you work together with you DJ to make a timeline of your reception but if things get behind by a little the DJs are great at adjusting everything so when your ready to cut you cake or do the garter toss it is all ready to go! Our DJ Josh was so personable and kept the dance floor partying and dancing all night! It was wonderful I didn't want to stop dancing myself. I was so happy with our choice of DJ! Electra Entertainment was great at our wedding, everyone danced all night! Josh is wonderful to work with, listens to everything you say, and thinks about all the "wedding details" that may have slipped your mind. We got many compliments on the music selection from our guests. I would highly recommend Electra Entertainment to anyone!

I went to a bridal show in Towson, MD and was the lucky winner of a 4 hour free deejay package. Skeptical I was, as nothing good these days is free. I worked with Josh (owner) to upgrade the package to add an extra hour on and add an additional equipment set on to customize the package to meet my needs. The website is so easy to pick out songs that we "love", "like" and "don't play". Electra Entertainment has a huge database of songs, and has a section where you can request obsolete songs that may not have appeared in the initial search. Our deejay, Jack, was absolutely phenomenal. He has a great personality and was instantly the director of our night. He played music for all the age groups at our reception, and made sure the evening flowed flawlessly. He was great to work with personally, and collaborated with the wedding venue staff professionally. He played all the songs we "loved" and as many of the "likes" as he could fit in, time-wise. I would recommend Electra Entertainment to anyone, and already have to my two engaged co-workers.

I am a wedding planner outside of Philly and have never worked with a better DJ. Electra did my wedding and my brothers wedding 5 years earlier. The dance floor was always packed and the songs we wanted were heard (and the ones we didn't want to hear were not). We had a power outage at the hotel where the reception was held and Josh made sure to find the only working outlet in the hotel so that there was music when everyone arrived! Truly the best in the business.
