Cons: 1) Disorganized system for mailing invitations and tracking RSVPs. -Invitations were addressed incorrectly (i.e. The invitation was addressed to "The Jones Family" instead of "Mr. and Mrs. Jones.") -The address labels used on invitations were tacky and not consistent in style with my formal invitations. -Some recipients were mailed more than 1 invitation. -Some recipients received their invitation late (i.e. 3 days before the wedding). -The RSVP tracking list was not in alphabetical order, and it was difficult to interpret. 2) Ineffective at providing insight/expertise in regards to decor when I was unsure. -I was expected to provide pictures of exactly what I wanted in terms of decor and flowers. However, she was unable to replicate several of my ideas, and I was not made aware of this until 1 week before the wedding. 3) Not receptive to feedback. - I expressed dissatisfaction with her system of mailing invitations, and as a result, it became difficult to communicate/ work with her. - I ended up doing a lot of tasks myself (i.e. Wedding programs and welcome bags) in order to ensure timeliness and avoid disorganization. 4) Not receptive to working with vendors outside of her circle/network.
