The song we wanted wasn’t in their catalog, but Elegance went above and beyond by creating a custom wedding music arrangement just for us. Walking down the aisle to their gorgeous, personalized version was one of the most unforgettable moments of our day. From prelude and processional music to the celebratory recessional, the quartet’s professionalism and artistry shone through every piece. They were responsive, easy to work with, and delivered truly elegant wedding entertainment that our guests are still talking about. superb and they really made sure they understood what we wanted (even did a slower rendition of one of their songs at my request). Their massive song list that encompassed so many genres was just what we needed. We were able to have some traditional love songs for the guests seating during the ceremony, while also having some unique processional songs and then the cocktail hour really picked up with their renditions of our favorite RnB and pop songs. Our guests couldn't stop complimenting them. Our only regret is that we (as the bride and groom) couldn't sit and listen the whole time with the guests. 10/10 recommend and would definitely book for a future event.

We had classic violin for the ceremony, transitioning to electric violin for the cocktail hour, and DJ fusion (electric violin + Dj) for the reception. Being an American-Brazilian couple, it was important for us to include Brazilian music. Jenny not only embraced this but had Claudia, one of the violinists, perform a Brazilian song during the reception, it was unforgettable and still gives me chills! If you’re looking for a music vendor who is talented, thoughtful, and truly dedicated, ESQ Is the one!!!

tely loved working with Ray and Jenny. They were extremely organized and everything ran smoothly top to bottom. We were also able to add on dance floor lighting to enhance the dance floor party. The DJ fusion portion also made the dance floor a party with the electric instruments playing along with our favorite dance songs. ESQ accommodated everything we asked for that made our day perfect including having a close friend accompany them on piano for the ceremony and they learned a few songs for cocktail hour that we mentioned we liked. We cannot recommend ESQ enough and have gotten so many compliments from our family and friends on enjoying the music.

They added such an elegant and classy vibe to our ceremony, setting the tone for the whole evening. I could pick from literally hundreds of songs for both the prelude and cocktail hour music. Our ceremony and cocktails were both at Union Trust and the transition between them was so smooth with the quartet playing our ceremony recessional from the balcony and then jumping right into cocktail music. Guests were loving the music and were definitely impressed with the arrangements and talent! Would book and recommend ESQ again!

They played for our cocktail hour and wow’ed guests and us with their renditions of pop, rock, musicals and more! There repertoire is so varied and they are always open to new songs and artists. Working with Jenny to organize the day, have her do some MC duties, and coordinate was the easiest thing - she’s like working with a great friend that wants to make your day a special one. Ray organized and wrote out two new songs for us - our special first dance and our entrance song - both were superb! Communication was always professional and quick, not to mention easy. And the music - again, can not say enough good things about their amazing abilities to take any song and give it their own interpretation while constantly wowing not only us but all of our guests!

It was the perfect medium between a full on DJ and a band. The string players went out into the crowd at times to help hype them up and played to some of our guests individually during slower songs. I can’t recommend the Elegance Quartet enough, they are professionals through and through. ESQ was one of the first vendors we chose for our wedding - after meeting with a couple other groups, we just had a really good feeling about Ray & Jenny. And we also loved the idea of having one streamlined process/cohesive group for our music. Leading up to the wedding, Ray & Jenny were so great to work with. We had a few of planning sessions to review details for the day. They were detail-oriented and on top of everything, and just made us so excited for our day. For the quartet music, they also had a huge repertoire of songs for us to review in advance - my husband and I had such a fun time going through this and coming up with a list of our favorites for them to play (we picked a lot of modern songs ranging from Taylor Swift to Lady Gaga, Bruno Mars, etc). The day of: The quartet was amazing for the prelude, ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner. I will never forget walking down the aisle to hear rendition of Canon in D! (And my husband is still on a high from entering to Everlong). We felt like the quartet really set the tone for our wedding and know this was a huge hit with our guests. DJ Jenny was incredible for the dance portion of the evening! We provided her a list of some favorites and she totally ran with it - the playlist was perfect! She was great at reading the room and just the perfect DJ. The electric strings add such a fun element for the dancefloor, too! I should also note that the ESQ team was very flexible on the day of our wedding, which we appreciated. They had originally set up for plan outdoor ceremony, and had to quickly move inside after it started raining a couple minutes before we were set to begin. They also made sure all of the audio elements for our ceremony and toasts went smoothly, and provided uplighting for the reception. Overall, we loved ESQ and hope that some of our friends will hire them for their weddings/events so we can enjoy their work again. Thank you ESQ!!!

Their song catalogue we got to choose from is MASSIVE for all kinds of music tastes and they even played some songs that were not on the catalog for us, such as our walking down the aisle song (Lady May by Tyler Childers). The musicians arrived and set up on time and there were no hiccups along the way. Having their music as a backdrop to the most memorable moments of our lives was truly wonderful. Finally, and most importantly, they are exceptional musicians. They played each song flawlessly and our guests were highly complimentary. Overall, our expectations were exceeded and we are so happy with our choice to have Elegance Quartet perform at our wedding!

Everyone loved the vibe and the dancefloor was packed all night long, especially towards the end. Everyone of all ages stayed engaged in the wedding because of their efforts. I rank them 10,000 out of 100. Also, an emergency occurred that twisted the schedule a bit, but the Elegance String Quartet adapted and adjusted the schedule for the night perfectly and seamlessly. I would hire them again and again if I could!

She worked with us in advance to choose a vibe for the reception and pick our processionals and recessional, and they did a great job of working off our vision to create a perfect soundtrack for the whole day. They even made a custom cut for us for our parent dances. ESQ was a one-stop shop for all our music for the wedding, and that made planning so much easier. We enthusiastically recommend them!
