Fortunately, I was reminded yesterday when I met up with a friend (seven months after the event) who was still talking about how good the food at our wedding was. To be clear: this is a friend I talk to often, so it's not like this is the first time I'd seen him since. Elegancia's food really is so good that people will be talking about it months after. Talmom and Chef Ricardo are fantastic to work with. They had so many great ideas about how to turn our vague description of what we were looking for into a beautiful event. Since we didn't know what we were doing, there were several suggestions that I was doubtful about, but the outcome for each one was wonderful thanks to Elegancia's experience and enthusiasm. We got great personal attention from Talmom—he was always available to call and talk through anything that had come up and regularly sent pictures of other events he was putting together to give us ideas and show us how different pieces looked in real life. We had a budget, and Talmom was able to work with us to make sure we got amazing food and a great event for the money. We cannot recommend them enough. They elevated our wedding above and beyond our expectations and were a big part of making our day a big success.

They recently catered for my wedding on the 25th of May, 2014, and they were just as amazing now as they were when I met them and at their food tasting! Seriously, don't hesitate to contact these guys. You won't regret it! Also, in comparison to other catering companies out there, their prices are unbelievable for the quality of food and service they provide for you and your guests. If you don't believe me, contact them for a tasting and see for yourself! The tasting session is free, so you have nothing to lose, and I bet you'll walk away extremely happy that you gave them a shot. I, myself, was on an extremely tight budget for our wedding, and if you're like me, in the same situation, then that's even more of a reason for you to go and meet with the guys from Elegancia Catering. Talmom and Ricardo will sit down and work with you to ensure that your vision and expectations for your event are being met with a budget that you can afford! I don't know many caterers that will do that for you! Its been two weeks and many of my guests are still raving about our wedding! Everything was excellent, from the food, to the presentation, the clean-up and quality of service... Great job! Elegancia Caterers, thank you so much for all your services! . They both just have such warm souls and it makes them such a pleasure to work with. The food was delicious, the service impeccable, and their enthusiasm and warmth took our stress away. They worked with us to fit our very tight budget and went above and beyond to truly make our day special. If you need it, they provide the linens, furniture, staff, and even have recommendations for florists, DJ's, etc. We would without a doubt hire them again and plan on referring them to family members for their parties.

husband and I were so satisfied that we've contracted them for our next dinner party. They are extremelly clean, efficient, friendly, cordial, and GREAT COOKERS.
