Elegant 31 by Nikki

Nikki was our day of coordinator at Almquist Farm for our wedding 2 weeks ago and we highly recommend using her for your wedding day. She helped the day go so smoothly! She worked for 12 hours on our wedding day setting up all the decorations, coordinated and communicated things with vendors, kept everything running smoothly and on time, and the list goes on and on. She was very easy to work with and communicate our needs to. Nikki even helped us with wedding planning questions. She’s very organized and a calm presence!

Nikki coordinated our June wedding at Almquist Farm, and we’re so glad we chose her! She does a lot of weddings at Almquist, and talking to her was like talking to a member of the staff – she was able to give us a lot of reminders and ideas to make sure we were as prepared for the day as possible! On the day, she did a great job with set-up (guest book, card box, escort cards pictured) and handling timing and vendors. We were so much more relaxed once she got on-site! Giving four stars only because we had an issue with the cakes, which were cut by our catering staff and delivered/coordinated with Nikki’s help – the chocolate amaretto cake was “missing” on the day (pictured), and we’re worried that it was mistakenly grouped with our chocolate raspberry vegan cake on the dessert table. Beyond that one issue, though, our day was perfect, and so much of that credit goes to Nikki, who helped me prepare ahead of time and ran things so well on the day. We’d absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a coordinator!

Hiring Nikki is the reason I actually got to enjoy every moment of my daughter’s wedding. She came highly recommended and from the first phone call, I knew I could relax. Her professionalism was apparent and she was able to guide me to ensure everything went smoothly. At our first in person meeting to go over all the details of the big day, and I had many details, put the bride and groom at ease. Her organization, knowledge, and ability to execute all the details while keeping everything on schedule, was perfection. The day comes and goes by so quickly, I am so glad we all got to let go and enjoy it. I did not worry about any details. I highly recommend Nikki for all your planning needs!

Having a day of coordinator was SO helpful. Nikki was the best. We had 2 meetings before my wedding, but she was also available and willing to answer questions at any time. I didn’t pay her for wedding planning, but she was kind enough to help me with some of it anyway. She was also really knowledgeable about my venue and when I told them Nikki was the coordinator they said “Oh she is the best. You’re wedding will be perfect. She knows exactly what to do.” Everything was perfect, and she ran around all evening doing things for me. There is literally no way I would have gotten everything the way I wanted it without her.
