Matt was absolutely awesome from the first day I met him. Him and his wife Carol's organization, knowledge and expertise in the wedding world is all you could hope for and more in a wedding dj. I would never have thought all the ideas he had would work if I hadn't been to one of his weddings before. It's not your typical dance- I don't know exactly how to put it into words- but it's a true performance. Beyond thankful for all the hard work they put in to making my wedding possible from every meeting, phone call, email, and day of party to make my wedding day as seamless as possible. You will not be disappointed!! Matt is the greatest! His ideas on how to make sure your guests stay at your party and have fun instead of leaving at 9pm - made my guests party all night. Even my grandma was dancing at 11:30. You guys rock. Hope to party with you again at my friends' weddings.

They made sure that our wedding was UNFORGETTABLE. I hired Carol and it was worth every penny. The venue was decorated exactly how I wanted it and the reception was a total blast for my family and friends. If you want to have a stress free wedding go with Matt and Carol at Elegant Affairs. They will keep you calm through the planning process and really help you have the perfect wedding celebration.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I spent 2 hours with this shit-for-brians before he finally told us a price. Had we booked with him, my wedding would have been completely hijacked, I said no games, he says we need at least 2. Maybe being a DJ isn't enough for Matt, maybe become a wedding planner.

AMAZING! They are worth every cent! They not only are amazing at DJ'ing, but they entertain your guests with amazing games and challenges the entire reception! We have heard from many guests that it was the most fun wedding they have ever been to and it was solely because of this DJ!!! I could not say enough good things about them! I would HIGHLY recommend getting them! There is no one else like them!!

Matt at Elegant Affairs really made our wedding night spectacular! We had so much fun having him as our DJ. There was not a dull night! Our wedding was a big fat Greek wedding and we had a very rowdy wedding party. Matt did such a good job at just rolling with the energy that we were giving him! A friend recommended Elegant Affairs when they heard we were looking for a DJ for our reception. We met with Carol & Matt and I knew right away we made the best decision to have them DJ our dance.. Carol & Calvin were the DJ's and they were absolutely AWESOME! All our guests commented on how they did a terrific job! Fun games and great music, kept the crowd entertained all night! We had such a fun time at our wedding! The Calvin and Joel handled all of the sound for our wedding ceremony and reception. Everyone complimented our dance and they all had such a great time playing fun games they had never seen before! I would relive this night over and over again if I could. You guys are awesome!

Elegant affairs was the BEST DJ I could have had. He was extremely organized, we had a few hiccups with the timing and he worked around that. He got everyone in the crowd to dance even the family members I never thought would be up there. I got compliments all night long! When looking for a DJ for my wedding, Mega Matt was my first choice! Everything I had heard was excellent and he sure lived up to expectations. He was a great DJ. Our reception was a hit. We had complements from all of our friends and family. Everyone has a spectacular time. We couldn’t have asked for anything better! It was a great way to top off our wedding. We have given out his information to tons of our guests because they all want him for their own events. I highly recommend Matt to anyone who asks!

I cannot imagine better service than what we received! Calvin kept our dance so exciting the entire night. It's been 3 months and we continue to have people ask about the DJ at our wedding. We recently hired Elegant Affairs for our wedding on October 13th. We received so many compliments that it was the best wedding they had ever been too! The dance was the highlight of everyone's night! Jason did an amazing job entertaining our crowd!!

I would highly recommend Elegant Affairs. They DJ'd my daughter & son-in-law's wedding reception/New Years party. They did a phenomenal job with lighting, activities, music & dancing. It is hard to put in words how grateful I am for these guys! I have been to over 15 weddings in the last 2 years and every time I hear elegant affairs is the DJ I know it is going to be a great night. We first saw them a year ago and immediately booked them for our big day a year out just to be sure they would be available. Words cannot explain how amazing they were and we are still getting compliments on how great they were! Highly recommend and every dollar was the best way I could have ever spent my money!!

We paid the extra to have mega Matt and he was worth it! He kept the dance going all night and I didn't have to worry about anything! He has a very thorough consultation making everything easy for planning. I would recommend them to anyone!

They had great ideas, and I heard good things about them. But that was not my experience. They served as both my dj and videographer, but somehow the two of them still managed to play songs on my "do not play list" and did not get my father's toast recorded. Although they attempted to compensate for such errors, you cannot put a price on a father's speech and the fact that no one has it recorded, including the people who were paid to do so. Very underwhelmed, especially for the price.

The energy that the DJ and his assistant provided the whole night made our reception last. Out on the dance floor with our guests and making our guests have a memorable time! Top notch!

I loved this Dj! They were great! Very professional and kept people dancing all night. I also got the lighting package with them! It was beautiful! I highly recommend them!

Elegant Affairs was great to work with for our wedding entertainment! They really understand that every wedding/couple is different and they really cater to that effect. The DJ and MC we had did a great job and they were very professional. They are on the spendy side but I'm glad we decided to go with them.

They did an amazing job taking care of all the little details. They planned a great evening that was entertaining and all. They had many different games to keep everyone involved and entertained the entire night! Absolutely Amazing!

SUPER expensive and didn't come through with their end of the contract. They were supposed to get a hold of us to discuss our song choices a couple of times before the wedding but did not contact us until the week of the wedding. My advice: find someone cheaper who can do just as good of a job or better!

Did an amazing job setting everything up and had the dance floor packed from beginning to end. All of the game played really got the crowd involved!

Matt and Carol were wonderful DJs. They are very organized and ask all their questions ahead of time. This made our night flawless! They have many optiona for lighting, slideshows and interactive games. I have never seen another company put on a better evening. They are wonderful to work with and worth every penny.

FABULOUS!! Chad did a wonderful Job! We played a few games that really got the crowd involved. He also was very good at keeping the speeches and things going at a good pace. There was never a song on that everyone cleared the dance floor so that was wonderful! Would Recommend them for sure!!

Matt was totally amazing. He did a fantastic job. Everyone that I have spoken to that attended the reception said they were amazed by him. I would definitely tel people to book him.

I was not pleased with the service we had with our DJ. We he was extreamly full of himself and would not listen to what I wanted for our wedding. I was trying to explain things and he wouldn't listen in our initial meeting. It was very frusterating, he kept saying we should trust him and he was the greatest. He was very rude and we were upset after the meeting. He was not open to listening to how our wedding itineryar was going to go, he thought he understood it all. It was very discomforting to me. The guest at our wedding would not have know that he was upsetting to my husband and I so that was positive thing. At one point in the evening my husband and I were sitting at our table taking in our reception and he told us we should try and speak with our guests. I was not happy about that and when he came up to ask me the next questions I was so frustrated with him. I was very disappointed about the service and the openness the DJ had. I was disappointed at our last meeting and at the wedding.

Elegant affairs did a fantastic job at our wedding! We had soooo much fun!! They do all these different games and activites to keep your guests entertained! We had a large group still partying at the end of the evening thanks to our DJ. Jordan is awesome!!

I thought our DJ did a very nice job. He kept the dance floor going all night long. He didn't play a lot of the songs on our list and we only had about 15 on the list. But I suppose they are the experts that know what to play. He was very professional and knew when to do what. Everything went very smoothly. We ordered the "Hollywood lighting" from them and was a little disappointed in that. They looked nice but was expecting a little more for what we payed for it. They were quite spendy for a DJ but did a nice job.

I worked with Mega Matt... the owner of Elegant affairs... and although the price tag was quite a bit over what we were intending to spend the service was worth every penny. Our guests had a blast and were raving about our dj. We were told over and over that they had never been to a wedding as fun as our. Matt keeps the crowd entertained and involved. If you want a reception that will blow your guests away Mega Matt is your guy.

The pros: We got LOTS of compliments on our DJ. Thd dance floor was always filled with guests, unlike other DJ's who can clear the dance floor with one wrong song. These guys market themselves on being able to read the crowd and play songs or do games that will keep everyone entertained, and that certainly was true of our wedding. However, we never met our DJ until the wedding, rather we worked through the owner for every detail. This were also the most expensive DJ I came across. The price for your event depends on the number of activities and the DJ you are assigned by the owner. Just try to get a quote before you get to far along, so you can budget accordingly. If you want the absolute best party atmospher possible, this is a great option, you won't be disappointed.

I attended a wedding that used this service, and I used it myself. Both as a wedding guest and as a bride, I thought this service was consummate. They are priced a bit above everyone else, but we were willing to pay the extra money for the assurance that our day would go off without a hitch, and we wouldn't have to worry about anything ourselves! And they seriously think of every detail of your reception. On their website they talk about every option they offer for every detail, you just choose from a huge menu. The part of the reception we got the most comments about was a game we opted to play after dinner called "Back to Back". We were very anti-game coming in, but it really helped the flow of the evening, and it was a huge hit with all our guests. They really know what they're talking about!!

Matt of Elegant Affairs DJ is my hero! Ok, so I might be exaggerating a little there- but not by much! After meeting with Matt of Elegant Affairs we booked the "premium" package (you get the owner himself for your MC and another dj for the night) even though it was a bit out of our price range. SO glad we did! Not only is everyone STILL talking about how much fun they had at the wedding (it's been a month), but he actually helped FIX problems that we had at the reception! Our guests LOVED the fact he got everyone involved by playing a few party games (sounds cheesy- but it was a blast and made a HUGE difference in the level of smiles we saw from the crowd). He also helped find a bridesmaid that randomly disappeared right before a picture we needed; he used some of his own equipment to help us hang up a pinata we had brought for the kids (the stand we had originally brought for it was broken); he also kept the night moving smoothly from one event to the other. All my husband and I had to do really was smile for the cameras and sit back and relax! Yes, he's a little spendy for the top package (several different price categories, but the top one is the only one you get him for), but MORE than worth it! If you can nip a little from your budget in other places or have time to save enough for him- DO IT! You won't regret it!
