d on using company all day for transportation for wedding guests, cancelled week before because found a cheaper transportation company, only used this company for two hrs for the wedding party to get from hotel to the venue, just so I wouldn't lose the 200 hundred dollar deposit. So glad I did not use them for the whole evening. Very unprofessional Steve will quote you one price but then when you talk to the girls in the office, pricing is different, very disappointed and again so glad they did not service our wedding guests for the whole evening!

ustration I have with this company! When we called they seemed great! They told us all about the "red carpet" they do and that they provide water, soda, beer and two bottles of champagne. That is not true. We did not get the red carpet, did not get water, there was about 2 sodas and about 5 random weird beers and 1 bottle of cheap champagne. If that was the only issue we had with this company I would not be writing this review! When the limo bus arrived it was the wrong bus. My husband had told the driver that so the driver called the owner Steve. Steve was a complete jerk! He told my husband that if he didn't like the bus that he got that he can get off the bus and we can get our money back. Seriously? That's how you are going to treat someone on their wedding day? After all that, we realized that the A/C was broken! It was an 86 degrees day and we did about 3 1/2 hours of pictures outside. I was dying!! I had sweat rolling down my face and back the whole time. We had to open all the windows to get relief and with myself and the bridesmaids just getting our hair done, was not something we wanted to have to do. Once pictures were over I asked the driver if he could please get a different bus with A/C before he picked up the guest for the wedding. He said he would. Well he didn't! My guests told me when they arrived the bus was insanely hot and had trash all over it. I was told that we could leave the trash on the bus from our wedding party and it would be taken care of. How embarrassing that my guest got in a bus covered with trash. Lastly, we used the same shuttle for out after party. The driver dropped us off at a bar and he told us that he would be waiting in the parking lot. The bar closed at 1:30am. We all wanted to leave around 1:20 so we went out to the parking lot to get on the bus and he was nowhere to be found. We couldn't get a hold of him for over 10 mins, finally had to call dispatch who then had to call him to tell him to come back. 30 mins later he arrives. I completely understand that things happen that are out of peoples control but the way that all this was handled was unprofessional. I tried to speak to the owner Steve and every time I spoke he cut me off. A company that deals with anything wedding related should have exceptional customer service to help make sure the bride and grooms day is less stressful than it already is. This company was the only reason I was stressed on my wedding day! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

However our reservation was for a town car. We were picked up in a Chevy Cobalt. The services we paid for were to include "complimentary champagne, water, and soda". Clearly Steve, the lovely *cough* individual we dealt with is unaware of the laws in PA and NY prohibiting open containers in regular sedans. Therefore we did not drink the champagne. Steve was extremely rude over the phone, his response being "we provide the champagne, whether you choose to drink it or not is your problem". I will never EVER book transport through this agency and strongly advise the same to anyone else. If you're going to pay over $200 for transportation and be picked up in a dingy Chevy, may aw well call an Uber.
