Our cake was awesome, and delicious!! Chef Janusz even placed the cake toppers we provided of our pets.

Chef Janusz at Elegant Bakery did an incredible job with our wedding cake! It both looked amazing and tasted fantastic. At our first meeting, he sketched out a design of our cake as we sat there. We weren’t exactly sure what we wanted, but he had great suggestions. He created the most realistic sugar flowers I’ve ever seen that exactly matched our bouquets. He’s a true artist! The cake flavors were also delicious, with real mousse, fruit, and ganache. We had tried another bakery, and found their cakes lacked flavor and texture, but not Janusz’s! I’m glad we ordered extra cake, because many of our guests ate multiple pieces because they wanted to try each flavor (and we had 4!). The only suggestion I would make is to finalize the cost of the cake with a contract ahead of time.

Chef Janusz: We received so many compliments of the amazing cake & cupcakes we received from Elegant Bakery. We had ordered the original & gluten free white chocolate mousse cupcakes with fresh berries and midway classic cupcakes. Each cupcakes also had such cute designs and cupcake liners that it brought in our theme so well. Only worry was that our wedding coordinator, Liv, was fearful that the cupcake stand would tip over while we were cutting the cake as it was a bit wobbly. But loved having the stand as it made for a great tiered presentation!

We had Janusz do our wedding cake. The tasting was fantastic - he has amazing flavors, it was hard to choose which ones we wanted for our cake! I gave him a bit of a challenge with the technique that I wanted for our cake, I wanted a painted cake. He worked to master this technique and it is now one of his display cakes! Our cake was so well done! It was absolutely beautiful and it tasted incredible. I will definitely be going to Elegant Bakery for any cakes we need in the future!!

If you are looking for a gorgeous wedding cake that also taste delicious, look no further!!! We were blessed to have met Janusz of Elegant Bakery . Just from our initial meeting, Janusz took our complex vision for a custom 4 tier cake and was able to make a beautiful and delicious cake that effortless represented all of our themes. Janusz also incorporated very unique flavors for each of our tiers. From pistachio pear to espresso chocolate cake, each tier was so scrumptious and our guests couldn't stop raving about it. Janusz was an absolute pleasure to work with - he is warm, talented and provides excellent customer service. I highly recommend him and his team for your cake needs!

We had our tasting this past weekend. Janusz was a true professional pastry chef. We tried four options and he took time to explain his processes and what ingredients he uses. He makes EVERYTHING from scratch which is evident by his availability to create distinct flavors. He encouraged us to try other bakeries before we decide. We have tried one which was horrifying. We have another bakery in a week or two, but I have to say, I have no idea how they’ll top Elegant Bakery. I’m very much anticipating getting our cake from Janusz!

He is absolutely amazing! The cake was amazing and everyone loved it. I can’t wait to find another reason to order another cake. Worth the money!

The couple at Elegant Bakery were absolutely amazing. From picking out the perfect cake to helping up package the cake up for our drive, they completely nailed the process! We will definitely be using them in the future.

We got lucky with this one! The reception venue we chose (Sheraton - Denver West) works with Elegant Bakery often and after reading reviews and viewing the portfolio we decided to use them. So glad we did!!! We met with Chef Janusz a month and a half before the wedding to do a tasting. We picked I think 4 flavors to try and he has a nice little sitting area in the bakery to sit down and taste them while looking through photo albums of cakes he's done. OH MY GOSH! The cakes are to die for!!! So good and moist and not overly sweet -- just perfect! We ended up picking white cake, two tiers with bavarian caramel filling and the other two were maybe strawberry shortcake? I don't remember, but strawberry something). He asked what kind of designs we liked so we pointed out a few from his albums and he's like "Ok, I'll draw". He was standing holding a clipboard and drew up the whole thing right there and it looked incredible!! Such an artist! He also drew a fancy B as the cake topper that he said he could (and did) make out of sugar. He put blue accents on the cake and on the day of he set yellow roses we had left for him to use and dressed up the whole table/display to look fantastic!! (The blue matched our blue perfectly) We got some many compliments on how awesome the cake looked and how great it tasted!! I would definitely recommend Elegant Bakery for any baking needs! They had cakes of all sizes there waiting to be picked up and lots of small things that looked so delicious. If I didn't live in Texas I would be there all the time for goodies!

Loved working with Janusz! He created a masterpiece with our Italian inspired cake! Whatever you may have in your mind as far as cake design, he will surpass your expectations!

Superb. Couldn't have asked for a better chef, cake, taste! Chef Janusz was welcoming and kind, had fantastic vision and creativity, and was able to go above and beyond our expectations! He made our simple vision of elegance and simplicity shine! What we found most impressive was the importance he places on the entire cake ... he's so passionate about creating a piece that will fit you and your personality while making it taste incredible! Since our December wedding, we have also made frequent stops for everyday treats ... cookies, cakes, confections ... ALL DELICIOUS!

Janusz is a master baker. I've never seen cakes made quite like his before. Elegant Bakery is an incredible bargain for the unbelievable cakes he makes. He worked with me so that I got to design my own cake flavors just how I wanted them. He used pictures of my dress to model the cake after the dress. It was absolutely perfect. And delicious.

After our tasting we knew this was the bakery to go with...not only were they super helpful, but the cake was amazing. Our venue said it was the first time that year that there wasn't any leftover cake, thats how good it was! Thank you Chef Januz, your cake was beautiful and super tasty.

Janusz is an artist. Elegant Bakery was on the list of recommended bakers from our wedding venue, and ended up being the only place we tried out. We went for a tasting last summer and tried out the black and white raspberry cake, the Tropical Caribbean, and the vanilla cake with mimosa mousse. All three were delicious, but the Caribbean (lemon poppy) and the black raspberry cake was to die for. We ended up choosing to alternate the tiers between the two flavors, which was no problem for them. When we went to order our cake, I emailed in photos of cakes I liked from Elegant Bakery and other websites, and he drew me up a sketch that was simply stunning. His staff called a few weeks ahead to confirm the guest number and flavors, and he called me personally to discuss colors. After thirty seconds or so, I realized he was a genius and left him to his own devices. My trust was rewarded as our cake was absolutely stunning. Plus, they delivered it in a narrow period of time with absolutely no complications. I would readily recommend Chef Janusz and Elegant Bakery for about anything cake-related. Their "Best of Weddings" award was highly deserved.

My husband was very picky when it came to our wedding cake. He wanted simple flavors - which to me meant vanilla and chocolate. But once we went to Elegant Bakery, I discovered that there was more than vanilla and chocolate and we ended up with 3 fabulous flavors. Just before our wedding, our count went down and Elegant Bakery was not willing to compromise the look of the cake in order to meet our count and was gracious enough to give us what we had originally planned, but charged us only for the number we needed. Truly the best!

Janusz and his staff make the most delicious cakes ever! He could make an ugly cake and I'd still order cakes from him because they taste SO good! However, he makes beautiful cakes with all kinds of insane details, and made us a gorgeous cake with hand pulled sugar snowflakes that was incredible to look at and heavenly to taste. We got so many compliments on his cake because of his high quality flavors/presentation. He is a genius, tell him what you're looking for and just listen to him after that. He will take you on a ride full of ideas and options- getting you SO EXCITED for the cake! He drew us 3 "mock ups" without additional charges and each time he was happy to do it. He is so generous during his cake tastings and doesn't rush you with his time as well. I love this guy, he is so cute and so nice.

Our cake was a fabulous piece of artwork. It was fancier than any cake I've seen on the cooking channel, and people posted photos of it on their facebook pages, and talked about it for months. I don't know how many dozens and dozens of hours Janusz put into that cake. My only complaint is that Janusz is a bit of a Prima Donna. Don't let him bully you around.

What a wonderful experience it was working with Janus Vrodlowski! It seems as though there is nothing he will not do in order to make the process of creating your cake and pastry selection an excellent experience. He and his wife were more than happy to provide us with samples of everything we wanted to try, and his suggestions / creative input made the finished products both beautiful and delicious. I am very happy to recommend the Elegant Bakery for your wedding cake and pastry needs.

Janusz is a fantastic baker and an amazing cake designer. He did a fabulous job on both our wedding cake and the surprise groom's cake of my husband's car. We tried about 6 or 7 different flavors and ended up choosing 4 because we loved them all. I don't think there was any cake leftover at the end of the night!

Janusz has an amazing talent and is such a pleasure to work with. In all honesty, it seems that every vendor asks the bride all the questions and I would forget to to turn and get my husbands input. We loved how Janusz would stop and ask my husband if he liked that idea and what flavors he liked best. He really made us feel at home. When we went to elegant bakery we had a picture of one of his cakes and I was positive it was just what I wanted. Until he told us it should be our own and asked us to pick a few pictures we liked and from there he drew up a draft of our cake that was better than anything we could have hoped for. Janusz work is amazing but his flavors are out of this world. As cliche as it might sound, my mom and I cried at the tasting. We live about 100 miles from elegant bakery but have already vowed to travel from now to get our cakes. His flavors are so unique and are just fantastic. People are still talking about our wedding cake! The only criticism we have is the bottom layer was supposed to be quilted with the sugar pearls, but it only had the sugar pearls. We would highly recommend this bakery to any couple.

There aren't enough words to describe how great Elegant Bakery is. We had so many compliments on our cake, both how beautiful it was and how great it tasted. He made the top two layers resemble my dress. AMAZING!

My cake was not only DELICIOUS, it was GORGEOUS! Janusz makes art with baked goods. The groom's cake was equally fabulous. We had almost 100 people and there was no wedding cake left!

Elegant Bakery made a very beuatiful cake for my wedding and they were able to make some of the teirs gluten free so that I could eat my cake at my own wedding. My guests were actually not able to tell the differnece between the gluten free and gluten full cakes!

Just thinking about how delicious our cake was in making my mouth water! Our cake tasting was so delicious... he had so many flavors and was so happy to customize. He also had tons of pictures of wedding cakes but really wanted to make our cake, OUR cake, personal and unique. Very professionalism and nice! The cakes are light and perfectly sweet. Polish baking is so delicious! We had 3 different flavors and served a wedding of about 75 people. We also got some extra pastries that were amazing and throughly enjoyed. The cake turned out perfectly! We will be using Elegant Bakery for all of our special occassions!!!

Elegant Bakery is such an awesome place for any kind of design and such yummy cakes avaiable.My husband and I went with a Chocolate cake with chocolate moouse and rasberry sauce for our wedding cake, best cake we could have ever asked for so tasty and very soft(if that can describe the texture).

I STILL CAN'T BELIEVE THAT THEY MATCH MY DRESS TO THE WEDDING CAKE. IT WAS EXACTLY THE SAME AS MY DRESS. THE CAKE WAS BEAUTIFUL, IT ALSO TASTED GREAT AND WAS MOIST. EVERYBODY COMMENTED FOR DAYS ON THE WEDDING CAKE. I STILL USE THEY TODAY FOR ALL MY CAKE NEEDS.

You may pass the place driving!! My sister in law had her cake from Elegant so we went in to taste test and was blown away by their designs and how unbelievably good their cake is. We had a 3 tier cake and all of the guests loved the flavors. The bakery was able to accommodate my last minute need for a gluten free cake which you never would have known was gluten free!! we will be going back here for all of our cake and desert needs. We had 80 people at our wedding so we had a ton of leftover cake for people to take home :)

Chef Janusz was AMAZING!!! By far the best cake tasting that we had - and we had around 8. We were blown away by his creative vision. We were thinking something along the lines of simple cupcakes....he began sketching (yes, sketching!!) and described to us how they will not be "just regular" cupcakes....he was going to scoop out the top and pipe filling into them and then dip the tops in hard chocolate. As a finishing touch he placed our monograms and tiny hand drawn icing flowers on the top. They were SPECTACULAR! Our guests raved about them. I had to bring some back from Colorado to put in our freezer in Florida - that's how good they were. He also made a small tier of cake for us to cut, decorated in a complementary style, along with mini key lime tarts. The presentation on the cake table was beautiful!! All of this, and he was able to come in under our budget. I highly recommend Chef Janusz and Elegant Bakery!!

Simply amazing! Not only was the cake incredibe tasting but also incredibly beautiful. It's difficult finding a cake decorator that can do both.

This was my favorite part! We brought in a snowglobe to the baker, and he was able to duplicate the entire thing!! It was so beautiful, and the talk of the wedding.

they are GREAT!!! We wanted individual cakes for our guests and they made these beautiful small two tiered cakes that were absolutely fabulous. We had a small 6 inch round with the same design and style for our cutting cake. they delivered on time. The design was exactly what we wanted. everyone RAVED about how good and beautiful the little cakes were!
