I will start out by saying, the flowers were gorgeous. I will follow by saying, it was a difficult process to go through with Elsa, and she is the only vendor that made me cry. S...
he showed up the day of my wedding with the wrong bouquet and bridesmaids bouquets, after I specified (even sent a picture) of exactly what I wanted and specified that the most important thing to me about the flowers, was getting my bouquet exactly how I wanted it. (It was my "splurge"...Wrong colors-correct flowers. She was rude to my wedding planner and with me. She does beautiful work, but needs help with the business side of things and needs someone to clarify in her native language of Spanish, what is discussed in English.
I was highly recommended to Elsa. She use to be the owner of National Flowers and I heard that her prices were not only good but she was very talented. After meeting with her 3 tim...
es and going over every single detail with her over and over again, I was and still am very disappointed with her service. Not only is she a bit unprofessional but shes an older woman so she has a tendency to FORGET who you are, what you asked for, etc. I gave her pictures, wrote down exactly what I wanted and even went as far as paying her way in advanced. The day of my wedding as I walked into the ballroom I realized she forgot to place a centerpiece on one of my tables ($150.00) and she forgot the cake stand I rented from her ($85.00. Not only does it bother me that I paid for it and the service was not provided properly but it bothers me more that it made my reception look half done. Everytime I see pictures it upsets me. Not to mention that I got married about a month ago and I have called her 3 times and spoken to her about refunding my money and I have yet to get it back. She tells me shes going to send it to me via mail and NOTHING! I will try her one more time before I take other measures! When I called her from my honeymoon all she said was "mistakes happen and I didnt count the number of centerpieces and the cake stand stayed inside the truck because the driver forgot to bring it down" REALLY??? wow! I have no words to describe how horrible this experience was! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!
