Also was told my dress was “one of a kind” so when I went to pick up my dress, I told the lady which one my dress was and replied rudely no that wasn’t my dress and it was for ‘Sherry.’ Rip off store. There are so much better out there.

ht, and they custom made a cathedral veil to match my dress (obviously not something cheap but definitely worth the money). The dress fit perfect and that was only possible with their knowledge and experience on ordering dresses and the alterations process. I got a ton of compliments on both my dress and veil and highly recommend this bridal shop as they truly have a lot of experience in the industry and do quality work!! I wish I could wear my dress over and over, I'm so in love with it! Thank you Elegant Bride for a great experience and lasting memories of a beautiful wedding dress and veil!

g what David's Bridal had done to me. I thought that I would never find a new dress that would match the dream dress that David's Bridal had destroyed. I was wrong. Elegant Bride helped me find a new dream dress, that same day, with no appointment. They were extremely helpful! They took down several dresses, all different styles, for me to try on. They made me feel special and optimistic. They not only helped me choose a dress, but also gave their most sincere and honest opinion. They made me feel like they were family and only wanted the best for me. They knew that I was going to love the first dress that they presented to me, it is as if they knew my style, wants, and needs. After trying on several dresses, I chose the first dress. as altered different from the other strap. When I went in there to show my MOH how to bustle they were cornering a bride into paying off her dress, it was awkward. They have beautiful dresses, but I would go elsewhere for alterations.

to make sure i'd be beautiful bride. they have so many dresses in their shop and she knew exactly what type of dresses to pick for me. the alterations could be a little on the pricey side, so i had my mom do some of the very simple alterations. she did pull a dress that was out of my price range (and it ended up being THE dress), which i kinda wish she hadn't done, but since some of my alterations were free (due to a promotion the store was having at the time) it worked out ok.

rd to go anywhere else. I went everywhere is fresno as well as down to Los Angeles. I bought my dress a year and a half early, and all the way up to the wedding never changed my mind because i loved my dress so much. It was perfect.

! The first dress I tried on was the dress! Everyone that was with me loved and I loved it. It was perfect! She had me try on other dresses but she was absolutely right the first dress she chose was the one. The dress was amazing and the bustles were done so well we had a hard time finding them at first. I don’t think I could have found a better dress anywhere.

ked them out for you so I was a little nervous going into it, but I had a very enjoyable experience and I absolutely LOVE my dress. We also bought the bridesmaids dresses through them too. My advice to you is to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT and to BRING PICTURES OF DRESSES YOU LIKE and BE NICE AND RESPECTFUL and they will be so nice to you. I loved the ladies there in the shop. It is a mom and her daughter who run it and they are so helpful and kind. They really know what they are doing and they have 3 floors of dresses (even though it may not look like it when you walk in). If you know what you are looking for they will be more patient with you and let you try on more than 4 dresses. I would definitely recommend them.

he back from a zipper to a corset, and then didn't pay close enough attention in the shop to see that they only changed half the zipper. They also were supposed to include a piece of fabric to cover my skin on the corset part, and didn't do that. They also recommend that I not wear a bra because they dress would hold them in place, even though I have an abnormally large chest...and at my wedding, I was falling out everywhere. I had to have my bustle redone because at first it looked like a curtain. They were at least very nice about redoing that, but at my wedding, when my dress was bustled, it looked like it wasn't, and I still had a train. People were stepping on it and I had to kick it out of the way all night long. My dress was supposed to be one of the best parts of the whole day for me, and I was in tears about it before I even left the hotel. I was extremely embarrassed all night and wished beyond anything that I had a different dress.
