I would never step foot back into that terrible shop. Dresses are so way over priced for horrible quality. Bought a 200$ prom dress and was charged 45$ just to cut bottom off. Tota...
l of 245$ and to have the tulle fabric cut crooked at the bottom and top of zipper’s cuff to be broken. Had to sew it back on myself. Not 245$ quality at all. Also was told my dress was “one of a kind” so when I went to pick up my dress, I told the lady which one my dress was and replied rudely no that wasn’t my dress and it was for ‘Sherry.’ Rip off store. There are so much better out there.
My mother and I both had am great experience with the ladies at Elegant Bride, they helped me pick the perfect dress that would look good on my body type and even went through and ...
custom ordered the dress for me to accommodate for my short height, and they custom made a cathedral veil to match my dress (obviously not something cheap but definitely worth the money). The dress fit perfect and that was only possible with their knowledge and experience on ordering dresses and the alterations process. I got a ton of compliments on both my dress and veil and highly recommend this bridal shop as they truly have a lot of experience in the industry and do quality work!! I wish I could wear my dress over and over, I'm so in love with it! Thank you Elegant Bride for a great experience and lasting memories of a beautiful wedding dress and veil!
After receiving a used and filthy dress from David's Bridal, 40 days before my wedding, I walked into Elegant Bride and could not have been any more relieved from my situation. Th...
e women at Elegant Bride treated me with compassion after hearing what David's Bridal had done to me. I thought that I would never find a new dress that would match the dream dress that David's Bridal had destroyed. I was wrong. Elegant Bride helped me find a new dream dress, that same day, with no appointment. They were extremely helpful! They took down several dresses, all different styles, for me to try on. They made me feel special and optimistic. They not only helped me choose a dress, but also gave their most sincere and honest opinion. They made me feel like they were family and only wanted the best for me. They knew that I was going to love the first dress that they presented to me, it is as if they knew my style, wants, and needs. After trying on several dresses, I chose the first dress. I completely fell in love with it and my world was finally turned up right! I am the happiest Bride to be and I cannot wait for family and friends to see me in my wedding dress. Thank you Elegant Bride for being there for me when I most needed help. I could not have stumbled across the nicest, most honest, caring, women in the wedding dress industry. I am incredibly thankful! THANK YOU!
Be wary of this place, my paper work for my dress was lost and I encountered a lot of attitude while dealing with this vendor. However, I did receive a beautiful dress, but I did s...
pend too much on it. The dresses do not have price tags on them and she asks you how much you plan to spend, the dress price is just a little above that. I would highly recommend going out of town to find your wedding dress.
I got a great deal on my dress, veil and headband from there. $1k for everything including alterations. My mom and mother in law both got their dresses from there. They ordered my ...
mom's dress 3 sizes too big and my mother in law's dress strap was altered different from the other strap. When I went in there to show my MOH how to bustle they were cornering a bride into paying off her dress, it was awkward. They have beautiful dresses, but I would go elsewhere for alterations.
everyone at elegant bride was fun to work with. my mother bought her mother of the bride dress there also. the owner could be a little gruff at times, but overall she was very nice...
and did everything she could to make sure my dress fit well and to make sure i'd be beautiful bride. they have so many dresses in their shop and she knew exactly what type of dresses to pick for me. the alterations could be a little on the pricey side, so i had my mom do some of the very simple alterations. she did pull a dress that was out of my price range (and it ended up being THE dress), which i kinda wish she hadn't done, but since some of my alterations were free (due to a promotion the store was having at the time) it worked out ok.
I enjoyed looking for wedding dresses here. I was able to come in without an appointment and although I didn't find my dress it was a great experience!
They have a great selection of dresses which is why if give them one star. They have the worst customer service, the mom is usually ok but the daughter she is a total waste of time...
, rude and arrogant.
Overall I had a good experience. They were very willing to work with me and help with the pricing when you purchased other things there. Evertime I went there I felt they were a l...
ittle disorganized, but they have such a great selection it's hard to go anywhere else. I went everywhere is fresno as well as down to Los Angeles. I bought my dress a year and a half early, and all the way up to the wedding never changed my mind because i loved my dress so much. It was perfect.
I absolutely loved my dress. The owner hand-picked it for me. If she hadn't pulled the dress, I never would have tried it on. She gave me a great deal and was also helpful when we ...
looked at bridesmaids dresses.
When I went into Elegant Bride for the first time and was instructed to look through the magazines and pick out some styles that I liked. When I was finished the owner came and lo...
oked at my choices then stated confidently that she had my dress! The first dress I tried on was the dress! Everyone that was with me loved and I loved it. It was perfect! She had me try on other dresses but she was absolutely right the first dress she chose was the one. The dress was amazing and the bustles were done so well we had a hard time finding them at first. I don’t think I could have found a better dress anywhere.
I looked at a lot of places for dresses in Fresno and none of the places had the dress selection like Elegant Bride. I had heard ahead of time that the ladies that worked there we...
re mean and that they only let you try on 4 dresses and they picked them out for you so I was a little nervous going into it, but I had a very enjoyable experience and I absolutely LOVE my dress. We also bought the bridesmaids dresses through them too. My advice to you is to MAKE AN APPOINTMENT and to BRING PICTURES OF DRESSES YOU LIKE and BE NICE AND RESPECTFUL and they will be so nice to you. I loved the ladies there in the shop. It is a mom and her daughter who run it and they are so helpful and kind. They really know what they are doing and they have 3 floors of dresses (even though it may not look like it when you walk in). If you know what you are looking for they will be more patient with you and let you try on more than 4 dresses. I would definitely recommend them.
They pretty much styled me and I felt amazing! They helped me pick the gown, veil, and headpiece and it was perfect.
I was a little concerned about post-poning a fitting, but they...
made sure everything was perfect before the wedding. I got a lot of compliments!
This shop definitely has the best dresses in the valley. They carry top brands and are experts! They provided great service and made my experience a good one.
I thought this place was wonderful, up until it was too late. The owners daughter primarily helped me, and was great. She was honest, and helped me pick out my dress. I loved my dr...
ess!...until I had to wear it. I paid extra for them to change the back from a zipper to a corset, and then didn't pay close enough attention in the shop to see that they only changed half the zipper. They also were supposed to include a piece of fabric to cover my skin on the corset part, and didn't do that. They also recommend that I not wear a bra because they dress would hold them in place, even though I have an abnormally large chest...and at my wedding, I was falling out everywhere. I had to have my bustle redone because at first it looked like a curtain. They were at least very nice about redoing that, but at my wedding, when my dress was bustled, it looked like it wasn't, and I still had a train. People were stepping on it and I had to kick it out of the way all night long. My dress was supposed to be one of the best parts of the whole day for me, and I was in tears about it before I even left the hotel. I was extremely embarrassed all night and wished beyond anything that I had a different dress.
THESE WOMEN WERE EXCELLANT ... THEY MADE ME FEEL LIKE A PRINCESS FROM BEGINNING TO END ... I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN
