However, when finalizing the tables we wanted decorated, we were told by Wendy that she was booked unless she could get in Thursday evening before the wedding. The Inn only allows people in beforehand if they don't have an event the night before the wedding reception. Elegant Chair Cover Designs is contracted to do events for the Inn, but we were left with the possibility that we weren't going to get decorations if the Inn had another event running when Wendy wanted to fit us into her schedule. If you contract someone, one would assume you'd be responsible for being there when you're needed. Luckily we were able to get in beforehand so Wendy was able to decorate on Thursday as she wanted. However, when the groom and I arrived Friday morning to bring in our other decorations, we found that we had no gift table and thus no skirting. We agreed to pay for the service but it was simply ignored and we weren't alerted. My fiance had to scrounge around for extra supplies and put a spare tablecloth on an extra table so that we'd have a gift table. After the wedding we were still billed for the full amount, including skirting for the non-existent gift table. The tables that were done (dj, escort, cake and sweetheart) looked good, but they certainly weren't anything special. It seems like if you hire this vendor for full decorating services they do an awesome job, based on the other reviews. However, if you're interested in just a little decorating, you get minimal effort too.

We never had to worry about a thing. There was a last minute bill change that wasn't completely the company's fault but because of their short business hours and my crazy work schedule it took a little while to figure out especially during the stress of the wedding week. But I do recommend this company because their product is great quality and they have many options for anyone's taste as well as their great up lighting price which was extremely lower than what my venue was offering.

She listened carefully to what I was looking for and continued to make adjustments as our vision for my wedding reception grew (and trust me, there were a ton of changes in trying to make the final decisions). Some brides say planning was stressful, but more me, this was one of the most fun parts!!! And I truly think it was because Wendy was so great! By the end of my planning, Wendy felt more like a friend than a wedding professional! I would highly recommend her to any bride or individual looking to plan an event, because Wendy is simply the best to work with!
