Owner and master planner Kelsee Smith is dedicated to helping clients transform their matrimonial dreams into reality. She strives to alleviate the stress of wedding planning while giving clients full creative control over their event.
After navigating the process of planning her own wedding, Kelsee sought to guide other engaged couples through their experience. Her wedding day was one of the happiest days of her life, and she hopes to help others discover their own magical moments. She is inspired by her husband and two children as well as the unique love stories of the couples she works with.
Smith’s Elegant Events offers customizable planning package to suit soon-to-be newlyweds’ diverse needs. From full-service to day-of coordination, this company has a package to accommodate many wedding styles and sizes. g when we discovered that the linens and napkins we had asked to do through her wouldn't be available. That was resolved with the venue and everything turned out okay. Then the day before the wedding Kelsee found out she was exposed to Covid at another wedding she had done and wouldn't be able to be at our wedding. Ashleigh (her head assistant I believe) came instead and did an absolutely amazing job!! She had everything under control from the minute she got there. My fiance arrived thinking he was going to have to take care of everything and she quickly put him at ease that she had it all taken care of and sent him back to the hotel to take a shower and relax. Couldn't have asked for a better person to have there making sure everything went perfectly - or as perfect as it can at a wedding. We are already trying to figure out what even we can plan next so we can have Ashleigh help us with that as well. She is beyond wonderful and would recommend her to everybody!

Kelsee found me on facebook through a post I made and every since then she has done nothing but been amazing. I'm not a person to trust easy and I attend to want to be in control. ...
However; with Kelsee she makes things seem flawless and easy. She totally take the meaning of being a best friend but your planner +++ so much more. She listens to you, but also steps in and tells you what she pictures when she sees you. Me and my FH has been so please and love hanging out with her. She not one of these planners who only wants to take control and force her way into your wedding. She someone who truly wants to make your dreams come true but add more to it. I'm so blessed that she found me and to have her standing next to me planning my wedding. We highly recommend her at 1,001% and we will be using her for any big party events.

here to start. Finding vendors is hard, you never know exactly what youre going to get. Wedding planning quickly became a stressful and mentally draining process for me that i was no longer enjoying. I dont have any help from much of my family or friends and i was slowly losing hope. There Is so many little details that I never thought of when I got engaged. I met Kelsee through those Facebook wedding groups and even from our first interaction it never felt like she just wanted my money. It was always hard talking with other vendors because they would always give you a price and that was that. Kelsee made me first feel like her friend, she listened to what I wanted and asked questions... It felt like talking with an old friend and catching up. She's really good at what she does and has never said no or maybe. It's always yes, and shell go above and beyond to make that yes happen. If youre hesitant to hire a planner or just a day of coordinator I STRONGLY suggest Kelsee. You won't be sorry!

about her job, and really does put the needs of her clients first. When I told my now husband that I wanted to hire one, he was reluctant about it. For me, this was a mental health cost above everything else. There are so many things that could go wrong on a wedding day, but I didnt have to worry about any of it because I knew Kelsee had it under control. I was able to be present in the moment and truly enjoy the day. She went above and beyond to make our special day such a dream for us. Kelsee even brought her camera to capture some moments in between doing everything else. She kept the day on schedule and took care of all of the problems that arose. If you are questioning whether this extra cost is worth it - IT IS!!! Smith's Elegant Events prioritizes their clients and makes you feel like family.
