We chose Elegant Cuisines for my daughter’s wedding and I am so glad that we did. We connected with @chef_chan_cross immediately! She understood my daughter’s vision and feel for what she wanted for her cocktail hour and reception dinner. The food that Chef Chan prepared far exceeded our expectations and our guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves! Chef Chan and her team went out of their way to make sure everything was top notch. They even provided a beautiful presentation of bites to eat for the bridal party as they were getting ready. Chef Chan was super accommodating to our vegan and vegetarian guests as well, which was very important to us being that the Maid of Honor is vegan and we wanted her to enjoy the meal just as much as everyone else! I highly recommend Chef Chan and Elegant Cuisines. She’s not just an amazing chef, she is an amazing person. By the end of the night, she and her staff felt more like family than a business! Whatever your catering needs require, Chef Chan will do a phenomenal job! If and when we need a caterer again in the future, I will be calling Elegant Cuisines!! Thank you so much for your hard work Chef Chan! We thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated it! The love that you put into your cooking is quite evident!!

My husband and I could not say enough good things about Chantilly and Elegant Cuisines! They catered our wedding in June and the food was amazing, the guest did not complain once about the food! Not only was the food great, but the serving staff was too, they were all very attentive to making sure our day was nothing short of amazing. Chantilly is such a great person who truly cares deeply for each couple she caters for! Look no further for your event caterer!!

Chantilly was amazing from start to finish. I even used her services a second time for a party. I had so many compliments about the food both times. She is helpful and accommodating and helps make your day easier and delicious. Her staff was wonderful and friendly. They felt like part of the family that day and made my day feel even more special. Amazing!

We ended up having to change our plans and weren't able to hire Elegant Cuisines.. However, Chantilly was very accommodating and reasonable with all of our requests. She called me after receiving my first email to really understand everything that I wanted and from there emailed back and forth adding things here and there and adjusting where necessary. She was very pleasant to work with.
