hat she wanted for her cocktail hour and reception dinner. The food that Chef Chan prepared far exceeded our expectations and our guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves! Chef Chan and her team went out of their way to make sure everything was top notch. They even provided a beautiful presentation of bites to eat for the bridal party as they were getting ready. Chef Chan was super accommodating to our vegan and vegetarian guests as well, which was very important to us being that the Maid of Honor is vegan and we wanted her to enjoy the meal just as much as everyone else! I highly recommend Chef Chan and Elegant Cuisines. She’s not just an amazing chef, she is an amazing person. By the end of the night, she and her staff felt more like family than a business! Whatever your catering needs require, Chef Chan will do a phenomenal job! If and when we need a caterer again in the future, I will be calling Elegant Cuisines!!
