Elegant Event Entertainment

My husband and I got married on June 26th, 2016 at Gerry Ranch in Camarillo. We came across Elegant Events Entertainment (“EEE”) as they were recommended to us by our coordinators at our venue. Daryl was our DJ for our big day and we could not have asked for a better experience or better DJ. Throughout the process, Daryl kept in touch with us and made sure he knew exactly what we wanted out of our big day. The portal that you set up for your big day through the EEE was so helpful in getting ideas for all of the main songs for the whole day. My husband and I are extremely indecisive, and just wanted everyone to get out on the dance floor and enjoy the party and Daryl provided the perfect atmosphere for just that. The DJ completely sets the tone for your entire wedding and our guests are still complementing us on how amazing our whole day was. Daryl ensured everything ran smoothly, and there was not a single thing that went wrong. The sound system was perfect for the ceremony and reception. We could not consider ourselves more fortunate that we chose EEE for our big day and that we had Daryl with us every step of the way.

We spoke to a few DJ's and got a great feeling speaking with this company in particular. The company had some changes before our big day but they did an amazing job keeping us in the loop and making sure that we knew we were a priority! Darrell was eventually assigned as our DJ and wanted to talk with us right away to make sure he made our day perfect. He played all the right songs at exactly the right time which thankfully never left the dance floor empty. He also coordinated timing with our event coordinator and made it seamless! Our DJ, O'Ryan Barron, was fantastic. He was very available, friendly, and enthusiastic. We had an Ancient Greece theme for cocktail hour and the reception, and, with just a few ideas from me, he put together the most incredible playlist of ancient Greek music! Lots of people told me how beautiful it was. He's dedicated to his job, and happy to go the extra mile and do some research to make sure you get what you want...even when you only have a vague idea of what that is! He kept things lively without taking over the party, which was exactly what we wanted. O'Ryan was the best DJ we could have asked for!

We had O'Ryan DJ our wedding on October 18 and he did a great job. He really set the tone for a fun and upbeat night. He knew our schedule and really helped keep us on track throughout the night. He also provided lights for the dance floor which created a perfect setting. Thanks, O'Ryan!

Chris was the DJ at our wedding. He was great!!! He really listened to what my wife and I had to say and was helpful with suggestions and responsive to any questions we had. There is also a website that you can set up and link to your DJ where you can make lists of songs you want which was very helpful to figure out what songs to use in general and special songs, such as first dance or cake cutting. Chris was great and made our wedding really fun and we couldn't be happier with his work.

If I could give them way more that 5 stars, I would! Our DJ was Chris, and he was fantastic to work with! He made the whole process easy, had great tips on music when I needed, and kept everyone dancing the entire night. We got SO many impressed comments from guests. They have an easy online system to work with for searching and selecting music, but most of all they were GREAT to work with. THANK YOU CHRIS!

We have been to 5 weddings that Jason has DJ'd at. He is awesome! He was the first person we booked when we got engaged because we especially wanted him to be our DJ. He will keep everyone on the dance floor. He is a true entertainer too!

DJ Jason Jones was hands-down the best DJ we could have hired. We were lucky enough to have known him years ago when he hosted trivia nights at a bar my husband and I would attend. He kept the wedding night alive and fun, everyone was up dancing - and he even surprised us by singing a gorgeous opera aria for us! He got a standing ovation and roses thrown to him on the dance floor. Seriously. We played a quick round of trivia just after dinner - and our guests loved it! We heard from many people that it was the best wedding they had ever been to. And, my husband and I had a blast dancing the night away. If you go with Jason, you won't be sorry!

We were so lucky to have Jason Jones as our DJ for our wedding! What a great guy! He was honestly more like a friend to us! When we first met Jason, we knew he was perfect for us. We instantly had a connection and everything just felt so real and comfortable. He knew exactly what we wanted just from talking to us! Working with him was so wonderful and stress free! He really knows his stuff and makes the whole process fun! So happy we had him!

Jason Jones was our DJ. He was absolutely amazing. I met with several DJs and found Jason to be the perfect fit for our wedding. He was friendly, organized, fun and was well within our budget. The Planner Guide was very easy to use and helped me put together the perfect music for our wedding. Jason was not just our DJ but it now our friend. We loved him and would recommend him to anyone that wants to have a good time!

These guys were the preferred DJ for my vendor, and with good reason - they were fabulous! DJ Chris was great to work with, and absolutely amazing on our wedding day. He kept people dancing the whole night long - I barely had any time to sit down and catch my breath! - and played amazing music that had everyone up and moving. Their planning website is great, allowing you to put everything in well in advance, including selecting all your special dances and song requests. DJ Chris made our night fabulous, and I've gotten lots of rave reviews of him and our music. EEE are definitely highly recommended!

Jason is AMAZING! He knows exactly what he's doing and if you just leave it up to him, he will make your wedding most memorable! I told him I love to dance and he gave me an amazing dance party! So much so, that all girls on the dance floor lost their heels and I literally danced to every single song! He knew exactly what I wanted and made sure to play appropriate music at the appropriate times and he just rocked the house! I could go on and on about how awesome the music was...if you want good music, you HAVE to book Jason!

Chris was the DJ for our wedding and we absolutely loved his work. He kept people dancing, kept the ceremony and reception flowing seamlessly, and was so great to work with throughout the entire process. Can't say enough about how much we enjoyed him!

I can't stress this enough but the DJ is the MOST important vendor that will be at your wedding/event. It's so true what they say, DJ's either make or break the event. If you are looking for a DJ for your event, then stop calling everyone else, save yourself the frustration and headache and talk to Chris at Elegant Event Entertainment. The funniest part about meeting Chris in person is how over prepared I was for it. If you like me, then you have looked all around for the best questions to ask your DJ, the ones that will make you feel secure in your decision, and not like you have never booked a DJ before in your life. Chris has such a great personality, quality professionalism, years of experience, and knowledge of music (and apple products) that will leave you talking for hours on end. We didn't even get to the bottom of my list of questions because during his introduction he answered them all. Correctly ;) Chris and Elegant Event Entertainment even got my grandma on the dance floor during our wedding and who would have thought she had such great moves! The best part about booking Chris and Elegant Event Entertainment for your event, is to look out on your wedding day and see your entire wedding party, guests, and family having the time of their lives! Jason was great, he played the music that we wanted to hear and knew how to keep people on the dance floor. He also had great ideas on song choices and the way in which a wedding ran overall.

Jason Jones was our DJ. From the time we met him at an expo, there was something about him that felt right. We didn't want a DJ. We originally wanted a band to play at the wedding, but needed someone to fill in the blanks when the band took breaks. So, we were forced into looking for one. We met with Jason, after several emails we exchanged. After meeting with him and seeing how organized and well trained in his trade he was, we agreed to book him. At the end, we didn't have the band play, just Jason! He was a great MC, a great DJ, and overall a great individual! Everyone at the wedding loved him. Even my wife's boss liked him so much that she booked him for their upcoming office holiday party!

Jon was one of our most client-friendly vendors. We appreciated the fact that he was very open to making our wedding music a reflection of us as a couple. We were very involved with our music and even had guests submit song requests with their RSVP’s. We thought this was a great way for them to feel involved as well. Jon handled a last second music change right before the ceremony with a great attitude. He was not the cheesy DJ (except when we asked him to “cheese it up” for our wedding party grand entrance). He kept the dance floor crowded all night and followed our requests. A few weeks after the wedding, we received a timeline printout of all the music played and a CD of highlights.
