Riddhi was an absolute dream to work with! As someone who works in the event industry, very often I find that coordinators can be very "cookie cutter" and seem to copy and paste their every move from event to event. This was not the case with Elegant Event Planning. From booking through the night of my wedding, Riddhi was extremely professional, listened to my every detail and request, was super easy to communicate with, and made our day a breeze! I would recommend EEP to ANYONE looking for a great planning services!
Best thing you could ever do is hire Val and Riddhi as your day of coordinators! They were the best ever to work with. Leading up to our wedding, they were so helpful and so organized. And as for the day of, everything turned out beyond my imagination, they are wonderful!!
Elegant Event Planning took all the stress away! They were extremely communicative, knowledgeable, accommodating, and professional. They took care of everything for they day-of the event, and provided excellent planning services leading up to the big day. I truly couldn’t be happier with my experience. HIGHLY recommend!!

I truly have no idea where to start with this review. From beginning to end Val & Riddhi were amazing. They really go above and beyond for you. Weddings can be stressful but with these two it felt like a breeze. They take so much off your shoulders. Not only are they your coordinators but they truly feel like family. Never thought I’d cry having to say my goodbyes to them! Friendships are made with these two! Honestly, if yoh don’t decide to go with them not only are you losing out on all the help you receive but also by being loved and cared for by some of the most genuine down to earth ladies you will ever meet!

One of the BEST decisions we made at our wedding was to hire Val and Riddhi to coordinate our wedding. I am a bit of a control freak when it comes to hosting and planning, and EEP rose to the occasion.
They met virtually with me several times before our wedding to make sure we were on the same page and I was on the right path to getting everything completed.
Knowing every detail was addressed and organized truly put my mind at ease on such an important day. Val and Riddhi truly made sure to capture and execute my vision. They helped plan, organize, set up, decorate, and overall made sure the day went off without a hitch. Somehow, they made me laugh and feel incredibly relaxed at the same time. Because of EEP, I was able to hang in the bridal suite all day and truly relax, knowing we were in fantastic hands.
If you are looking for a vendor to help take stress off your plate on a special day, EEP is the way to go. 5/5⭐️ all day!
Val and Riddhi were so much help! I had a lot of very specific plans for my wedding but had no idea how to go about getting certain vendors (décor & floral) and how exactly to put it all together. They took care of the decorations for us and met with us several times throughout the planning process to make sure everything was on track including liaising with both the vendors we hired and those they did as well as our venue. They were accommodating of my nitpicky demands and delightfully upbeat about everything. I was able to relax much more during my wedding weekend knowing that they were on top of things.
Also, we had something of a fusion wedding, incorporating Korean, Indian, and American elements and it was great that they had experience with Indian weddings since that was kind of a driver of the whole aesthetic.
We hired Val and Riddhi to help us with the day-of coordination and building a timeline aspects of our wedding, and it was probably the best decision we could have made throughout the planning process. Not only were they both professional, attentive, and efficient, they were so personable and made everything 100x less stressful. We scheduled regular timeline coordination calls and they even hopped on calls with vendors as the day got closer. They were always available to answer any questions I had, and when it came to the actual day-of coordinating, everything was perfect. I will recommend Val and Riddhi to literally everyone I can, and you will be SO happy you hired EEP for your wedding too!!
We hired Val and Riddhi about a month out from our October 2023 wedding. They were able to take the intial framework we had laid out and make everything come together. They were able to give us breathing room on our wedding day, knowing that every small detail would be taken care of. They made it easy for me to relax as a bride and enjoy the moment. I had total faith in these 2 women that they would make our day as special as possible and they did not disappoint.
I cannot put into words how happy I am that I went with Val. She was PERFECT. She was reassuring, supportive, and knows exactly what she's doing. My venue was honestly so difficult on the day of the wedding and threw a lot of curveballs our way, and I truly do not think I would have survived without the help of Val and her awesome husband. They handled problems as big as the venue losing our wedding cake, and as small as my buckle on my shoe breaking. Val's personality is perfect for this industry, my family and friends were raving about her and her husband's energy. SHE'S AMAZING.
I cannot say enough positive things about Val. From the moment we met, to the day of the wedding, she made sure every single detail was perfect. She listened inventively to all of our requests and made sure they were all executed to a tee. She has the most down-to-earth personality and was such a pleasure to work with!
