them for day-of coordination, their dedication went far beyond that. They scheduled multiple calls with us in the weeks leading up to the event, ensuring every detail was covered.
On the event days, they were fully prepared and knew the ins and outs of our schedule, which allowed us to relax and truly be present. I especially appreciate that they went the extra mile to suggest alternative flows for the events and helped set realistic expectations, which was incredibly helpful.
Riddhi and Val were professional, proactive, and simply amazing to work with. My entire family agrees that having them as part of our team was crucial to the success of our wedding events. My wedding wouldn’t have happened with Val and Rhiddi! I am a very type B person so I would have never been able to come up with a time line without them! My biggest stress on the ...
day of was if the shuttle would be there on time and have enough seats for everyone. They took care of that so I didn’t have to be calling and checking with the driver. They got on multiple calls with me before the big day to ensure we had a solid plan! And that plan went perfectly into action and we were never one minute behind!

e the day go as planned. The bride and groom had a "book" theme and vision for their wedding at Lovett Hall in Dearborn, MI. The many additional items to bring this theme to fruition was massive. Val and Riddhi worked very closely with us to make sure every piece of decor and setup was done to the specifications of the bride and groom. The result was amazing! hese two it felt like a breeze. They take so much off your shoulders. Not only are they your coordinators but they truly feel like family. Never thought I’d cry having to say my goodbyes to them! Friendships are made with these two! Honestly, if yoh don’t decide to go with them not only are you losing out on all the help you receive but also by being loved and cared for by some of the most genuine down to earth ladies you will ever meet!

rose to the occasion.
They met virtually with me several times before our wedding to make sure we were on the same page and I was on the right path to getting everything completed.
Knowing every detail was addressed and organized truly put my mind at ease on such an important day. Val and Riddhi truly made sure to capture and execute my vision. They helped plan, organize, set up, decorate, and overall made sure the day went off without a hitch. Somehow, they made me laugh and feel incredibly relaxed at the same time. Because of EEP, I was able to hang in the bridal suite all day and truly relax, knowing we were in fantastic hands.
If you are looking for a vendor to help take stress off your plate on a special day, EEP is the way to go. 5/5⭐️ all day!

They took care of the decorations for us and met with us several times throughout the planning process to make sure everything was on track including liaising with both the vendors we hired and those they did as well as our venue. They were accommodating of my nitpicky demands and delightfully upbeat about everything. I was able to relax much more during my wedding weekend knowing that they were on top of things.
Also, we had something of a fusion wedding, incorporating Korean, Indian, and American elements and it was great that they had experience with Indian weddings since that was kind of a driver of the whole aesthetic.

We scheduled regular timeline coordination calls and they even hopped on calls with vendors as the day got closer. They were always available to answer any questions I had, and when it came to the actual day-of coordinating, everything was perfect. I will recommend Val and Riddhi to literally everyone I can, and you will be SO happy you hired EEP for your wedding too!!
