ind. Not only does she cook delicious food, but she is the kindest and most professional person. Through our tastings, her passion came alive when working to create a menu that we enjoyed rather than strictly asking us to pick off a list of options. She also let us know that if we provided her with a list of food allergies from our guests, she would be happy to craft alternative yet delicious meals for those guests, which made them feel so loved and was such a personal touch. On our wedding day, she was able to serve our entire 130 guest wedding in under 7 minutes, which was simply incredible, and something I am still giddy to think about even several months later. Her final touch of magic for our day was a complete to go meal, including appetizers, sides and deserts that we were able to snack on as soon as we got home. I would recommend Lori and her team to any future bride & groom, as well as to anyone just wanting catering for a delicious meal.

ng from the very first call with Lori as well as our two tastings we had to make sure our menu was as perfect as we could make it. Lori had such creative ideas for both our cocktail hour and dinner menu and we LOVED the family style dinner. We got so many compliments from friends and family on how tasty the food was and that they loved the family style service.
I also can't forget to add the amazing basket of goodies that Lori put together for us at the end of the night. We had boxes of every single item on our menu, our desserts, a bottle of champagne and glasses as well as an amazing wood framed sign that had our wedding date and menu on it. It was so thoughtful and something we'll keep forever. We can't thank Elegant Expressions enough for making this part of our wedding so amazing and easy. 10/10 recommend!!

to integrate tablescape design and five star quality cuisine is second to none. She welcomes you into her home for the tastings and you quickly feel like part of the family. My husband’s main concern on the wedding day was the rumors that the bride and groom never get to eat, Lori makes sure that doesn’t happen! She brought us an entire sampler platter to enjoy during our post ceremony photos of everything that was being served at cocktail hour. She took our order for dinner and served us at the head table! We got to try everything we picked for our guests and then some! She is so creative and has an extensive menu to pick and choose your perfect meal!

on every detail of both the cocktail hour and the dinner. One of my friends commented that they were so in love with the shrimp and pimento grilled cheese appetizers they began following the servers. As delicious as the food was, there is nothing to compare to the warmth and kindness Lori showed to us throughout the whole planning process. They made sure we had enough to eat and drink all night! We chose to do the family style seating and with the southern menu it was perfect! The grilled pimento cheese appetizers were perfect and of course we had southern egg rolls. Then we had pulled pork, friend chicken, green beans, and the BEST mac and cheese ever! If anyone left that wedding unsatisfied it was their own fault because the food is amazing! They even have the chicken cooking during the ceremony so guests can experience all the amazing smells! When we left the wedding, Lori had us a basket filled with leftovers and a bottle of champagne to celebrate! Elegant Expressions Catering is the way to go! Now I want egg rolls.....
