I didn't know I needed special cocktail napkins or table cloths to make the room fun but I know now! Also, I had the best flowers. I will never forget JoAnn showing me the room where the guests were going to eat and seeing the magic. Last minute she was able to transform the chuppah into a canopy over the table where we sat with our closest family members. It was truly special. She's the best and her team is a stellar group of people. I am telling you that she took care of everything and made it feel like we planned the greatest celebration for the people we care most about.

When planning a wedding plans can change suddenly and of course at the worst times, obstacles are inevitable and things will go wrong, but with a smile on her face JoAnn figures out a solution to every bump in the road no matter the size of the bump. When I arrived at the church the night before my wedding for the rehearsal, I found out the priest wasn’t going to make it to the rehearsal due to an unforeseeable circumstance. JoAnn did not flinch and she calmly announced to my wedding party of 9 bridesmaids and 11 groomsmen that the rehearsal was still going to take place. She stood in front of the church and JoAnn the wedding planner became JoAnn the priest. JoAnn can really do it all. No vision is too large for JoAnn to execute. She was the best decision I made when it came to planning my big day.

ts found the prospect of planning a large New York City wedding stressful. Our first conversation with JoAnn was reassuring and informative. When we met in NYC she was professional, warm and down to earth. She very quickly set up appointments at venues that satisfied the wish of Tamar and James to be married near Central Park on June 3, 2012. When they decided on The Pierre Hotel, JoAnn immediately and effectively interfaced with the hotel staff. Her network of wedding professionals is substantial. The couple kept busy selecting photographer(4 Eyes), band(Marianne Bennett Orchestra), caterer(Foremost) and videographer(Linda Petrucci Productions). She stayed very involved in guiding the couple and attended meetings with us to select invitations and paper goods(Michael Zac Designs), flowers and decor(Amaryllis Floral and Event Decor). We had a delicious taste testing that she arranged with Foremost. We were impressed with the professionalism of all of our vendors. JoAnn was flexible and always welcomed our ideas and helped us with setting up a meeting with Ron Ben Israel for the wedding cake they designed. At times we bombarded her with emails and she navigated between the bride, who was away in medical school, the groom and the parents very well. She mailed both our save the dates and invitations. All of the paper goods were shipped directly to her and she did all the setting up with the floral designer and The Pierre staff. She explained wedding budgets and alerted us to payments as they came due. She also helped arrange our after party with the caterer and hotel. JoAnn was very familiar with our religious customs and on the big day, everything proceeded like clockwork. My father had died unexpectedly the month before the wedding and our family was still in mourning and she was very supportive. She was the go to person on the big day freeing the parents to enjoy the party. When my husband's cousin lost her diamond bracelet, JoAnn averted a crisis, climbed under the table and found it stuck to the tablecloth. JoAnn is a very experienced and well connected Master Bridal planner who is comfortable working anywhere. One of her specializations is destination weddings. We very much enjoyed working with her and the wedding was absolutely gorgeous and so much fun for everyone.
