We had an awesome experience with Ted and the team at Elegant Settings for our wedding. They were so responsive and helpful with all our changes leading up to the event. The setup and breakdown crews were quick and very nice.
Ted and his crew were very easy to work with. Very professional, and the set-up and pick-up date and time were clearly communicated. The crew that came took my layout and offered suggestions that were better than what I had planned. Excellent service and would highly recommend them.
Ted and his team did an excellent job for his wedding. We had a tighter outdoor space for the tent, but they came out once before and once after booking them to ensure everything could/would work. It was great to get tent, ceremony chairs, linens, and tables/chairs in one shot. If we needed other rentals, there was plenty more available! The set up crew was fast, efficient and great at what they did. Communication was regular, and prices were excellent.

Elegant Settings were a delight to work with. We rented table linens, dinnerware and champagne flutes from them and it was super easy- especially because they were familiar with our venue and knew the dimensions of their tables. They were understanding and accommodating when we had to reschedule our wedding due to the pandemic. They did drop off and pick up. They were a bit pricey, but reasonable and worth it.
These guys were a delight to work with from start to finish! Ted (owner) was responsive, flexible and reliable. He was able to accommodate changes right up to the week of the event without a hitch. His setup team arrived on time and were pro's. The tent and equipment were exactly as described - no surprises of any kind. Our daughter's wedding went perfectly, and these guys played a part.

Everything was as expected! They delivered everything on time and were great at communicating. They made their expectations very clear and we abided by their guidelines. I would use them again.
I rented chairs from them for my outdoor ceremony and they were delivered, set up and picked up with no issues or hassles. It was discovered a day before the wedding that I was also in need of 100 ice cream bowls! Initially I felt panicked but knew they rented seemingly everything for weddings so I called and the gentleman gave me a quote and said he could stop them off that night at the venue! This company was helpful, reliable, and fairly priced!
