Cars and limos looked great!

Elegante was great to use. They had a large selection of vehicles, especially classic cars, and we were able to find exactly the kind of car we wanted at a reasonable price. The driver was prompt and very courteous.

Our limo driver was polite and friendly. He arrived on time and got us where we needed to be on schedule. The limo bus was clean and comfortable.

Elegante did a great job with our transportation. We had a very large fleet that we were transporting and a very confusing itinerary and they managed it very well! Angelo does a great job!

The limo bus was amazing, and the Rolls Royce was breathtaking. The staff was SO sweet.;The A/C didn't work in the classic car....we had to ride with the windows open :(

Great, everyone fit into our elegant Limo/Party Bus. Beautiful and clean inside, prompt driver, showed up early.

First, I can't belive we got a strecth, standart and rolls for under $1,000. The service was great. The drivers had wonderful personalities. They knew were they were going and what to do, and they had no problems waiting for us. We loved them.

It was basic limo service. I didn't really have anything to rave about, but things went very smoothly and the driver got us where we were to be on time.

The driver was great!! Locked ourselves out of our house and he helped us get in through the front window!!

I loved that the '56 rolls royce I rented had a red stripe that matched my wedding colors!;the old cars don't have air conditioning!

Limo drivers were on time very friendly well dressed and very helpful. The vehicles were clean and in great condition. We loved them.

My car driver was fabulous. Very attentive and professional. THe cars were unique.;The limo my parents rode in had a leaky window and poor air conditioning

The '56 Bentley that we hired was absolutely beautiful! The driver was very professional and extremely friendly. He had a feel for when it was appropriate to strike up conversation and when he should just leave you to the moment.;The company did not tell us that the car did not have any heat. This would not have been that bad if it wasn't the coldest day of January and we planned to take some photos outside and had anticipated to use the car as a break from the cold. The car was a break from the wind but certainly not the cold.

They were there when they said they'd be there and did the job;The windows were stuck and the driver had a lot of excuses for little things.

;HORRIBLE do not use. The car broke down several times on the way to the ceremony. The battery kept dying so the driver didn't want to wait at the hall so we could take pictures. We had paid for 3 hours up front so we would be able to take some nice shots with the vintage car. We lost an hour of use since the driver couldn't stick around. I called several times after the wedding to try to get a refund for the hour we didn't use. That would have been $150. I actually had to threaten to go to the BBB after 2 months of calling and getting the run around. the owner finally agreed to give me back $100. The check came a week later and 2 weeks after that it BOUNCED!!!

Really Great people... we worked directly with the owner;Sometimes multiple trips with the same care can be much less expensive than hiring two cars... just be creative and remember you are hiring the car for that time period- within which you can have them go where ever you want generally!

Tony Mossamino was probably the highlight of my day. You would of thought he was the wedding coordinator before the ceremony. He got everyone in the church, then got me out of the bus. It was raining, so he made sure I was OK, he had a few umbrellas and escorted each member of the bridal party into the church. When I was starting my walk down the aisle, he fanned out my dress, and made sure I looked perfect. He was wonderful to the wedding party!!!

They had a fantastic assortment of cars and limos-we had two white stretch limos to transport the wedding party and photogrpahers from Center City, and then a 1956 Bentley picked us up at the reception and transported us back to Sofitel in Center City. They were very accommodating, and made multiple trips all over the place. After dropping the wedding aprty of at Bolingbokre Mansion, they went to the radnor Hotel where our families and other guests were and took trips to get them all to the ceremnoy/reception site. They were great. What was most incredible was how helpfult hey were-2 days before the wedding my husband was confirming all of our itinerary stuff and contacted Elegante only to find that WE HAD BOOKED THE WRONG DAY! Originally Elegante had us for one 14 person white stretch limo, but we ended up ahving to get 2 smaller ones since that one had been booked. It all worked out just fine-but thank goodness they were really nice and accommodating otherwise we woudl ahve been in serious trouble!

The driver was oh-so-patient with a very nervous bride. He assisted with putting my wheelchair in the trunk, helping my parents get an ice bucket filled since my champange bottle did not fit in theirs, he even stood at the back of the church and arranged my train before I walked down the aisle. Amazing!

The driver knew a back way that got us to the venue early!

The inside of the party bus was amazing. It was spacious and had so much fun.;When we got to the reception instead of dropping us off the limo driver came in and ate appetizers.

Elegante has a nice variety of old and new cars; their garage had exactly what I wanted;The office staff is 'rough around the edges' and could be difficult to deal with; the driver wasn't well prepared for driving into Center City Philadelphia during rush hour Saturday night traffic; we were late and he lost the other two cars

Nice and roomy for everyone to fit in...held 16 people comfortably flat screen tv!

Flexibility

Very courteous. Scheduling was perfect.

Experienced and on time! The vintage car was painted and re-finished beautifully for our wedding. They take great care of their vehicles. Our driver sang to us...He really did his best to keep us happy...it was amazing!

Elegante sent a black limousine as requested. Phil the driver arrived at the time requested helped make sure my gown was kept out of harm's way getting in and out of the car and drove at a nice easy pace from the church to the reception so that photographer could follow him.

They were great! On time professional really nice cars! I'd recommend them to anyone!

We bussed all of our guests to a local fireworks display. The driver made the circuit between the field where the fireworks were being held and the Merion Tribute House several times to ensure that all of our guests could attend.;If you don't pay more than month in advance they ask for cash on the day of your wedding.

On time efficient

On time. Helpful.;Our chauffeur happened to be quite a talker... which we weren't really in the mood for seeing as we just got married and were on the way to the reception. Alone time was nice but we felt obligated to keep talking to the driver.

They were on time and the driver was extremely nice and helpful. He helped me walk up the church steps and he also fixed my gown and directed all of the bridesmaids down the aisle!

This is a very professional company to work with. They are not particularly budget friendly but they are the only company in the area that rents a multitude of different classic cars. I really really wanted to have a vintage car for the day. We rented a 10 passenger limo and a classic car. Both of the limo drivers were prompt and nicely dressed. They had great attitudes the entire day.;As much as I wanted the classic car I absolute would not get it if I had to do it over again. The air conditioning in the older car was terrible and being a moderately hot day we were dying after sitting in the car for 10 minutes. I could only imagine what it would have felt like if it was hotter then 80 degrees out. Most definitely money that was not well spent. I can't blame Elegante for any of this though since they warned us about the air conditioning beforehand.
