We have so many great pictures in the car and outside the whit rolls royce. Our driver even stayed extra time to ensure our photographer got lots of pictures of my husband and I with the car. The inside as can be expected with any classic car, was a bit old (as the seats were torn), but it didn't matter because we covered them up while we sat in the car. Thanks again Elegante for driving us in style to and from our wedding day!

I was a little nervous beforehand, as they didn't seem to have everything together and you would get different information from different people. But, when it counted they were great. As far as pricing goes, I thought it was a lot for limos, but it was comparable to the other vendors. We did have to pay the van driver for an extra half hour in cash to make an extra run to the hotel at the end of the night, which is fair, but it would have been nice to have the 5 minute ride thrown in given the price we were already paying.

mit that I've seen better. It was very nice for the price. The Rolls Royce was absolutely gorgeous! I was 110% pleased with the vehicle. It's hard to find Rolls Royces that have AC, and this did, however, it wasn't your typical AC. They had to roll down the windows too, just so I wouldn't sweat to death. It was extremely roomy and comfortable.
The reason I didn't give this 5 stars was because of the limo bus driver. He made us pay for the tolls, which had already been covered in the contract. He also needed us to give him directions, saying both the vehicles GPS were broke. To me, you should have a back up plan. There should be no worries on a bride and grooms' wedding day, and we kind of panicked since we weren't exactly familiar with the areas of all the locations.

After dropping the wedding aprty of at Bolingbokre Mansion, they went to the radnor Hotel where our families and other guests were and took trips to get them all to the ceremnoy/reception site. They were great. What was most incredible was how helpfult hey were-2 days before the wedding my husband was confirming all of our itinerary stuff and contacted Elegante only to find that WE HAD BOOKED THE WRONG DAY! Originally Elegante had us for one 14 person white stretch limo, but we ended up ahving to get 2 smaller ones since that one had been booked. It all worked out just fine-but thank goodness they were really nice and accommodating otherwise we woudl ahve been in serious trouble!

tures. We had paid for 3 hours up front so we would be able to take some nice shots with the vintage car. We lost an hour of use since the driver couldn't stick around. I called several times after the wedding to try to get a refund for the hour we didn't use. That would have been $150. I actually had to threaten to go to the BBB after 2 months of calling and getting the run around. the owner finally agreed to give me back $100. The check came a week later and 2 weeks after that it BOUNCED!!!

ars. I really really wanted to have a vintage car for the day. We rented a 10 passenger limo and a classic car. Both of the limo drivers were prompt and nicely dressed. They had great attitudes the entire day.;As much as I wanted the classic car I absolute would not get it if I had to do it over again. The air conditioning in the older car was terrible and being a moderately hot day we were dying after sitting in the car for 10 minutes. I could only imagine what it would have felt like if it was hotter then 80 degrees out. Most definitely money that was not well spent. I can't blame Elegante for any of this though since they warned us about the air conditioning beforehand.
