Elements HTX prides itself on delivering the best quality meats, poultry, seafood and vegetables with a live fire touch to your event. Our menus may be tailored to your desires including passed appetizers, buffet or seated dinners, carving stations, luau pig roasts, Good ol' Texas barbecue, even a late night snack bar for the after party, you name it!
As it pertains to venues we bring the FIRE to you! So whether you are having an intimate backyard soiree, in home cooking class, or serving hundreds of guests at a large venue we are prepared to handle the event and provide a unique experience. Elements HTX offers menu tastings at no cost to you led by our culinary team in order to ensure that you have the best experience on these special occasions.

We've know Zach for at least 6 years now. We got to know him as 'the steak guy' at one of his steak night pop-up venues and have enjoyed many of his culinary delights since then. ...
Most recently we had him at our home for his Private Chef Experience. The eight of us all agreed it was one of the absolute best meals we have ever eaten. Zach prepared us four amazing courses, each one better than the next. For dessert he created a Creamcycle Cocktail that finished the meal perfectly. Not only was it an incredible meal experience, he made sure that everything was tidied up after he was finished. If you truly want to show your guests you appreciate their presence at your event, hire Zach and his crew to cater for you!

Zach and his team are amazing! We met Zach at a pop-up during summer 2020. We weren’t even engaged yet and we knew we had to have his team cater our wedding! Flash forward to Octob...
er 2022, we had the most talked about wedding dinner ever. Zach sent out over 50 cooked-to-order steaks in under 15 minutes. His team served and cleared our meals for a full seated meal. To this day my family (from out of town) ask if I can bring some of his steaks home. I can tell you I’ve never seen so many clean plates at a wedding. We watched our guests order to clean plates for those who were just too full. I cannot recommend them enough! If you have any reserves about quality or taste, swing by Cottonwood or one of their many pop ups and try them for yourself!
