Zach and his team are amazing! We met Zach at a pop-up during summer 2020. We weren’t even engaged yet and we knew we had to have his team cater our wedding! Flash forward to October 2022, we had the most talked about wedding dinner ever. Zach ...sent out over 50 cooked-to-order steaks in under 15 minutes. His team served and cleared our meals for a full seated meal. To this day my family (from out of town) ask if I can bring some of his steaks home. I can tell you I’ve never seen so many clean plates at a wedding. We watched our guests order to clean plates for those who were just too full. I cannot recommend them enough! If you have any reserves about quality or taste, swing by Cottonwood or one of their many pop ups and try them for yourself!
