Delicious, beautiful, and affordable! We as well as our guests were so impressed with our cake. My husband and I only wish we had time to eat more slices at the wedding. Elena was a pleasure to work with and quick to respond to all of my questions. Highly recommend!

We loved our cakes!! I was initially hesitant to use Elena's with out a tasting but the pricing for the cake packages was so great that I took a chance. The cake tasted amazing and looked lovely. Elena was very attentive and easy to communicate with. I was definitely a demanding customer but she was very patient. Highly recommend.

Elena was a dream to work with. She is extremely personable and was not pushy whatsoever. Her cakes taste incredible. We chose the champagne flavor with buttercream icing - so delicious. The cake looked beautiful and was exactly what we wanted! It was great to meet a local Dallas vendor who was obviously passionate about her business and clients.

If you're looking for a cake that tastes as moist and delicious as your mama makes, do yourself a favor and go with Elena's Cakes for your wedding. She has so many interesting and yummy flavors to choose from, we ended up with Chocolate Bailey's. Her frosting is sweet but not too sweet and grainy like other cakes we had sampled from other vendors.

Elena was our first and only stop when looking for a wedding cake. Her cakes were not only delicious, but her attention to detail was incredible. When discussing what I was looking for in a wedding cake, she took all of my ideas, as well as a picture of my dress and designed something that was absolutely perfect-- making sure the details of my cake matched the details of my wedding dress. Elena is responsive, creative, and so personable. Personally, I cannot wait for our 1 year anniversary to eat the top tier of our Champagne cake!

We loved working with Elena! The tasting was so much fun and she genuinely wanted to get to know us as a couple. The final product was not only beautiful and tasty, but it was exactly what we asked for.

Elena is super sweet and so great to work with! She did my sister's wedding cake 10 years ago and was my first choice for mine. The tasting alone was so hard- so many delicious options! We went with a Mexican chocolate cake (chocolate with cinnamon) and chocolate buttercream icing (cause I like to be different and don't like white cake!). It was SO yummy. Oh my gosh. Guests raved about the flavor and loved that it was so different and unique. I had no idea what kind of style I wanted when I met with Elena but she was patient with me and ended up creating the most perfect cake. LOVE. More please! Probably a hidden gem of a vendor, but highly, highly recommend! Thank you Elena, you're the best!

Elena was our first and only cake stop. She is affordable and the cake is amazing. I had people coming up to me at the wedding asking where we got the cake and telling me how good it was. Highly recommend her!

Elena built our wedding cake - a beautiful five-tier masterpiece with delicious alternating layers of champagne white and baileys chocolate cake with buttercream frosting. It was incredible! Most of our guests ate two pieces! Her tasting was comprehensive, relaxed, and so much fun, and decoration and delivery were impeccable. We could not recommend Elena cakes more highly!

Elena did my wedding cakes (bride's and groom's) and they were delicious and beautiful! She also took the flowers that the florist left for the cake and placed them on there herself, which I'm so grateful for. Her rates are very affordable as well, which I needed! Thank yohRlena! Elena was great to work with! During our first appointment we decided on the wedding cake by combining a cake she had on display with something I had in mind. The cake could have not been any perfect, we liked it so much that we added a picture of it on our thank you card (along with three more pictures with us and the wedding party. Thank you, Elena!

Elena is not only a very personable woman, but her cakes are amazing. We had a great time in our cake tasting with her and chose her right off the bat. She made our beautiful 6-tier wedding cake and custom groom's cake. Everyone complimented the flavor of both cakes and they were both exactly like we wanted. I couldn't have had a better experience with Elena or the cakes!

Elena with Elena's cakes was very professional, and very organized. I'd say the only con, and it isn't really a con, it is just because Elena is professional at what she does, is that she was adamant about my cake not being allowed to sit outside in the rodeo arena where the reception was, because she said it would melt before it was time to serve it. So we had to work around that, but again, I think this is because Elena knows her stuff, and wanted everything perfect. I didn't really eat enough to say for sure how everything tasted, but from the little bit I tried, it was yummy!

i loooved working with elena! She made the most delicious and beautiful brides cake! My husband is a green bay packers fan and she made an awesome "cheesehead" packers cake for him. It looked and tasted great!

The cake was absolutely scrumptious. I chose apple butter and I loved it. My guests loved it as well. She did both my wedding cake and grooms cake. Both tasted fantastic. The grooms cake was very simple A&M cake that looked great. My only complaint is that the cake didn't have the WOW factor when it came to appearance. It was very simple and classy, it just wasn't exactly what I had pictured. It was still great though, and I'd recommend Elena to anyone. She's so sweet!

We had Elena do our cake for our January wedding. In one word, amazing! Her cakes are beautiful and so very delicious. She doesn't use foundant, but her cakes have beautiful smooth sides and are so good! We did white cake and white frosting with scroll details. I would recommend her to anyone!

I came up with a cake design on paper and Elena brought it to life. We were very pleased with how the cake turned out. And it tasted delicious! It was the white chocolate champagne cake.

Elena was such a professional. I called her and she responded within 5 minutes of my call and email. Made an apt the next day, tasted cakes and booked on the same day! Amazing and very customer service oriented! The cake was incredible!

Elena is so professional! When we met with her for our cake tasting we were blown away by her hospitality and customer service. She took our thoughts and made our cake dreams come true! My cake was raspberry swill with raspberry mouse, and the grooms cake was mexican chocolate, and let me say oh so delicious. I received so many compliments on my cake! Elena's Cakes is the best!

Elena's was my first stop. The cake was so good. Wanting to test some other places we went to a place in Addison only to find overpriced cakes that tasted like ones I could make at home. Unfortunately I put a deposit down here feeling pressure to make a decision. Eventually I cancelled my order, lost my deposit, and went back to Elena's. SO WORTH IT. The cake was so delicious. And beautiful. Exactly what I wanted. Elena knows exactly what she's talking about and you can tell she genuinely cares about the product she is selling.

We used Elena's Cakes for our Wedding and Grooms cakes. I wanted a very traditional elegant white wedding cake with very simple features that would not over power it. It was absolutely beautiful. It was exactly what I had pictured in my head. The grooms cakes was something in its own category! My groom is big into video games and has a very large collection of old consoles. His personal favorite is the Atari 2600. He decided that is what he wanted for his grooms cake. We took one of the consoles to Elena and she was super excited about designing the cake. What can I say ... it was amazing! We actually head that people were arguing at the wedding that is was not a cake but a real Atari. She had every detail perfect (so much so that people even asked if she had but the lable on the bottom). No one wanted us to cut into it and were shocked to find out that the entire cake was edible. On top of how they looked ... they both taste wonderful! Her signature cake is a champange cake that I would highly recommend! The others that we tried were great, but the champagne cake really stood out. I have had a number of people from the wedding mention the cake and ask what bakery we went through. I plan to use here again in the future!
