The people were in awe, we were in awe, but most importantly, my daughter could not stop smiling. There were a few obstacles that without Eleni, would have been devastating. With a bad cold (2 days before the event), not only did she not stop working, but was able to find us a new person for the cake, because the original one was in critical condition due to unforeseen circumstances. during the event brought my vision to life (Fall in Love). Every phone call we had with each other made it seem like I was talking to a friend, not just an event planner. Everyone that attended my bridal shower kept repeating how this was the most stunning shower they had ever been to and all the credit goes to Eleni and her team. The dessert table was not only aesthetically pleasing with all the fall colors, but so so so yummy! We had a hiccup with the baker that was initially going to do my event, in which she had to find a whole new baker in less than 48 hours! Needless to say, it was the yummiest, two-tiered, Ferrero Rocher filling, cake that I have ever tasted! Each table was elegantly set up with menu cards that matched my invitations and stunning pumpkin centerpieces that had the most beautiful flowers coming from within it. Without a question of a doubt, I will be hiring Eleni for any event going forward! She's an absolute angel and I am so grateful to have met her and worked with her!

If she came in sooner, especially during the depths of the pandemic, I would’ve saved myself a lot of frustration and anxiety. Once Eleni was there to help, my pre-wedding stress dissipated. I was warned about how the weeks leading up to my wedding would be horribly stressful, but all I felt was relief and excitement—exactly how a couple should feel before the biggest day of their lives! From following up with vendors, to answering any and every question, from thinking through logistical complexities, to problem-solving any imaginable issue, to adding small details to make our weeding unique to us, Eleni transformed our vision to reality, even in just one short month. We can’t even imagine what we would’ve been able to accomplish had Eleni not been the superhero she was. Not to mention, the actual day of our wedding was seamless and flawless! Even with typical issues that can throw off a wedding, Eleni and her team saved the day and simply left us to enjoy our special day… We’re not kidding when we say several people told us our wedding was the best they’d ever been to, and we have Eleni to thank for that!

What a relief that was for all concerned. 4. ensuring that the couple and their guests were celebrating and enjoying themselves. 5. developing a good rapport with all the vendors involved to ensure that everyone worked together in harmony. From the first phone conversation, you can feel the positive energy and excitement. We quickly set up a game plan, had site visits, contacted vendors and discussed details. We had a little less than two months to do everything. Being that this was now an outdoor event at a family members house, I needed Eleni & Co. to do all the coordination, set-up and the whole nine so I can enjoy my day, which they absolutely did. And I can truly say I did not worry about anything. They have your back and put a drink in your hand when you need one! There was absolute transparency throughout the planning, quick problem resolution, moral support, professionalism, understanding and flexibility. As someone who likes to be hands on, Eleni and I worked together and discussed things that I would still like to handle myself. Even more important is that she listened to our original vision (a wedding in Sicily) and came through. Being Greek and my husband Italian, she brought that Mediterranean vibe to the backyard. A Vespa was there as a photo op, not only was there gelato & espresso, but a vintage cart to serve it upon. And my favorite of all, the flowers. I had wanted olive branches but didn't think we can get them in October in New York. Eleni once again said yes we can, and we did. Even though this wasn't the wedding we initially planned, it honestly worked out better than I could have ever imagined. Eleni & Co. really helped us make the utter best of the situation. I cannot fathom what they could have done if it this was happening under normal, non-pandemic circumstances. I receive nothing but compliments from my guests and I give the credit to Eleni & Co. eni I was blown away by everything she was able to do and her understanding as to why my wedding was so short notice. Nothing was too serious which made the wedding process 100x better. Her personality (and those within her company) are beyond fun which makes her insanely relatable. When I say Eleni and her team WILL get anything done, I really mean it. Again...3 weeks to plan a micro wedding. It was a dream come true to have the ones I love around and to feel a weight lifted off my shoulders to have someone with insane experience help me along the way. Eleni & Co. New York, is truly amazing. I'm ready to plan another event just so I can get her help again. There is no event Eleni and her team cannot do.

king from actual experience (married this past October in Tarrytown, NY), hire a wedding planner. PERIOD. Even if your venue offers you one, or you paid extra for the venue's planner in your contract, hire one for the month or even day of if that's all your budget allows. I can't begin to stress how much Eleni helped me during my wedding weekend. I hired her as a month of coordinator based on recommendations through a family friend thinking to myself, "I shouldn't be going over budget for this, but whatever I'll take the chance" and the amount of knowledge and experience she brought to the table is now I can absolutely say, priceless. Do you want someone to have your back and go to battle for you? Do you want someone to negotiate vendor fee's even lower than what you're already paying? Do you want to have that extra set of eyes over seeing everything from start to finish so it's to your satisfaction? Yes, that's right, this woman killed it the moment we got on the phone with all the questions she asked, to my rehearsal dinner the night before, making sure everything was organized and handled, to my actual wedding day, where don't be fooled by her beauty, this woman get's her hands dirty too, to my post wedding day brunch where she handled situations like a boss and made sure everyone, including my family, were satisfied with how everything was going.  I can't imagine my wedding day without her help, she honestly went above and beyond making sure my bridesmaids were OK, and always checked in on my family to make sure they were OK as well. Literally ran from hotel room to hotel room and back and forth to the venue in her car checking in on everything!! Everything I essentially would have liked to have done on my own because I am a control freak, she handled on my behalf, even stuff I had no idea until afterwards (which thank god because I would have lost it) was taken care of and handled like a pro. I consider her family now because she felt like it being around my friends and family. She even got in her car mid reception and got me eye lash glue because she noticed my fake lash was lifting up. THAT'S how hard she works to make sure that YOU as a BRIDE, FEEL like a BRIDE. My husband's parents steamer broke, and what she did do? Like a gdamn magician pulled out a steamer from her Mary Poppin's back pack and steamed the F out of my father in law's suit and MOL gown. Moral of the story is, hire her, and if you need me to give you even more examples since I clearly have not convinced you yet lol have Eleni give you my e-mail and I will gladly elaborate. Your wedding is going to be one of the most expensive and memorable events of your life, don't let a simple task of not hiring a planner make it fall short of being absolutely perfect. xo October Bride
