Loved my invitations from Elephant Limbo! Victoria is amazing! From the start of our wedding planning to the delivery of our wedding invitations Victoria walked us step by step. Elephant Limbo’s stationary and invites are beyond elegant and dreamy. When my boyfriend hinted he wanted personalized note cards for Christmas last year, I quickly enlisted Victoria to make my vision a reality. I knew she could complete the task of making masculine, Spanish influenced, colorful note cards and even created a custom “family crest” to be the face of the card. She paid careful attention of every characteristic I wanted the cards and envelopes to have, and created a set for me that eluded to prestige, confidence, and importance. My boyfriend was thrilled with the set and loved that I had Elephant Limbo also make a custom wax seal based off of a painting of a Spanish bull he had once bought on a trip to Europe. Needless to say Victoria will be making all of my future note cards, party invites, and wedding invitations!

I contacted EL early this year. It was the most professional, understanding and fulfilling experience from the first consultation to receiving the final product. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with the turnaround and quality of the invites! One of the employees was not only listening to our ideas (which is hard to come by!), but was confident and bold enough to suggest different options! Highly HIGHLY recommend EL. Elephant Limbo is the best! Victoria is very patient and really listens to the needs of her clients. She has a beautiful selection of unique papers and accessories. We actually did the most amazing Baby Shower invitations with the Disney theme of "It's a Great Big Beautiful Tomorrow". The color selection of gray, yellow and teal was perfect for the new baby, especially because we didn't know if it was a boy or a girl. Everyone loved it and was so impressed. The BEST wedding invitations. I highly recommend Elephant Limbo, Victoria is such a talented woman, a great designer and incredible friend. Everything she does is full of love and good vibes, and that’s what her designs make you feel. We are friends from collage and after more than 10 years of friendship, I loved to have the opportunity of doing muy succulent wedding invitation idea with her.

I had the pleasure of working with Victoria for my invitations. She was quick to respond and come up with a draft. She was flexible with the many, many changes that we made in working together to perfect the invitation. She made all of my unique requests a reality- we had a vellum wrap, ribbon, and personalized crest and rendering of the venue within our invitation suite. We did have to come up with all of our own wording which I found challenging as I had no idea what to write. I spent a lot of time googling. I would have preferred her given us a couple of templates to choose from. I do have to say that while the effort was 100% I found a few faults in quality. The address printing on the outer envelope was faded, and the return address printing did smudge onto almost all of my invitations (the way it was laid was return envelope face down on main invitation). It seemed as though it was maybe faded toner, or quality of ink? Regarding the ribbons that were used, there was a hugeeee variation in quality among them. Some were thick and rich with color, others thin and almost brown(we had requested burgundy), and some the company took the liberty of using velvet ribbon when we asked for silk. Lastly, the ribbons were tied in big fluffy bows which were unattractive rather than the knot I had envision. This was labeled as a “miscommunication.” I had to got through and re-tie almost every ribbon. I was offered a discount on my day of goods as compensation. Overall, I would recommend Elephant Limbo for their attentiveness to customers, skill, and overall perspective on their invitation suits. But I would keep in mind that your requests need to be extremely precise and detailed.

Victoria was able to help us capture the PERFECT invitation suite for our wedding, it was exactly what we were looking for! She is such a pleasure to work with and was so helpful with creating such a special part of our big day!

Victoria from Elephant limbo was very easy to work with, extremely accommodating and had outstanding creative input. Our invitations were slightly less conventional that usual and she was flexible with her time and her materials. Our invitations were beautiful and affordable.

Elephant Limbo did amazing invitations for our wedding, incorporating fabrics that we used in my wife's dress, and in the décor of the actual event. The invitations themselves were gorgeous and, right down to the envelopes, corresponded with this color scheme we had decided to use everywhere in our wedding. What I mean to say is that E.L. did a fantastic job, incorporating and building upon certain motifs that we wanted to emphasize. As a matter of fact, many of the guests let us know how much they liked the invitations. The Elephant Limbo house is a lovely space to visit, by the way, and does well to convey their general design approach. Would recommend visiting. It was a while ago by now, but I think there may have been cucumber water.

I can't say thank you enough. Victoria was absolutely fantastic to work with. I'm a graphic designer & needed help with creation and execution. Their studio was perfect for fueling ideas & we both created a beautiful piece of art. They were able to take my designs and figure out how to bring them to life. I can honestly say Victoria is beyond talented and a lovely person. My friends and family were amazed by my invitations! I was in love with them and will definitely cherish them for years to come. If you work with Elephant Limbo you definitely won't be disappointed!

Woooww! Words can not describe how Amazing our whole experience with elephant limbo and Victoria was. We got quotes and called a few places and she stood out right away. From day one, she projected passion in her work, she asked all the right questions, gave us a very reasonable and realistic time line (we wanted our invitations ASAP, because we are having a destination wedding and getting the rvsps in time is crucial). She studied our love story, the reason behind our destination wedding and She nailed it! After our first conversation she had a good understating of what we are about. She completely transformed our vision and made it way better than I could have ever imagined. Our wedding invitations are unique, timeless, elegant, classy, rustic, full of culture and trendy! (Without being too over the top, which was also super important to us. I am serious, they were able to accomplish all that in one suite!!) Victoria is creative, kind, patient, helpful, receptive and working with her has been a mere pleasure. We highly highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed, because WOW! We couldn’t be any happier. (Seriously, I have a huge smile on my face as I am writing this)

My husband and I were fortunate to work with some of the best wedding vendors this year. Unfortunately, we can’t say that about our invitations. We were contracted with Victoria to do 90 invitations for $1500+ without postage (no, they weren’t made of gold, just regular invitations). Our proofs were perfect and we gave her the go-ahead to print. She mailed them out and we learned that there was a misprint on the RSVP envelope address (our home address). She listed the zip code with 4 digits instead of 5. Checked the proofs and confirmed that it wasn’t a mistake on our end, instead EL’s responsibility. Called Victoria (hysterical) realizing our guests didn’t have a method to reply to our invites. Victoria repeatedly called it an “inconvenience” and stated it was “simply human error.” She said the printer “dropped off” a number. How does that happen when the proof was perfect? She offered $200 and change for our “inconvenience.” I was devastated. My only options were to mail everyone a new RSVP card without explanation and hope they didn’t think it was insane or write everyone on our guest list and highlight the embarrassment we felt at having chosen a careless vendor for an otherwise elegant affair. I was mortified and was rightfully upset. I tried to speak with Victoria on the phone and she told me she didn’t work Sundays. She also said she wouldn’t take my calls while I was upset and would only respond to email. My husband called her twice to discuss the concerns and she ignored his calls, hasn’t returned them to date, and never had the courtesy to apologize to him. In the end, she refunded us $400. So, we paid $1100+ for defunct invitations and won’t ever have the opportunity to look at them joyfully or remember the beautiful experience of designing our invitations. I hope no bride ever has to endure this level of “inconvenience.” If you choose to go with EL, remember that “human error” is simply a part of the process. Buyer beware.

I cannot recommend Elephant Limbo highly enough!!!! I think the most clarification I gave Victoria for our invitations was "we want something green and different" and it was like she read our minds! She came up with multiple designs that we ABSOLUTELY LOVED, and then when we picked our favorite had all these other special ideas - vellum paper, wax seal- that I wouldn't have even thought of, but were just the most beautiful touches. If that wasn't enough, she also did the menus and all the signage for our wedding- she made us the most incredible seating chart on an old map which totally fit our decor and was such a cool piece to display (I still have it 4 months later). She is flexible and talented and really wonderful to work with. There is no one better. Period.

My wedding invitations came out BEAUTIFUL- just what I wanted. The idea of creating your own, personalized wedding invitation is so fun! Such a great keepsake to frame later on. I found Elephant Limbo through some searching on The Knot, and I am SO glad I did. Victoria was so sweet, communicative through every part of the process, and a joy to work with. Elephant Limbo custom-designed our invitation suite, provided calligraphy on our envelopes, as well as created our escort cards. Victoria and I met briefly for the consult so she could get an idea of what our aesthetic was, and boy did she get it!! With very little to go off of (based on my not knowing what I even wanted), she hit our invitations out of the park! We were getting constant compliments on how beautiful they were. They never never tried to up-sell me on anything and for the absolutely stunning work they provided, the cost was so reasonable!! I would recommend Elephant Limbo to everyone!

Victoria is an absolute pleasure to work with. Her work is absolutely beautiful and you can't go wrong! She did our hand calligraphy escort cards, but if I could have would with out a doubt had her do more for our wedding. She is truly talented!

Amanda, one of the co-owners of the company, has been a dear friend of the bride for years & we were excited to hear that she went into this business with her sister-in-law. My husband & I had a very modern vision, which they had never really done before, so we described our vision & sent sample pictures of things we liked. They worked diligently to make sure our vision came to life & it was a success!!! From our invitations, to the menus, to the escort cards, and signage - they nailed it! We couldn't have been happier with our stationary suite!! Amanda & Victoria were also extremely professional, communicated via email and phone in a timely fashion, and were very passionate about their work. They have also created invitations for my family's parties & events, which were also fantastic. I will hire them again to design invitations for our family in the future!

It's been a few weeks since our wedding, but as we go through the pictures from the day, we are SO pleased with how all our wedding paper & signage looked! Victoria was very easy to work and communicate with, whether I had an exact vision for an entrance sign, or just described the "feel" of our wedding for her to create an invitation set to match. Could not have asked for anything better! Elephant Limbo made everything so easy! I gave Victoria an idea of what I was looking for and the design she came up with was way more beautiful than I could have imagined! Our wedding invitations were so beautifully done that I ended up getting one framed and now have it in our bedroom as decoration! We also had our table placement cards done by Elephant Limbo and Victoria ended up hand writing them all out in beautiful script handwriting! Elephant Limbo created gorgeous invitations for my son's college graduation party. I just gave Amanda ideas for colors, theme and wording and she returned to me a mockup that was perfect.
