A DREAM come true... Elephant Memories created a masterpiece of a wedding video that brought us right back to the many emotions and feelings of our wedding day. They not only took an extensive amount of time to make sure our video was unique and just the style/way we wanted it, but also took the time to get to know us really well as individuals. Through learning about us, the Elephant Memories team (Clarissa & Karl) were able to highlight what they learned to be most important to my husband and I. It's hard to put into words the awe, gratitude and love my husband and I have for Clarissa and Karl, as they made us the most incredible video capturing our wedding that we will treasure forever! We have watched our video countless times since receiving it, and we're left laughing, crying, smiling and feeling so much love, just as much as we did the first time we watched it. 5 Stars just isn't enough!!! Clarissa is just so incredibly talented. This was the only vendor during the planning process that I had absolutely no difficulty choosing, because the second I saw her work I immediately wanted her to be our videographer. Every video I watched of hers brought tears to my eyes, even when I didn't know the bride and groom! Then when it came time for our wedding weekend, she was everything and more. Clarissa arrived early, caught every important moment from multiple angles, and it genuinely seemed like she had fun the whole time doing it! Her and our photographer, Rachel Red Photography, were the ULTIMATE DUO. They were such a great team and it made for a great outcome with the footage. Clarissa is so incredibly thoughtful about putting together your videos, she works to create a story line for each video and it makes it all so much more special. And the editing on each video is just so perfect with the audio - it is truly unmatched. Cannot recommend Clarissa enough!!!

There are no words to truly convey how incredible Clarrisa and Karl are. Their talent is Oscar worthy and we feel honored to have had our day captured by them. We are continuously told that our wedding video was the best video people have ever seen- and we couldn't agree more. Clarissa and her husband were an absolute JOY to work with. I found their business through a friend of mine who posted her wedding video on Instagram and I was blown away! I knew if I was going to do a wedding video, I had to have Clarissa! Not only did we have an in depth phone conversation prior to me meeting her, but she is so warm in person and made me feel like I’ve known her! Amazing wedding photographer! We loved working with Clarissa for our big day. She was SO helpful in the planning process- we really struggled with choosing music for our video, and she sent us so many incredible options it was hard to choose. HANDS DOWN BEST VIDEOGRAPHER!!! We along with multiple people are blown away with our wedding video!!!! We catch ourselves randomly watching it and there has not been a time we had dry eyes at the end of it. We have had friends of friends say our video was the first wedding video they entirely watched. Everyone is just in awe with the creativity and how it captured every single important moment possible. Our video truly captured our day and our love. We could not have a better wedding video. Clarissa is the absolute best! She has the sweetest soul and the best eye for all things picture and video. From the first call and email, she always felt more like a friend than vendor, and that was only increased the day of the wedding! She even arrived early and made us feel so comfortable all while capturing every second of our big day! Clarissa at Elephant Memories was a DREAM to work with! She put together the most beautiful wedding video we could have asked for. She included all the most special moments and details of our day, plus some! She videoed my daughter’s wedding in May and was punctual, professional, so sweet to everyone, fun to be around, and her work was absolutely outstanding!

When we first spoke with Clarissa a year ago, we had already made the hard decision to postpone our wedding from September 2020 to May 2021, due to Covid, and having already been planning for almost 2 years. She heard our concerns about the likelihood of still having guest number and mask restrictions even come May, and she was still empathetic, supportive and excited for whatever our wedding would look like. She ensured us that it would be beautiful no matter what and we could work around the restrictions. We filled out an extensive questionnaire about our preferences for music, using the toasts and vows, etc. and she stayed incredibly true to our vision. The end result is a beautifully crafted, romantic, genuine and fun highlight of our wedding day that is representative of who we are and our relationship and we couldn’t be happier! We loved working with Clarissa, she brought so much energy and enthusiasm leading up to and during the wedding weekend and we felt very comfortable in her hands.

Clarissa enabled us to enjoy our wedding not just the day of, but for years to come. She far exceeded our expectations and we just couldn't be happier with our wedding video. She was very communicative from the day we booked her through the entire process to make sure the video came out just the way we wanted. Having it be roughly 8 minutes is perfect as well because it captures the day without people having to sit there for ages watching it. WORTH EVERY PENNY! There is so much involved with wedding planning. Tons of vendors, lots of money. It can be so stressful! If you're spending all of this money to make your day special, you HAVE to hire Clarissa to capture it on film so you remember it forever. She captured the most intimate, stunning moments for us. Clarissa was incredible! I can’t recommend her highly enough. We originally had not planned to have a wedding videographer, but after having to postpone our wedding due to Covid, and knowing that so many of our friends and family would no longer be able to attend, we decided to add on a videographer to help document the day for those who couldn’t be there in person. I’m SO glad we did! Clarissa created a beautiful video that absolutely captured the spirit of our wedding and the spirit of the city where we fell in love. I have watched the video over and over and it makes me so happy every single time. It’s like being able to relive all the perfect moments again. Clarissa made the whole process so easy for us. Our original idea to elope was debunked by the thought of not having our children with us to commemorate this new blended family. As the wedding morphed into a family vacation it became evident we needed to document with more than just pictures. Intimate and small was the intent- with a budget that had become razor thin. I wasn’t going to have a videographer but we needed a videographer. So I researched- they were cookie cutting movie makers so I abandoned the idea until I stumbled upon the Elephant Memories website. I watched video after video each one specialized to document each couple’s original story; no cut & paste formats. I emailed Clarissa with our story and the vision- we clicked creatively. The wedding was 2 months away & I feared she would not be available, lucky for us, she was. Covid cancelled our original date & without any fuss Clarissa was very accommodating- we had a great team of vendors. If you want your story documented, please know Clarissa is VERY attentive to details and open to your overall vision. We wanted a special musical vibe ( Jazzy & modern), she gave us the guidelines and let us go wild. Communication was key since we live in Atlanta - I’d email in the wee hours of the morning and surprisingly she would respond (creatives find inspiration in the wee hours). Our first phone conversation was like friends catching up & for every one of my ideas she added something to make it more special. I met Clarissa the day of the wedding-her beautiful personality was magnified 100x- she took charge of the shots, gave direction to create the images we discussed and was open to some impromptu shots we wanted on the fly. We followed her through the streets of Charleston creating amazing content and just having FUN! IT WAS MAGICAL! When we received the finished product I laughed and cried, my husband wanted to watch it again and again. It was a TRUE documentary of our special day. The music and transitions seamlessly blend,- she was invisible in plain sight-because she captured conversations and those little details that you glance at and, admire but forget a moment later. There are a lot of “oh I remember that’ moments in our video. We can now have those moments forever. Our video is unique to us- as is everyone else’s is unique to them. Clarissa has captured for us , ’THE BEST DAY EVER.’

Clarissa from Elephant Memories is an absolute gem! From the first time meeting her I knew she loved her job as a vidographer and if you see her work you just know!! I was the mother of the bride, a great honor for sure! Clarissa captured the most beautiful moments that were shared between me and my daughter. Definitely brought on the water works. As a Covid-affected bride, replanning my elopement after having to cancel my wedding was both mentally and emotionally exhausting. At the top of my list, however, was finding a videographer that would be able to capture the perseverance and resiliency our love has during difficult times. I researched about 20 videographers and watched hundreds of videos, before coming across Elephant Memories. As soon as I watched a couple of Clarissa's wedding videos, I knew she was perfect for my vision of a Love Story Movie. She was very professional and friendly from our very first emails to finally meeting on the day of the wedding. I felt like I had known her for years! She made us feel extremely comfortable on our wedding day and worked SO hard to capture every single moment with expertise and natural skill. She was so much fun to work with and paired so magically with our photographer that you would have thought they worked together many times before even though this was the first time. She did it all. Elephant Memories was an incredible vendor to work with in these uncertain times! Clarissa was so flexible with us in creating something special, that she did something she's never done before. Our destination wedding to SC was cancelled due to Covid-19, so we scrambled to plan something small and intimate at home. Clarissa took the footage from the small and intimate wedding, and shot some footage of us in SC to create an incredible video that beautifully tells our story. It turned out better than I could have imagined, and we couldn't be happier!!! If you're on the fence about hiring a videographer, I HIGHLY recommend it! I highly recommend Elephant Memories! I remember having such a hard time looking through videographers for our wedding - we knew we wanted one but we also knew that we were looking for more than just our wedding to be video taped and set to music with some basic editing. We wanted a video that had creativity, and really helped to tell our story. Elephant Memories did just that, and MORE! The creativity that they brought to the table was more than I could have ever dreamed of. More than just getting the "right shots", the editing that went into our video makes it over the top! Elephant Memories is a hidden Boston gem. They service both Charleston, SC and Boston, MA. My husband and I had early discussions with Clarissa and Haley about our vision for our wedding video and Clarissa took all our feedback into consideration and also provided us with her own creative ideas to consider for our video. We wanted our video to be reminiscent of a sweet french love story, and Clarissa totally delivered on this and brought all our ideas to life! I also have to mention Clarissa's editing skills - it's movie quality!!! We purchased the Diamond package, which included a 1-minute teaser (perfect for sharing on IG), a 3-5 minute trailer (great for sharing with friends and family), and a 10-20 minute documentary. This package was totally worth the money, and we found Elephant Memories to be very reasonably priced compared to other Boston-based videographers (especially given the quality of work they deliver!) Clarissa and Haley were a pleasure to work with, and I would highly recommend them to any engaged couples who are in search of a wedding videographer, you will not be disappointed!

Elephant Memories is an incredibly flexible, professional, and fun wedding videography company to work with. They were able to customize our final wedding video and make it something even more special than we could have hoped for! I knew I wanted a videographer from day 1. My husband wasn't entirely convinced we needed videography at first, but he went along with it. We started our search and very quickly knew we were looking for something different. We'd need to find an amazing videographer to match our vision. When we talked with Elephant Memories and started exchanging ideas, we knew Clarissa was the perfect match. By that time, we had reviewed what seemed like hundreds of wedding videos. When you watch so many, the repeated themes start to hit you over the head. The "normal" wedding video was everything we didn't want. We both decided we wanted a more commercially produced, cinematographic approach to our video, telling our story in a more interesting way. We wanted a video that would make us smile, laugh AND cry and remember everything years and years from now. So many of them just make you cry. Clarissa and Hayley both took the time to get to know us, our story, the little details that made it all so special, and the vibe we were going for. Since ours was a destination wedding in Charleston, we first met with Hayley on a short weekend visit. She was so easy to talk to and made it clear that there could be promise with Elephant Memories. Then Clarissa reached out to learn more about the different approach we wanted. Right away ideas came flowing and she suggested taking a romantic, almost sexy approach but in a classic way, like old memories. She sent over a mood board and potential footage we could get around Charleston. I work in advertising and so I'm used to having tons of adjustments to make on a project like this. I had almost none. I absolutely loved her ideas and she went above and beyond to get extra footage for us around Charleston days before the wedding. It was amazing. She was so creative with an eye for the exact shot was needed where and guided us along the way! We asked her to capture footage and audio from our rehearsal dinner dinner and wedding day and there are so many moments from both that we never would have had if not for her and Hayley! I am so grateful for them both. Their professionalism was top notch, and they crafted the most amazing presents for my husband and I (a 6 min highlight video and a social teaser <1 min) , along with unexpected sneak peek surprises. We got more than we could ever ask for with Elephant Memories, and honestly, despite the splurge on not 1 but 2 wedding dresses, I'd have to say this was some of our best money spent. We hired Clarissa to do our wedding video, and couldn't be happier with the result. She delivered a video that we and all of our family adored, and will truly cherish forever. Not only was the end product amazing, but the process was even better than we could've ever hoped for. She has an incredible eye for detail, and was able to capture the day and all the important moments in a perfect way. She made sure all our guests felt comfortable while filming, was incredibly friendly with our family, friends, and all the kids at the party, and was also very patient with us. Even though as bride and groom our attention was split in a hundred different directions throughout the hectic day, she took advantage of the smallest windows of opportunity to get all the shots needed. Clarissa and Karl were really respectful of our entire day and worked collaboratively with our photographer, who we had already booked. The trailer and longer form documentary are perfect captures of our day and great captures to share with friends and family - both those who were there and those who weren’t. I would spend money on the Elephant Memories team over and over again. I searched long and hard for a video style I loved and they did not fail to deliver. I offered very little direction and it was everything I could ever imagine. Our pictures are natural, candid, and the perfect complement to the video. Karl immediately made me feel comfortable and worked with me to create the perfect package for our wedding. We spoke over the phone, met in person, and emailed frequently before the wedding. At first I was very hands on, but quickly loosened up as other wedding tasks became priority. Our wedding day came and we had so much fun with the team! My husband is not someone who likes being on camera and he had no complaints - he enjoyed himself! The team was with us during some of our most intimate moments. Personality is EVERYTHING. Karl, Clarissa, and Steve are easy-going, professional, and know how to have a good time. Elephant Memories was the BEST wedding decision we made.

Clarissa is a truly exceptional videographer. The resulting video from her footage blew me out of the water. An artist of her caliber is extremely rare in the world of wedding videos, and the finished product speaks louder than words (which you can view along with her other work on her website). Not only was the video everything I wanted and more, Clarissa has an amazing knack of catching the most beautiful moments, while at the same time being completely unobtrusive. I never once noticed that she was filming during the ceremony. Also, she was able to suggest the ideal times to pull us away from the festivities to get any supplemental shots. I would recommend to anyone in a heartbeat.

Clarissa and Karl did an excellent job for my wedding (here in California). Their professionalism showed in not only their services but also in the quality of their product. Hiring Elephant Memories was the single best decision my husband and I made when planning our wedding - hands down. We planned a destination wedding in North Carolina (we live in the St. Louis area) and planned the entire thing from a distance. Working with the Elephant Memories team was so easy, we never doubted their ability to make our dream a reality, even though we would be meeting them for the first time on the big day. Our two amazing videographers, Haley & Dana, captured every single important moment and fit right in with our intimate group of friends and family. They were always smiling, ridiculously creative, and felt like two of our closest friends by the end of the day. When it was time for them to leave, my husband and I were sad to say goodbye. Fast forward to a few days ago: our documentary was done. The documentary is the single most beautiful thing I have ever seen, it had everything we had asked for. There were beautiful shots of genuine, candid moments that we shared with the ones we love paired with our favorite pieces of music. After watching it, we were both in tears and felt like we had literally relived our entire day. Clarissa took the beautiful footage and pieced it together so that we could feel every emotion - it's so beautiful!
