my wedding planning journey. I did know I wanted someone to work WITH me, keep me organized and sane, and really “takeover” that final month so my stress on the wedding day was nonexistent. I couldn’t be more thankful I found Elevate Events, and Kirstie! Not only did I find the perfect team in them, but I also gained a friend in Kirstie! Her team was so professional and enjoyable to work with every step of the way. I was so excited for every call and meeting with them, and I wouldn’t have been so stress-free and confident on the wedding day without them. Brides, trust me when I say you NEED a planner. Whether you opt for full service, help with design, or just month of…it’s a necessity and I don’t think I could’ve found a more perfect match for me than their team! I only wish I could plan another wedding next year so my time working with them wouldn’t have to end! Not to sound cliche, but they truly elevated our wedding day event in every way possible. We love you!

know me and put together a vision that was beautiful and perfect. She was with me every step of the way and had the best recommendations for other vendors. Exceptional help from the beginning up until teardown. I could tell she really cared about us and making our day the best it could be. Everything day of went perfectly smoothly because of Katie and her team’s impeccable organization, professionalism and attention to detail. ely followed one of their stunning events. From the moment I spoke with Mallory, I immediately felt a warming presence through the phone. I shared with her our plans of what we had envisioned for our wedding day. She immediately shared incredible insight & feedback which left me extremely excited to begin working with her and her sister Kirstie!
Being in the 2020 wedding cohort, our planning process involved significant uncertainty and several location pivots, all of which Mallory and Kirstie handled gracefully and professionally. Ultimately, we chose a destination wedding at the beautiful Montage Palmetto Bluff - we tasked Elevate with helping us plan a fairy tale southern wedding - and WOW did they deliver! During the planning phase, every detail was accounted for and not a single thing slipped through the cracks. They assumed immense responsibility, making my husband’s and my life so much easier.
I think it’s important to say that the girls are extremely creative and talented when it comes to design and vision. The sister duo and I worked very closely for months discussing all the beautiful details of our wedding day. I had a very specific vision and overall feel for our day and these ladies absolutely made our dream into a reality. Mallory and Kirstie were the consummate professionals. Everything went off without a hitch and the timeline was met perfectly. The best compliment I can give them is that I TRULY felt like I could live in the moment the entire day of my wedding, trusting Mallory and Kirstie would execute flawlessly. Ultimately, that peace of mind was worth every penny of their services.
Our weekend also included a party for our guests the day after the wedding with a Latin vibe to it. The girls brought serious creativity to decoration and detail, exceeding our expectations once again.
My husband and I both said to one another that we wouldn’t change a single thing about our day and it’s all thanks to our incredible planners, Mallory & Kirstie. We absolutely couldn’t recommend Elevate Events enough - these ladies will forever hold a special place in our hearts. Hats off to Mallory and Kirstie for making our wedding dreams come true!

e’s hard work. She was patient, listened to what we wanted, and an absolute professional. She went above and beyond for the pre-wedding prep and on the day of the event. We plan to have a larger party with extended family and friends next year and will definitely be working with Elevate Events for the occasion.

directly in line with our vision, worked with our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page, and kept our wedding party in line. They manage to pull off every detail and make it look easy! They are truly caring people who treat you as friends, not clients, and really want to make your vision come to life. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants a stress-free wedding day! bout the city and how to plan a wedding from afar. Therefore, I needed a planner! I was recommended Mallory from a friend and immediately felt so comfortable with her. She was so calm the entire way through, very reassuring everything would be perfect, and beyond organized!! As a bride you will always have stress but Mallory did an amazing job to prove to me I had nothing to worry about. I did the “month-of planning service” so I did book everything ahead of time and confirmed all the big stuff. Before the month of the wedding, I had a lot of little questions and she was always quick to respond with suggestions and answers. One month before the wedding we met and talked the whole day through. I was very scatter brained about it all but she was very professional and took everything I said and created a first draft timeline. Over the next couple weeks, I entered all my ceremony and reception details, also my vendor and contact info into her platform and from there she took the reigns and coordinated everything for the big day. I can’t say I ever relaxed before the wedding but I truly trusted she would deliver on everything she promised. And boy she did!!!! The day of the wedding, her and her team were flawless!! They set up the church and tore it all down in record time, every vendor was on time and situated exactly how they need to be and most importantly, my guests had the best night!! I highly recommend this team and am so happy I used them! 10 stars!!! On a side note, her husband was able to help with all the sound and equipment for the ceremony and Mallory also was our florist! Just shows how they go above and beyond to make everything amazing!!!

We highly recommend Mallory at Elevate Events. I do not know where to start in explaining how great she was to work with. Mallory is friendly, patient, creative, and efficient. She handled our large wedding party - 230 guests, with 8 brides...
maids, 10 groomsmen - perfectly. She organized all the vendors, the rehearsal, the set up and take down, and all the timing of the ceremony and reception. We did not have to worry about a thing, so we were able to enjoy the whole event just like the guests. We would definitely use Mallory and Elevate Events again!

graded to a Dash of Design for their amazing insight and we can’t say enough of how grateful we are for them. Whatever we threw them (several errands that we’re sure weren’t fun!), they handled with efficiency and grace.
The styling for our wedding was spot-on and we know both Kelsie and Mallory paid attention to every single detail and we’re still in awe of what they did with our vision. Hiring these ladies were without a doubt, one of the best decisions we did for our wedding and highly recommend for your own wedding!

t made sure everything went perfectly on our big day! Anytime I had a question I could shoot them a text and they were so responsive and helpful. On the weeks and days leading up to our wedding, they were so prepared with checklists and timelines, and it really helped me to have someone else worry about the logistics of everything. They helped make my wedding beautiful and seamless and I'm so thankful! If you are on the fence about hiring a planner, trust me when I say that Mallory and Kirstie were so worth it!

One bit of advice I got early on was to hire a day of planner for my wedding. I cannot express how grateful I was to have Kirstie as my day of planner in the final month leading up to my event. She took over all vendor communication- which gets...
to be extremely overwhelming- and helped keep me in check as the big day grew closer. She was always quick to help and answer any and every question I had.
On the big day, Kirstie made me feel 100% at ease!! I’m a total control freak and I have a hard time delegating and trusting others to do it “right.” Not only did I trust that Kirstie would do it right, I knew she would do it WAY BETTER!!! She took care of details that you do NOT want to think of or deal with on the day of your wedding!! I seriously just relaxed and hung out with my bridesmaids and friends until she lined us up to walk down the aisle. She made our day perfect!!! Kirstie takes control, has SO much knowledge about how to make sure things go smoothly, and she is on top of every little thing!! I’m sure I’ll never even know every little detail that Kirstie has to deal with because she is that good at her job- she just handles it and keeps on going.
Last but not least, she is such a joy to be around. She is so kind and knows how to bring the perfect balance of business and play. Our wedding would not have been the same without her there. Kirstie, thank you so much. We owe you a drink out downtown next time we are in madison :)!!!! XO
