Luke did such an amazing job keeping the vibe of the wedding exactly what we wanted! His timing on the songs and being flexible depending on the mood was great! Highly recommend!

We could not have asked for a better DJ experience! Luke was amazing both leading up to our wedding and during our actual wedding day. He was flexible and accommodating and kept our day running smoothly. We didn't have a day-of-coordinator so Luke was hugely helpful in ensuring we stuck to our timeline. We appreciated his MCing so much. He also played GREAT music, playing lots of our own requests as well as incorporating his own picks based on the music we shared. We'd recommend him over and over again.

Luke was great! We got lots of compliments not just on the music but on Luke personally. One of my friends is the next to get married and had detailed notes one everything. He said Luke really stuck out. The music was the right volume, and he was always there but never in the way, and kept the vibes going. He talked with my wife before the wedding and we let him know the music we like and the vibes we wanted. Luke truly nailed it. Multiple people said it was one of the most fun weddings they had been to and a lot of that we have Luke to thank.

Our experience with Luke at Gold Mountain in July was fantastic. He communicated very well with us prior to our ceremony and worked with us to tailor playlists for each portion of our wedding. He coordinated well with our officiant to ensure that ceremony microphones, sound, and music were incorporated seemlessly. DJ Luke made our wedding day so seamless! He was super responsive and helpful during the planning process. We utilized Elevate Sound and Entertainment for both DJ and Photo Booth services. The Photo Booth was a huge hit and DJ Luke kept everyone on the dance floor all night! I was very particular about transitions between ceremony and reception, introductions, etc, and I really appreciated DJ Luke’s efforts in making sure he understood what I was wanting, and everything worked out perfectly!

Luke was a wonderful DJ and MC for our wedding. He strikes the perfect balance of being chill, friendly, and energetic. It was so easy and fun to work with Luke. We brainstormed on songs and trivia games for our reception, and he had great ideas and understood our vision. During the wedding, Luke executed wonderfully. He mixed our songs so well, added some really cool tracks of his own, and adapted them to the vibe of the crowd extremely acutely. His MC’ing was spot on, especially since some of our events were a bit unique. He helped create such a wonderful atmosphere that everyone loved. We highly recommend him!

We had a great experience with Elevate Sound & Entertainment as the DJ for our wedding! Luke was helpful in the planning process, meeting with us before we booked him to chat through what the experience could look like, things to consider, and extra services we wanted to add. We went with his silver package, adding a few extra hours and a bubble machine for our send off. The set up was great - we had awesome audio during our ceremony (no one likes when you can't hear the vows!) and great background music during dinner. Luke ensured our timeline stayed on track, helping with announcements and guiding guests where they should go. He was friendly, on time, and super easy to work with. We are so happy we went with him, and highly recommend his services!

We were very happy with Luke and his team, all of our music cues were handled perfectly, and the dancing playlist was a lot of fun. We really liked the opportunity to review our cocktail hour/dinner playlist, and still enjoy listening to it!

Luke was absolutely amazing for us. He was punctual to each meeting we set up with him and very detail oriented during them. He was able to take the songs we wanted as we walked down the aisle and morph them into exactly what we had pictured. He and his trainee also made sure that the list of songs we wanted played and even were willing to stay later for us! They kept the party going for sure!

We had an excellent experience working with Luke for our wedding — he was professional, communicative, and the ceremony / music / toasts / announcements during our event all sounded great. Luke was willing to work through some extra logistical details regarding our multi-roomed venue, was on-board and easy to work with regarding our covid safety policies, he helped us pull off a successful hora (Jewish chair dance). We felt like we were in good hands beginning to end, and we really appreciated having one less thing to feel stressed about!

Luke was awesome. I quite literally danced my pants off (anyone have a favorite tailor they can point me to?). He was on top of everything, he went the extra mile to accommodate our picky music selection and help us with announcements when we were too busy, and his equipment was top-notch. Luke was awesome!!! He was so great to work with and a huge help throughout the wedding planning process. He had all of the equipment we needed to have live music (just two singers and two instruments) for our first dance song and was so understanding about any changes I wanted to make along the way. Luke was awesome! I had a few requests ahead of time, but mainly let him decide the playlist, and he catered to all of my guests song requests... even the strange ones. To top it off, he hauled equipment up a mountain (via gondola) with a broken foot! Couldn't have been happier with his service.

We were pretty picky in selecting our wedding vendors. We talked to many different people/companies and nothing quite fit. We wanted a DJ that was professional and capable, without being from one of the massive DJ companies (we've had some bad experiences before). We also didn't want to be in a situation with an under qualified "budget" DJ. Elevate was the perfect blend of personal but professional. while being a one man operation he has the equipment and experience to rival the bigger entertainment businesses. Luke was easy to work with, well prepared, and knew how to make our party take off! We had such a fun time dancing and didn't have to worry about anything. At the end of the night our friends were literally chanting "One more song"- nobody wanted to quit! Since I was the one who found his services, it also helped me earn bonus points with my bride. My husband and I loved having Luke as our DJ! He loves what he does, and it shows! We had fun getting to know him during the booking process and he was helpful in recommending music that went right along with our preferences. Leading up to the wedding he was super fast and responsive to any questions/concerns that we had. Day of the wedding he arrived very early and was well prepared. His enthusiasm made an amazing day that much more exciting! I definitely recommend paying the extra for lighting effects, two years later my friends are still talking about how cool it looked! The uplighting made the venue look almost unrecognizable and set an awesome mood. 10/10 recommend!
