Appetizers ran out within minutes, dinner was served cold and extremely late. The wedding cake sat uncut for far too long, resulting in waste and leaving many guests without dessert as they began to leave early—so much so that I currently have two of the three tiers of cake sitting in my fridge as I write this. Instead of addressing these issues professionally, the caterer offered excuse after excuse, blaming uncontrollable events like a flat tire, her food warmer breaking, her candle holders also breaking in shipment, or our guests for “moving seats,” which were simply irrelevant to the core problems and also factually inaccurate in some cases. She even contradicted herself repeatedly in her explanations, dismissed legitimate concerns, and showed no effort to make amends beyond offering a limited credit that would be useless after such an unprofessional performance. To make things worse, she flat out denied and said I was exaggerating when I communicated my concerns to her the next day. Her failure to fulfill basic commitments and her unapologetic, condescending responses after the event demonstrated a shocking lack of reliability and professionalism. I would strongly caution any couple against trusting her with their wedding, as she caused unnecessary stress and disappointment on what should have been the happiest day of our lives.

a review. We can only speak of our experience and it was Exceptional! Our guest complimented the menu and our custom table decor. We had request that they did not have and Chef Lex purchased our desired decor without extra cost if we promised photos in return. We had a few hiccups, but Chef Lex was able to adjust to the changes with our coordinator. Overall we only have great things to say!
